Had stains on the bathroom floor. The hallways had unpleasant smell. Didn't have a blow dryer and didn't bring mine since most hotels provide one.Was just for a night, but would not stay here again.

The place is constantly packed only because it's cheap. The elevator is awful and takes forever to get up and down on with only 4 floors. I wouldn't recommend to stay there but for the price I guess it was kinda worth it. For 3 nights I paid 298. The general manager is nice and courteous. Her names Lisa she's really welcoming.

It has kitchens no ovens but we have a roaster oven. A large fridge. This kind of thing saves money on dining. They do keep it clean but it has a different than regular hotel smell and it is sometimes overwhelming but at least they try.

Bathtub had unknown debris in it. There are no bowls, plates, silverware, etc. available. Construction going on at time, so it was noisy and extra dirty. Can only do "linen exchange" between 4:00pm-7:00pm, weekdays. I had no idea and was not at the hotel at the time so I was not allowed to get any towels beside the two (2) main bath towels already in the room. Though their website says they will get them to you. They also charged for my second service dog even though the website and someone over the phone said that 2 dogs were ok (they were both the correct size and weight).

Hallway and elevator smelled strongly of BO and pot. Rooms floor was nasty dirty, my feet were black walking from the bathroom to the bed 1 time. Boogers on the walls. Food splatter on the walls in the kitchenette area. Not impressed.

Dirty and old rooms. NOTHING IS INCLUDED. No housekeeping, no clean sheets, no clean towels. You have to take your towels to the laundry room between 4-7. They want you to buy a package of pan and pot for $49. Cupboards are beat up and dirty inside all. Fridge was yuck and my sheets at check in were so covered in hair it made me want to vomit. Never stay here!!!

Front desk was very polite to me and my family. Hotel is very old need some upgrades. If you need somewhere to sleep do so. You had to take your own trash out. Check in was a little headache. They don’t have a lobby.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The smell was disgusting and awful throughout the whole place. My room was dirty and the floors turned my socks black. In the bathroom, there was stuff all over in the bathtub hair all over the shower walls and somebody had went number one and two in the toilet and left it. Period the smell in this hotel made me sick to my stomach and gave me the worst headache I was able to check out early fortunately because I couldn’t spend another minute in that place because of how dirty and smelly it was it was just disgusting and awful.

The toilet constantly ran and was dirty. The floor was dirty and had hair on it. The TV didn’t work, I called the desk I was told they would come and look at it. No one came!

One of the dirtiest places I've seen. The property only a couple years old. BUT they only hire 2 maids for all 4 floors. So the floors in the rooms have not been cleaned in a few weeks. Inside of the drawers have a lot of trash in them. Took pictures of it and sent them to the front desk. All carpet areas have not been vacuumed. My room didn't have any soaps, Shampoo, or toilet paper, No coffee, in room or at main lobby.NO COFFEE at all.This is your basic cheapest place you can rent.

The room was OK, if you don't want a convenient lamp by your bed! Only a spot light over the bed when you need a little light on! It is dreadful! Not one dish, pan or anything else to work with that way. The staff was very friendly, though and check-in was easy and the clerk was friendly and helpful. But a few little details would make this a more ideal stay. But if you want a room that is functional and clean, then this works well.

So first of all I want to start off by saying it's been an absolute nightmare seriously we've got here and they had double booked so we had no room they had one whole room left they said in the whole place and it had one bed and I ordered a handicap room with two beds I'm in a wheelchair and it's very hard for me to get around and I had no choice but to take it and when I get up to the room I can barely get in the door and the room so small then after being in there for about an hour I realize it is so freaking cold in there it feels like windows are open so I'm running around looking where this cold air is coming from well it's coming from the heater it's freezing cold up at 90°, it was freezing cold all night long we didn't get a wink of sleep I'm so tired I have court today and I'm exhausted and also at the check-in the people at the desk were so rude to me and my fiance sure you just like we were a piece of crap druggie criminals or something and I called the 500 to talk to somebody so I could hopefully get some heat in my room and come to find out they don't even come around until 10:00 in the morning guess what check out to 11:00 so I've been this whole entire stay with no heat in the Dead Winter freezing cold snowing all night last night I have never been so disappointed in my whole life plus I booked it online for a reason because I needed to save the money when I had to pay for the one bed that's small it was more than the two beds it was a handicap no I have no $

Check in was easy and I asked for a room that would be quiet but that didn’t happen. Neighbors were loud from 10pm-5am and it was uncomfortable. Room is outdated but was clean except for the bed. I checked the sheets weren’t change and was disgusting and had to have them changed. Will never stay here again.

