We were very disappointed with our stay. After check-in, we found the toilet seat broken. The reception informed us it could be repaired in the evening, but since we had dinner plans, we agreed it could be fixed the next day after check-out. We placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. However, when we returned from dinner, someone had entered our room without permission, repaired the toilet, and left dirty footprints and stains in the bathroom. This is a serious breach of privacy. No staff should enter a guest room when the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed. When we reported the issue, the reception staff seemed unable to understand why we were upset. In addition, we found toothpaste on the bathroom door and a large brown water stain on the duvet. So the room was never really clean in the first place! Mistakes can happen, but respecting guests’ privacy and maintaining cleanliness are basic standards. Unfortunately, there was no assistance, and no goodwill gesture. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience — luckily, only for one night.

Service personnel was very friendly and kind. The location is super since it is close to the next lovely town in walkable distance. The view from the room nice. The stay however was very disappointing. The hotel really needs renovation and a lot could be then with the areay but the garden is boring and not well maintained. The hotel stresses how sustainable it is but it rather gives the impression to save cost in terms of personnel. The pools were not heated and could not be used during the entire stay (if 20 C is not nice for you). There was not enough space outside for the breakfast, sometimes one person only managing. The breakfast was okay but not 5 star level. Absolutely not acceptable: when sitting outside to the pool area, there is also a smoking corner directly next to all others. Children were sitting there too. All smoke was blown in this area and it was not possible to enjoy the breakfast. Personnel did not intervene and nobody ever was interested in the customer unfortunately which is unusual for this class of hotel. Rain was dropping through the veranda too. The beach is Limited but the sign to make reservations for sunbeads was a bit sad, I dont know if the guest has to pay this extra..if so, not acceptable. Overall rating would be maximum of 3 stars compared to international standard. A stay for a night is okay but I would have been super disappointed if stayed longer. The hotel has a lot to do and address.

Bar area ok for all inclusive, but if you was paying customer, not a great selection of drinks and not a quality of drinks and all the entertainment was down in there pool bar, which is not the most comfortable place to watch entertainment

My only issue was the Hotel's WiFi, which was really slow. The staff was nice and friendly. But overall, the hotel is great. The location of the hotel is only a 5 min walk to Kardamaina which has lots of food options.
