I don’t really have complaints about hotel facility, but I have a 2 terrible situation there . First : food poisoning. They food made us sick for 3 days from 6. We had all symptoms of food poisoning including fever, vomit and diarrhea. The quality of food suspicious. The second : . I ordered in hotel shuttle to airport . It supposed to be mercedez for 60 euro(official hotel service shuttle)Instead of that they sent me someone non official driver , just illegal service on old car . The driver didn’t understand English and Russian as well . It was extremely unsafe to us with son to use illegal car services . He charged me more than hotel annoyances. It was 1 hour of nightmare for me and my 8 years old son . So unsafe and illegal. De didn’t explained me anything, just terrible Vacation (((
