This villa bed & breakfast is unique in the appearance and the interior design which is welcoming and tranquil. Anne-Marie and Ameena met us with open arms. The pool area is wonderful with a bar, a cabana to sit in the shade and lounge chairs for the sun. There is a huge veranda on the second level that looks out to the Atlantic Ocean with refreshing breezes! We also enjoyed and relaxed in the TV room. You would need a car, taxi or public transportation to get to restaurants but it is worth it for the serenity you return to at Hidden Gem. It really is a ‘Hidden Gem’.

Hidden Gem!🌺 This hidden paradise has everything you need for a relaxing getaway! The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, a safe and secure environment and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this property. However, there are two major aspects that sets Hidden Gem apart from the rest: the attention to detail, which you will observe in every aspect of the experience and the manager, Ameena!! I’ll save the best for last! As soon as you walk through the gates, you are immediately aware that every single aspect; from the beautiful pool area to the upper deck overlooking the ocean, is elegant, stylish, sophisticated and tasteful! Well done! Now! Ameena! I can honestly say, never have I encountered a more thoughtful, compassionate, warm-hearted, caring and patient individual. When the driver pulled up, she was literally waiting outside at the gate to greet me with a beautiful, bright and welcoming smile! It was late and she served me one of the many delicious meals I would have the pleasure of eating at Hidden Gem…all prepared with lots of love (I swear I could taste the love!) by Ameena! Did I mention the breakfasts are to die for?! I could go on and on about her but from my personal experience and based on my observations of her interactions with other guests, Ameena truly makes Hidden Gem a rare and unequaled example of how to create a pleasant and memorable experience that leaves a lasting impression (so much so that I booked another week!)❤️

While the coastline in front of the hotel isn’t suitable for swimming, getting to other renowned beaches via local transportation was simple and quick. We only had a one night stay due to a canceled flight. So surprised once we arrived. It was absolutely beautiful. Ann Marie made you feel like you were at home. The facility had all the amenities of a high-end hotel Gorgeous pool, bar, veranda's and a block from the ocean. It is the best B&B I have ever experienced. I highly recommend if you are looking for quiet, tranquil beautiful accommodations. Perfect for couples to unwind after a busy day. Next time we visit we will be staying at the Hidden Gem. Thank you Ann Marie!!!

Hidden Gem is a perfect place to relax and just hang by the pool, or recline on the deck facing the ocean. It is not a place where you can step out the door and be on the beach or at a restaurant. If you have a car, Miami Beach is 5 minutes away. We went to Oistens (5 min by car) on a Thursday night and really enjoyed our fish dinner. (The guide books make it sound like it is only on Fridays. Not quite as lively as on Friday, but still a lot of fun on Thursday night.) The pool and breakfast were both very nice. Very convenient to the airport (about 15 min away).

I booked a room at Hidden Gem due to a cancelled flight. It was close to the airport and the price was reasonable. It is located in a residential area, with a restaurant that is within walking distance. The food at Ocean Blue was delicious and reasonably priced. Our hostess with the mostest, Ms. Ann Marie, is the sweetest, most hospitable host that I have ever encountered. She is personable and attentive, with a fantastic sense of humor. Her house is absolutely gorgeous. It is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Although there is no beach access, there is a large pool that will make you appreciate the home that much more. I can't forget to mention that she makes the best rum punch I've ever had! Needless to say, I loved our short time with Ann Marie and Hidden Gem, (special shout out to Clarence <3). I hope to visit again soon.

Inch Marlowe is a quiet neighborhood near the ocean and away from the traffic and bustle of Bridgetown. The pool and the large shared upstairs shaded balcony are wonderful places to relax after a day exploring Barbados. Breakfasts are bountiful and delicious! Ann-Marie and Ameena are gracious and helpful hosts. Thank you!

Wow…. This truly is a hidden gem. You expect the property to be clean, beautiful, with great facilities in a great location. What differentiates good from great are the staff. The staff went out of their way to make our 4 day experience truly memorable. Can’t give enough praise for this oasis in Barbados. Don’t even hesitate, you will not be disappointed. What an awesome stay !!

My stay there was quiet and very serene, which was precisely what I needed after a very long year, along with a vacation. Ann Marie and Ameena took great care of me while I was there and while I was there I swam every day and hungout in the rear of the home while having a few drinks.

The Hidden Gem Barbados was truly a gem to stay at. The room I stayed in had a nice theme and was decorated nicely. The bed was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the rainfall shower. I had to leave early for the airport, but Ann-Marie had prepared some fruit, cheese and coffee. I enjoyed eating and enjoying my coffee at the table by the pool in the backyard. The fact that I didn't arrive at the Hidden Gem until early morning, I didn't realize how close the ocean was to the property. I took a chance by staying here, but it very much lived up to the name. Truly a hidden gem nestled near the beach. When I pass back through Barbados, I will definitely entertain staying here again. Thank you Ann Marie for a great stay. Your place is awesome.

