Quest Mounts Bay Road

Great place - they need to pay closer attention to cleanliness as the duvet was soiled and there weee worms in the bathroom.

Loved our stay Quest Mounts Bay Road. Check in was super easy - just need a photo ID - and the man at the desk who greeted me was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Rooms are quiet (potentially soundproofed?) as I think the hotel was full during our stay and we never heard anyone nor any traffic noise! Also, the lower level bedrooms have very good window tinting, so the people exercising at the bottom of Jacob’s Ladder can’t see you. One super convenient thing is the usb ports in the lamps - such a simple detail but it meant we didn’t have to worry about moving side tables to find power points etc. I will note that there is no housekeeping over the public holiday weekend so it would be good if they gave us a few extra disposables (e.g., dishwashing powder). That said, the email about public holiday information was really helpful. My other suggestion would be to specify the view as part of the bedroom type when booking. We were a bit lower down and I would have preferred the option of selecting a room higher up. The location is great - we had a lovely walks into Kings Park and into the city. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Quest. Thank you for a great stay!

It was great. There are not enough laundry machines for the amount of people staying in the hotel. There was never any machines available.

Easy check in, welcoming staff, tried their best to accommodate my requests. Will stay again.

Right next to King’s Park. About 15 min walk to city centre. Comfy bed and good sized room (exec suite) with everything you need. Not much else around there if you’re looking for dining options but Kings Park location was a real plus.
