There is no ice machine on the premises, the room smelled funky and the floor was not swept upon arrival. The appliances pictured in the listing are misleading, they work but the fridge was covered in rust and the microwave plate constantly shifted when in use. The bed frames lifted off the ground when you sat down and other guests were not curteous with noise level starting at overall it looks poorly managed and not kept up.

Room had a mouse trap/bug traps in it. TV didnt work at first. Floor was sticky! Booked for 3 adults and one baby and there were 2 towels in the room. When ask for more they stated we needed to bring them down before we could get more. Then was told they are short on towels and would wash the 2 and give them back. What a joke!!!! Theres no smoking but the whole hotel smells of weed! Killed what looked like 2 cockroaches! People party all night in the parking lot!

Our check in experience was negative, as we had to wait quite a while for a night attendant (10:45pm) to arrive and check us in. Once the attendant arrived, he took his time with the process, but no issues getting the room assignment and keys.The room was clean enough, but had an unpleasant musty smell, and there were no washcloths and no shampoo in the bathroom. We found a small palmetto bug near the window, but that can be hard to avoid near openings, and he rest of the room was fairly clean, so we ignored that. Lots of noise in the lobby and outside the building, but it didn't continue very late into the night.

Corridor, elevators stinks very bad, seriously concerned about possible health issues here. Room is dirty, refrigerator had all dirt spots all over the door, I was scared to touch it. Bathroom faucet, shower, tap all rusty and dirty I won’t dare to go here again. It’s such a good location and brand surprised see how poorly it is maintained.

Bed sheets/comforter/pillow cases not washed and cleaned. Put a shirt over the pillow case, slept on top of the sheet. Cockroaches, killed about 6 in the room alone. Bed spring was broke on one side so you slanted off the bed if not in the middle. Just provide a bar of soap and no extra toilet paper. Would definitely not recommend.

The room above me was so noisy like big thuds that would make you jump. I went to relax not be up with my dog all night because loud noises make her start stunning circles. I called front desk twice and it would get louder. There was a couple hour break then when desk person went home it was double thus until 1:44 am. Next morning front desk employee could gave cared less like I was making it up. No I was miserable and is was my dog. I would give this place a zero

Overall, a mixed experience. Check-in was easy and smooth, which I appreciated. Especially thankful for the handicap-accessible room and bathroom for my mom—those accommodations made a real difference. The room itself was very minimalistic. There was a kitchen available, but I was ill-prepared and was unable to obtain paper products, which made things a bit inconvenient. One downside was the TV setup, as there were no local network television stations available. Additionally, fairly certain I smelled marijuana nearby both nights, which was disappointing.

The first thing I saw driving up to the hotel was a boarded-up window, but the staff said someone drove into the building and it wasn’t broken into. So I checked in since I had pre-paid for 2 nights. It was SO noisy! I went into the restroom, used the facilities and pulled gently on the toilet paper roll only to have the holder fall off and the toilet tissue went rolling. The top of the sink was secured with foaming caulk, so I assume that had been broken. When I went to take a shower the handle fell off in my hand. I put it back on and tried to turn on the water to hot, but the knob just went in circles. I finally got it to turn on, but there was no hot water. Absolutely nothing in the room - no coffee maker, nothing. The bed was very uncomfortable with a threadbare blanket. I left the next morning even though I paid for another night. I couldn’t even say anything as there was no staff to be found. I would never recommend this place!

It's a pretty gross motel. Super thin walls and ultra noisy with people coming in at 2am playing loud music. Shower tub was slow to drain. Fridge handles were super rusted and old. Would not recommend.

I hate to give a low rating being that ive stayed at this location traveling for work many times. It was too noisy until after 1am with slamming doors and loud talking in hallway as well as outside. Also more people hanging around building making me feel unsafe.

Check in took FOREVER, even tho there was only one person in front of us. Then we were rudely informed of the non negotiable $100 deposit (even tho we already paid, and there was no mention of this on the website). As we left ON TIME, I stopped at the front desk to make sure they knew we were leaving. The next day I realized they only refunded a portion of the deposit- the reason stated… LATE CHECK OUT?!?! The only nice part about this stay was the person that fixed this error and refunded the rest of my deposit (which took 7-10 business days to come back). Next time I’ll shop around a little more.

I had booked and paid this hotel 9 days before my trip. When I arrived, the receptionist said I couldn’t get a room because they were all booked up. She was very rude and didn’t care that I had a reservation nor that I had already been charged for the room. There was a big event in the area, therefore every hotel was completely booked as well. I was then told that I would get a refund in 7-10 days. They tied up money so that I couldn’t even get another room. My family and I were forced to sleep in the car. Worst experience EVER!

If I could give this a zero star I would! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! BUGS! I woke up to a bug crawling on the covers. The refrigerator door is FILTHY! Absolutely disgusting, it has never been cleaned, ever. There was no lid to the toilet, just a split toilet seat like a public restroom, no counter space so things could easily fall into the toilet. The shower curtain would not stay closed and the floor got soaked. Walked across the floor after the shower and my feet were gritty and dirty. But I couldn’t sit in the toilet to put my socks on, because again, no lid. The guy at the front desk when I arrived just stood there and stared at me, did not ask to help me, I had to speak to him first, no customer service skills. When I left in the morning, the room across the hall was smoking weed and the hall was filled with smoke. They had a barking dog also. The office was closed so I couldn’t talk to them about the conditions of the room. Hotel.com was zero help in the situation. This place is incredibly unsanitary!

I reserved a room with two queen beds, but for the first night, I was forced to sleep on a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. It took multiple requests on the second day before we were moved to the correct room. Additionally, there was no daily cleaning, and we were required to pay an extra fee just to get clean towels.
