Excellent hôtel, très bien situé, propre et confortable, avec un personnel accueillant. Seul bémol, le petit-déjeuner est servi dans un café partenaire en face de l’hôtel, et le service y est vraiment décevant, accueil désagréable, aucun choix, pas de boissons chaudes ni froides, même pas d’eau pour les enfants. C’est dommage, car tout le reste était parfait !

Reza was amazing! Can I come him and hire him for my work? He made our trip so comfortable and easy and never a single hesitation to help fix whatever issue we had. Hotel was beautiful and in the center of where I wanted to be. Really a great place and not too far from it all

Stuff very nice. The apartment needs little bit fixed! air conditioner won’t don’t work. but the stuff are so nice that all things are really matter much. I will stay again at this place.

The room is spacious and has all the things you need. However, it is on the Istiklal Street, facing the street and it is quite noisy. I booked a room with a balcony on expedia, however there was no room with balcony was available which was disappointing and I was given the room number 200 which ia on the first floor right at the entrance. There was a noise of water drainage coming from the aircon and pipes. Couldn't sleep well all night! The bed is massive, yet it was not comfortable :( The room waa dirty as well, the shower had a rusty bits. Overall, it was okay.