Hidden Gem is a real gem.It locates in a silence ocean side.Surrounded by house and field,Hidden gem is very silence.Especially in night,You can just hear sound of waves and insects.If you want to escape from noisy city,it’s a good choice.Hidden Gem is located in the south point of the Barbados ,You can see sunrise in the morning and sun set in the afternoon at the same place.It’s a amazing experience.The hostess Ann Marie is a decoration designer and design the hotel.Each room has its own theme and style. The decoration is very careful and the details are very distinctive.Room ,bed and bathroom are comfortable，very clean and spacious.Ann Marie and Ameena are very nice and warm-hearted . we talk a lot about life and career. When we arrived Ann took us to buy a local phone card. Another time,Google map shows wrong address and Ann took us to the right place.They help us rent a car and we can go to everywhere.the price is cheap. They gave us a lot of advice about restaurants in Barbados. All of them are satisfied.Barbados people are nice ,peaceful and friendly,I like them.

The staff went out of their way to make our 4 day experience truly memorable. Can’t give enough praise for this oasis in Barbados. Don’t even hesitate, you will not be disappointed. I had a wonderful stay at Hidden Gem. Anne Marie and Ameena were wonderful hosts and very attentive to my needs, even reminding me of tours I had booked and informed them about when I first arrived. My room was well decorated and clean, and everyone was friendly. I would recommend staying here when visiting Barbados.

This villa bed & breakfast is unique in the appearance and the interior design which is welcoming and tranquil. Anne-Marie and Ameena met us with open arms. The pool area is wonderful with a bar, a cabana to sit in the shade and lounge chairs for the sun. There is a huge veranda on the second level that looks out to the Atlantic Ocean with refreshing breezes! We also enjoyed and relaxed in the TV room. You would need a car, taxi or public transportation to get to restaurants but it is worth it for the serenity you return to at Hidden Gem. It really is a ‘Hidden Gem’.

The Hidden Gem Barbados was truly a gem to stay at. The room I stayed in had a nice theme and was decorated nicely. The bed was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the rainfall shower. I had to leave early for the airport, but Ann-Marie had prepared some fruit, cheese and coffee. I enjoyed eating and enjoying my coffee at the table by the pool in the backyard. The fact that I didn't arrive at the Hidden Gem until early morning, I didn't realize how close the ocean was to the property. I took a chance by staying here, but it very much lived up to the name. Truly a hidden gem nestled near the beach. When I pass back through Barbados, I will definitely entertain staying here again. Thank you Ann Marie for a great stay. Your place is awesome.

The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, a safe and secure environment and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this property. I’ll save the best for last! As soon as you walk through the gates, you are immediately aware that every single aspect; from the beautiful pool area to the upper deck overlooking the ocean, is elegant, stylish, sophisticated and tasteful! Well done! Now! Ameena! I can honestly say, never have I encountered a more thoughtful, compassionate, warm-hearted, caring and patient individual. When the driver pulled up, she was literally waiting outside at the gate to greet me with a beautiful, bright and welcoming smile! I booked a room at Hidden Gem due to a cancelled flight. It was close to the airport and the price was reasonable. It is located in a residential area, with a restaurant that is within walking distance. The food at Ocean Blue was delicious and reasonably priced. Our hostess with the mostest, Ms. Ann Marie, is the sweetest, most hospitable host that I have ever encountered. She is personable and attentive, with a fantastic sense of humor. Her house is absolutely gorgeous. It is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Although there is no beach access, there is a large pool that will make you appreciate the home that much more. I can't forget to mention that she makes the best rum punch I've ever had! Needless to say, I loved our short time with Ann Marie and Hidden Gem, (special shout out to Clarence <3). I hope to visit again soon.

The house is so BEAUTIFUL! Ameena is so wonderful and accommodating. It was her actual night off and she stayed and waited for us to arrive after our flight landed late. She then made sure we had transportation to arrive there and drove us HERSELF to have a night out on the town. She ensured we had transportation back. I only have great things to say about our stay. We were only there for a few hours since we had a long layover until we headed to another country. Ameena I appreciate the hospitality, the security and most importantly the time you took to make sure we had everything we needed for our short stay. Thank you ❤️

We only had a one night stay due to a canceled flight. So surprised once we arrived. It was absolutely beautiful. Ann Marie made you feel like you were at home. The facility had all the amenities of a high-end hotel Gorgeous pool, bar, veranda's and a block from the ocean. It is the best B&B I have ever experienced. I highly recommend if you are looking for quiet, tranquil beautiful accommodations. Perfect for couples to unwind after a busy day. Next time we visit we will be staying at the Hidden Gem. Hidden Gem is a perfect place to relax and just hang by the pool, or recline on the deck facing the ocean. It is not a place where you can step out the door and be on the beach or at a restaurant. If you have a car, Miami Beach is 5 minutes away. We went to Oistens (5 min by car) on a Thursday night and really enjoyed our fish dinner. (The guide books make it sound like it is only on Fridays. Not quite as lively as on Friday, but still a lot of fun on Thursday night.) The pool and breakfast were both very nice. Very convenient to the airport (about 15 min away).

