Location and communication were superb. The house is directly by the sea, with a beach just a few minutes away. The agency was very helpful and friendly. However, the house is quite dated and has a musty smell. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and eventually stopped working altogether.

Die Villa leidet unter einem signifkanten Instandhaltungsstau. Dachbalken morsch und von Termiten zerfressen. Aufdringlicher Fäkaliengeruch im Hauptbad. Sonnenliegen wie vom Gebrauchtmarkt. Schimmel an den Aussenwänden. Küche und Küchengeräte dringend auszutauschen/verschmutzt. Duschvorhang alt. Gardinen ungewaschen mit Flecken. Sofas durchgesessen und ebenfalls mit Flecken. Gesamtausstattung unpassend zur Preiskategorie. Gute Lagen, tolle Aussicht.
