Maya Phuket Airport Hotel-Naiyang Beach

Very quick and easy from Phuket airport. 5 minute walk. The staff were kind and the room was awesome and opened straight into the pool.

The best part of this hotel is that you can literally walk to the airport. There is some great, really affordable dining options on the main drag and it’s only a 10 minute walk to Naiyang beach. Perfect for a place to stay before flying out or if you have a long layover. The room was spacious and very open. Though we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast wasn’t great at all, they have 4 items to order from off a “a la carte” menu and some cereal / yogurt as the “buffet”. They can definitely do better in this area of hospitality, especially considering how well known Thai hotels are for breakfast.

The room was configured as expected and clean but the aircon was off on arrival and it took several hours to cool down. Not what you want after a long flight that arrived late at night. The pool water was green and the pool was closed.

Værelset lugtede af mug. Rengøringen var dårlig. Beskidte vinduer og spejle. Ingen varm vand. Badekarret fungerede ikke. Aircon placeret direkte over sengen så man nærmest bliver syg. Poolen var ikke renset og møgbeskidt. Eneste stjerne gives da personalet var høfligt

I booked this hotel expecting a pleasant stay based on photos online from Expedia and also the direct hotel website. Upon arrival this hotel appeared ok in the lobby. The pool area did not live up to the photo standards on the websites and appeared dirty with lots of leaves and general muck in the water, but I proceeded to my room and tried to remain positive. The hallway was the next red flag. It was dirty. I entered our two rooms. (Pool access) One smelled so strongly of mould it was unbearable to be in the room. It was not clean and looked nothing like the photos I had seen online. I am currently pregnant and this was something totally unacceptable for me to be staying in. I also had my 3 year old with me and I was concerned about her being in the dirty pool and the dirty bathroom of the hotel. In the other room I booked there was a filthy towel on the suitcase space that did not belong to us. The toilet and shower looked like they had just been used and were not clean. After 20 minutes we left this property. I was very clear about why we left and that the hotel was not up to standard. We were not supplied a refund on this hotel. I booked a non refundable booking and after Expedia contacted the hotel for a refund as we did not stay and did not receive the service they had advertised (modern clean rooms and a clean spacious pool area) the hotel refused to refund our stay. I find this incredibly dissatisfying and I am very disappointed.

Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff.. nice reasonable airports transfer provided. Great location. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was really noisy, if I’d been less tired after my flight it would have caused me issues sleeping. Also, the setup is a bit strange, there is a huge picture windows looking out from the bed and the bathroom, unfortunately it looks straight into the opposite rooms so you can see straight into each others rooms.. even when you’re on the toilet so you have to close the curtain if you want to use the loo..

Staff rather cold and service nil. Like the room and big King bed. Location 500m to airport. Airport transfer chargeable at 300thb although it’s only 5 mins drive. So we walked 3 mins instead.

A good hotel, close to Phuket International, and the shuttle is cheaper than Grab

Perfect location next to the airport. The pool looked was very nice. There was a room service menu for lunch that was solid. There was a 711 close by. The cleanliness was just ok. The staff was very nice. I showed up 3 hours before my check in and they had a room for me within an hour. The hotel was reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to others if you need to fly out of Phucket the following morning.

The room ac unit was super loud and room was not really clean, mould everywhere, towels were black as.

La première chambre que nous avons reçue était pleine d’humidité et de moisissure (1106). Après nous avoir changé de chambre (1105), les draps n’étaient pas propre, il y avait des restes de biscuits sur le balcon, et ils manquaient les équipements inscrit sur le site. Je trouve ça scandaleux pour une chambre à 90€ la nuit.

Absolutely filthy

Very clean and comfy hotel room. Staff was helpful and kind. Big pool and a 7 11 2 minutes down the road. The room was big with a nice porch. Great price and overall great stay!

Dirty. no lie, there is what I assume vomit in the kettle which has turned furry. Old vomit, and an small plastic bag (drug bag?)on the balcony. Toilet wouldn't flush every time, had to fill the bin with water and pour into the loo. Very dirty tiled floor, dusty mirrors, stained bedding and the white towels were grey. Didn't smell great either.

Hygiene and cleaning service to be improved as the cleaning staff doesn’t make up the room even if you ask for it, and when they do, they just change the towels.

A good option for a one night stay close to the airport. The room is comfortable for an overnight stay and the location is extremely convenient. You can easily walk to the airport, which makes it very practical.

Skitdålig aircondition anläggning. Kunde knappt sova med det ljudet. Sämsta under hela resan. Läget är annars perfekt med gångavstånd till flyget

Only provided 2 pillows 1 each person, tried to run a bath but the water was yellow. Not worth the amount of money you pay!

Tres belle grande chambre ( on aurait dit un mini studio loft ) Jetais au 3ieme etage, vue sur la piscine. Lit enorme et super confortable comparé aux autre hotels que jai fais les dernieres semaine en thailande. Grande douche. Je nai rien a me plaindre. Jaurais aimé rester plus longtemps! Aussi 5 mins de marche pour aller a laeroport, meme avec ma valise ca se fait !

Stay was good. Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was supposed to 300 baht for 2 people as per the deal but front desk lady told me 300baht per person so we decided not too. Location is super close to airport but you also hear a little bit of noise .

I liked that the property was so close to Phuket International Airport. The Maya hotel staff was very kind and gave me a nice, comfortable room to rest before a long flight. They also gave me a ride to the airport after my stay (small fee). I would definitely stay here again.

Hotellet ligger med meget nem adgang til lufthavn. Personalet virkede meget ligeglade og der var ikke meget service i receptionen

Very close to the airport, 4 minute drive in a taxi (200b) Great hotel with great facilities, super clean. Comfy bed with view overlooking the pool. Breakfast was refreshing with freshly cooked food and fruit. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed to plan a few things.

La chambre était bien mais la salle de bain aurait mérité un meilleur nettoyage et l’accueil était super froid .. les réceptionnistes n’étaient pas du tout agréable .. mais à mon départ elles ont été plus sympa.

Mr. Pisit took care of us VERY nicely and we had unforgettable honeymoon trip.

Hotel was great for a quick stop before we headed off to our next destination. Easy ten minute walk to the airport. Surrounding area was maybe a little sketch, but can’t beat the proximity to the airport

When I arrived I was greeted and my luggage was taken to the inside. I checked in, in less than 5 mins. The hotel is next to many food shops a 711, spa etc. staff was friendly and it was quiet

I would not recommend this property to anyone. It was dirty and I saw a roach the surrounding area is run down. The food in the area is only street food no international food other than the airport. If you want any other food you will have to get transportation to that area.

Great hotel and excellent location if you are flying in or out of the airport.

Fint hotel meget tæt på lufthavnen. Fantastisk service i receptionen, fint værelse, husk og bestil med udsigt til poolen, de andre ligger dårligt. Pæn rengøring. Morgenmaden er ikke noget at skrive om, den kunne være meget bedre. Fint pool. Hotellet ligger 4 km fra den dejlige strand Noi Yang, taxi ca 30 kr. restaurant og bar desværre lukket pga Covid. Stort udvalg af restauranter på Noi Stranden

Pool tyvärr en del smuts i, ganska dåligt frukostutbud dock en god välgjord omelett, min fru blev helt sönderbiten troligtvis av loppor när hon låg i en extrasäng när barnen ville ligga i stora, A/C hade ett störande ljud och var svår att reglera?

El hotel tiene bonito diseño pero le falta mantenimiento. El buffet esta algo sencillo. Lo positivo es q queda muy cerca del aeropuerto y te prestan bicis.
