I just stayed two nights at BI&S for the first time and found it very nice for many reasons: It's easy access from Hwy 53, I checked in around 9pm and process was quick and pleasant, clean room and bed, quiet, convenient and well lit - safe parking, located next to a Kwik Trip and the Casa Margarita #3 restaurant. I plan to return to BI&S in the future.

We were in town for my son's wedding. We stayed 2 nights with our dogs. The room was nice, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Check-in/out was quick and the staff was very nice. Mattress was very firm. Would stay again.

Parking lot could use repaved. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice as well.as healthier breakfast options. Otherwise it was a great stay for the price. Housekeeping was good and actually done during my 3 night stay. Most places still won't clean regularly post covid so that was definitely appreciated.

I was in the area for an event. The lady working was very nice. The parking lot is well lit and free of trash. The bed was a bit hard, but overall the room suited my needs for a 1 night stay.

Not a bad location, easy access, convenience store very close by with an excellent Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Property needs work, and entrance and hallway needs to be air conditioned as it was hot and muggy. Room is in pretty good shape, but condensation on floor due to most air and ac was turned off. Bed is very uncomfortable- needs to be updated! Parking lot well lit and newly resurfaced.

Not fancy but functional. Friendly check-in and clean. Kwik Trip right across the parking lot. It’s one level, which I really like. Very quiet. Will stay again on the way home and on future trips. The only reason for 4 stars is because the continental breakfast is just coffee and a little pack of mini donuts.

For the price, this hotel was fine. Nothing special, just a decent place for a decent price. If you’re looking for an ok stay, this place qualifies. If looking for more, go elsewhere and pay more. It was quiet and beds were comfortable.Overall housekeeping along baseboards and behind cabinets could be improved, other than that, it was fine.

So, let's start by saying it's a small town motel. These are my go to when travelling. It's safe place to sleep while my car is safe outside. Yes, the toilet was hard to flush, the shower didn't have much pressure and the tub drained very slowly. Yes, we slept well on the bed. We're thinking that we'll be back in the area maybe later this year or next summer, and we'll probably stay here again.

Our room had new vinyl plank flooring, refrigerator, micro-wave, a cold air conditioner and a comfortable bed. The owners are making upgrades to most of the rooms. Upon check-out I mentioned an issue, to the person who had checked us in, that needed to be addressed. He was appreciative and we will return the next time we are in the area.

The room was quiet. Bed was not the most comfortable, but it was plenty for the rate. Cable tv with more than enough channels. Shower was mediocre, unless you figure in the tub not draining very well. Air conditioner worked great. Kept the room at a constant temperature. Not much of a breakfast. Good coffee, and a few pastries. If you're looking to be treated like royalty, keep looking. But if you want an economical place to sleep, close to Kwik Trip, this is the place. If we're in the area again, i would not hesitate to stay again.

Check in smooth and staff was friendly. No food or beverages in lobby; empty coffee pot. Arrived about 8pm and ample parking available. Room smelled very musty but room was clean. Bathroom shower head was very low & no sink/vanity in toilet/shower area. Vanity located across in room. Air conditioning worked well. Very loud in hallway area when anyone came into a room or left to exit to parking lot. Room had mini fridge and tv. When leaving at 6:30am still no coffee or snacks out front. The stay was fine for a short overnight. Location was good for gas station and easy access to the highway. Also fast food nearby.

Our room was tidy and clean, and in remarkably good condition, considering the age of the facility. Paint and carpet were in good condition, the beds were reasonably comfortable and the room was well furnished. The staff were pleasant and responded very quickly.

I only rated the staff and service low (it is not directly the ONE woman or her service) However, they have check in from 3pm to 2am which is nice but there is only one staff person working from Friday to Sunday. Now that ONE person has to (try) and stay awake til 2am every day AND clean rooms and put breakfast out. They absolutely need more help as one person is NOT enough. When we arrived at 8pm it took us at least 25 minutes to get someone up to the front desk to check us in (she was exhausted being on her own) Now we just stay there during the first weekend of gun hunting so it doesn't have to be fancy. It is clean and simple. It does seem like it has a lot of permanent residents and some sketchy things going on there. That would be on the owners and not the employees who work there. Overall not a bad place to crash at night. I truly felt bad for the one woman trying to keep the place going. Decent management would have one more person to help her, no good place of business would leave one employee to do all of the work. I get that most people check in and stay the weekend but they should have one for cleaning if needed and one for the front desk so there is no issues checking in. I would like to know who own Bloomer Inn and Suites and email them directly.

Good 4 day stay. Basic and clean. Only downfall was no one answering phone or desk bell after midnight....came back late after concert and tried to get extra blanket for my friend who's always freezing but no one on duty. So just make sure to get your extras early if needed

I just stayed two nights at BI&S for the first time and found it very nice for many reasons: It's easy access from Hwy 53, I checked in around 9pm and process was quick and pleasant, clean room and bed, quiet, convenient and well lit - safe parking, located next to a Kwik Trip and the Casa Margarita #3 restaurant. I plan to return to BI&S in the future.

Shower was mediocre, unless you figure in the tub not draining very well. Air conditioner worked great. Kept the room at a constant temperature. Not much of a breakfast. Good coffee, and a few pastries. If you're looking to be treated like royalty, keep looking. But if you want an economical place to sleep, close to Kwik Trip, this is the place. If we're in the area again, i would not hesitate to stay again.

This is a nice hotel. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere though. Eau Claire is about 20-30 min to the south. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. I found the free breakfast to be lacking. It was cereal, prepackaged Little Debbie snacks, and coffee. A toaster and bread would have been nice. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay and would probably return if in the area again.

Beds were clean. 👍 Interstate was loud. Room was clean but pretty outdated. TV had a flash going on the whole time. Breakfast not so appealing. Worth what we paid for.

The staff were pleasant and friendly and the room was adequate, clean and all was well and maintained. The location could have been a bit more quaint to the surrounding area. It’s next to a Kwik Trip which is convenient, however my room was on the end and the truckers came and went from the gas station and it wasn’t the greatest experience.

I stayed last weekend and it was really nice. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Good location. This weekend I stayed in a different room and the same, room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast is simple. But they got coffee! So I was happy.

Great for a just passing thru. Overall it’s a great place for the money. Also great if traveling with a boat or such. People are friendly, beds are comfy. No problem getting an extra pillow. Just needs updating and maintenance especially on the air conditioning units. Very musty moldy smelling. The only HUGE turnoff is the plexiglass at the front desk. Only sketchy motels use this…please take it down so guests feel welcome.

The first thing we noticed was that it looks and smells clean, and it is well lit. Our room wasn't the most modern, but the beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I was even pleasantly surprised that their paper products were of decent quality. I would stay here again.

It was quiet and clean. There is a nice big field to play ball with my dog. And a quick trip right there to get gas and food and anything else I needed.