I booked a room at Hidden Gem due to a cancelled flight. It was close to the airport and the price was reasonable. It is located in a residential area, with a restaurant that is within walking distance. The food at Ocean Blue was delicious and reasonably priced. Our hostess with the mostest, Ms. Ann Marie, is the sweetest, most hospitable host that I have ever encountered. She is personable and attentive, with a fantastic sense of humor. Her house is absolutely gorgeous. It is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Although there is no beach access, there is a large pool that will make you appreciate the home that much more. I can't forget to mention that she makes the best rum punch I've ever had! Needless to say, I loved our short time with Ann Marie and Hidden Gem, (special shout out to Clarence <3). I hope to visit again soon.

The pool and the large shared upstairs shaded balcony are wonderful places to relax after a day exploring Barbados. Breakfasts are bountiful and delicious! My stay there was quiet and very serene, which was precisely what I needed after a very long year, along with a vacation. Ann Marie and Ameena took great care of me while I was there and while I was there I swam every day and hungout in the rear of the home while having a few drinks.

This villa bed & breakfast is unique in the appearance and the interior design which is welcoming and tranquil. Anne-Marie and Ameena met us with open arms. The pool area is wonderful with a bar, a cabana to sit in the shade and lounge chairs for the sun. There is a huge veranda on the second level that looks out to the Atlantic Ocean with refreshing breezes! We also enjoyed and relaxed in the TV room. You would need a car, taxi or public transportation to get to restaurants but it is worth it for the serenity you return to at Hidden Gem. It really is a ‘Hidden Gem’.

Hidden Gem!🌺 This hidden paradise has everything you need for a relaxing getaway! The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, a safe and secure environment and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this property. However, there are two major aspects that sets Hidden Gem apart from the rest: the attention to detail, which you will observe in every aspect of the experience and the manager, Ameena!! I’ll save the best for last! As soon as you walk through the gates, you are immediately aware that every single aspect; from the beautiful pool area to the upper deck overlooking the ocean, is elegant, stylish, sophisticated and tasteful! Well done! Now! Ameena! I can honestly say, never have I encountered a more thoughtful, compassionate, warm-hearted, caring and patient individual. When the driver pulled up, she was literally waiting outside at the gate to greet me with a beautiful, bright and welcoming smile! It was late and she served me one of the many delicious meals I would have the pleasure of eating at Hidden Gem…all prepared with lots of love (I swear I could taste the love!) by Ameena! Did I mention the breakfasts are to die for?! I could go on and on about her but from my personal experience and based on my observations of her interactions with other guests, Ameena truly makes Hidden Gem a rare and unequaled example of how to create a pleasant and memorable experience that leaves a lasting impression (so much so that I booked another week!)❤️

We only had a one night stay due to a canceled flight. So surprised once we arrived. It was absolutely beautiful. Ann Marie made you feel like you were at home. The facility had all the amenities of a high-end hotel Gorgeous pool, bar, veranda's and a block from the ocean. It is the best B&B I have ever experienced. I highly recommend if you are looking for quiet, tranquil beautiful accommodations. Perfect for couples to unwind after a busy day. Next time we visit we will be staying at the Hidden Gem. Thank you Ann Marie!!!

To be honest I wish I can give 10 score. Very helpful Ameena and Ana Marie truly are the best. The breakfast so good. Also they have car for rental. We are glad we stayed at Hidden Gem. We will be back next year.

The host and property were welcoming and ready to accommodate our stay. A taxi driver was arranged in order to navigate our way around the island. Breakfast was copiously prepared as requested and minor details throughout the trip were cared for. Thank you to the hots!

The Hidden Gem Barbados was truly a gem to stay at. The room I stayed in had a nice theme and was decorated nicely. The bed was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the rainfall shower. I had to leave early for the airport, but Ann-Marie had prepared some fruit, cheese and coffee. I enjoyed eating and enjoying my coffee at the table by the pool in the backyard. The fact that I didn't arrive at the Hidden Gem until early morning, I didn't realize how close the ocean was to the property. I took a chance by staying here, but it very much lived up to the name. Truly a hidden gem nestled near the beach. When I pass back through Barbados, I will definitely entertain staying here again. Thank you Ann Marie for a great stay. Your place is awesome.

We were the only guests there in this boutique hotel. Amina (the manager) was wonderful and she was the only person working there. It was being a guest in someone’s home, literally Beautiful rooms and property with everything you could want and all the luxuries you would hope for Not a great location as the closest beach is at least 10+ minutes

I had an overnight stay that was planned last min. I originally planned to stay two nights but realized that it was just not for me - ( I had originally came from the popular tourist area and needed to backfill two nights ) although they realized it was just not my style both hosts went above and beyond to accommodate me as much as possible and even worked to get me a refund for the next night - the place is lovely and quiet and perfect for anyone looking for just that!

Such a wonderful stay here! Staff were absolutely perfect, food was amazing, the common areas are spacious, comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean, large and had all the amenities we could want or need. I can't say enough good things about the Hidden Gem!
