Local limpo, com todos os utensílios necessários. Sabonete líquido e papel higiênico suficientes para 4 diárias. Toalhas e roupas de cama limpas. Contato por whatsapp foi tranquilo, tivemos dúvidas e a resposta foi bem rápida. A localização é boa, perto de metrô/trem e mercado próximo. Uma caminhada de 20 minutos e chegamos no Oceanário, Shopping Vasco da Gama e restaurantes. O ar condicionado não é suficiente para todo apartamento, mas não nos atrapalhou tanto. A sala onde está o sofá-cama fica bem clara de manhã e não há cortinas blackout, o que pode atrapalhar quem não pretende acordar cedo. Antes do check-in, o link de pagamento das taxas não funcionou, mas solicitamos outro e deu certo. No geral gostamos muito da hospedagem e pretendemos voltar!

What an absolutely terrible experience. I do not write reviews, but this deserves warning to other potentials guests. I’ll spare the gritty details, but after a flight cancelation, audible to a 4 hour train to get back to Lisbon so we could fly out the next day, I needed a quick 1 night stay option for my wife and kids after a brutal travel day. I booked this place because the room set up looked more family friendly for kids to go down to sleep first, and still give us ability to repack. They put all the “check-in” in the fine print. They send you a link (not right away) and you have to provide all your passport info. Then when you tell them when you are checking in they send a “payment link” for the local taxes and deposit. The work did not work. They sent another link, that link did not work. I continued to call, and they provided “bank information” and said I needed to provide proof of bank transaction before they would provide check in codes. At this point we are in the lobby for 30 minutes just trying to find any option to pay the deposit since the links they provided did not work and there was no way to make a wire/transfer from my countries bank based on the info they provided. I offered to provide credit card info, or whatever they needed. They said they would send an agent to perform the transaction, but it would take 30 more minutes. Then 2 minutes later said they worry not sending an agent. I believe this is a scam, to not allow you check in. Stay far away.