Very poor service at check in. She told me she just gave away my room but put me in a different room right next to the elevator which ran all night. Plus she stated I booked through Expedia which I didn't and she said my confirmation number was no good. So she got me a room and took my credit card and I'm watching closely to make sure I'm not double billed

I booked a room and I paid the fee in full. When I got to the hotel, I have to wait for a long time to get service. Then, the clerk found out that there were no room available, as many of their rooms were not cleaned. Obviously, the hotel was not well managed. I have to find a different hotel. The hotel could not refund me the money. I had to contact my reservation website host to get my money back. What a terrible management what a terrible service.

Didn’t like that I paid for my stay which was a Thursday and couldn’t check in until Friday so had to stay the night out in the parking lot. Never received a refund. I don’t recommend this hotel for their poor service.

I was really impressed with the night staff. The young lady was very helpful with my mobility issues and assisted me in getting my luggage to my room and also helped me bring it back to my car in the morning.

I’ve stayed in some weird places before but this one was something else. The mist that hits you in the face when you open the room is disgusting. Seriously think I was inhaling someone smokng/ making meth. On check in I heard someone was “smoking to much meth and his heart hurts” then the ambulance came. The staff was nice only so much they can do. The place is just weird to walk around with all the people there. What the hell extended stay

Staff was fine. BUT someones hair was left all over the bathtub and sink. I did not feel comfortable either, very strange area.

The picture is NOT of the location. It is pretty much a run down half way house. I was not expecting much but it was barely furnished! It was old, outdated, in a scary location, and I have never seen so many locks on room doors before (3 in my room) plus 2 different levels of peep holes. I mean I did use each lock though. I won't stay here again unless I am desperately poor. The smell.... It was not pleasant. It almost reminded me of a daycare center.

Nothing fancy but clean and a place to lay your head. A Mexican restaurant across the street and gas station to fill up before departure. No food no soaps for kitchen or shower very bare bones but perfect for one night

Website states there is breakfast. No breakfast. There’s not even a water fountain!! It’s literally bare minimum and it’s additional charge for pets. Pay the extra $$ for a nicer place.

One of the dirtiest places I've seen. The property only a couple years old. BUT they only hire 2 maids for all 4 floors. So the floors in the rooms have not been cleaned in a few weeks. Inside of the drawers have a lot of trash in them. Took pictures of it and sent them to the front desk. All carpet areas have not been vacuumed. My room didn't have any soaps, Shampoo, or toilet paper, No coffee, in room or at main lobby.NO COFFEE at all.This is your basic cheapest place you can rent.

When I walked into the lobby, it smelled of marijuana. The clerk was polite and professional. The clerk was only there until 10 pm, and wouldn’t be back until 10 am. The room was very outdated, but was somewhat clean. The towel over the tub to put down when taking a shower was soaking wet and dirty. There was a bar of soap, but no shampoo. Overall, the room and amenities were ok at best. There were four entrance/exits, but two of them didn’t work (safety hazard???). I would not recommend this hotel for future guests. Spend the extra $30 and stay at the holiday inn express one block away. The owners obviously don’t care about their guests and just wanting to make money. I’m just glad I’m a concealed carry holder.

The staff was very nice but I can't figure out why someone would rent a room that offers kitchen access and not have any thing to use to make it usable. I booked it to not have to eat out each meal but had to anyway. There is stove fridge etc then no coffee maker. Nothing wrong with room but I would not book again unless it was for long term not just 3 days
