Condo at Krystal Grand Resort

I didn’t get that room they give me a very small room when I make the reservation was a king size bed whit ocean view and i did not get that plus the pillows were not comfortable

The gym was great, and they went above and beyond for new years eve

The place looks better in pictures than in person. Our room was in the tower. It was ok. The amenities lacked. No wash rags, 1 hand towel, 2 bath towels, no tissue or hair dryer. We had to call for these items. The food was not very good. The drink selection was poor. The hostess at the Mexican restaurant was not friendly and difficult. She was not accommodating. We asked to speak to a manager since she was being difficult and was told she didn't have one. A few minutes later a gentlemen came to speak to us. We then said to the hostess "You do have a manager" and touched her arm. We were seated. 5min later a manager comes to our table and said you must leave the property immediately! We asked why? He said you pushed the hostess. I told him that is not what happened. I asked him to review the video to see what actually happened. He refused. Then he kicked me out as well. Said I was confrontational. He said we have 20min to pack and leave the property or he'll call the police. He followed us to our room and we had to leave the door open to pack our things. This happened at 9pm. He kicked two women out (early 50's and late 60's). We asked where to go, he said there are 300 resorts. Pick one. I cannot believe how we were treated. He would not even listen to our side of the story or review the video to see what exactly happened and how the hostess made up a HUGE lie. Worst place and staff ever. I will never go back and not recommend this place. They will treat you like crap!

The staff is amazing.They work hard to give the best experience. The food was good, lots of healthy choices. I did not like that you had to reserve dinner for the all inclusive restaurants. Very difficult to access restaurant reservations. They have an amazing selection of entertainment and lots of fun lively pool activities. The beach is easy to access and is beautiful. The pool staff have lots of great fun for everyone. We had a great stay, beautiful room on the top floor!
