I booked this hotel bc we had a wedding to attend. I specifically wanted a pool for my grandson to swim in. The pool was much hotter than hot tub, too hot for a 3 year old for sure! Nice and clean hotel with a great breakfast. The parking is horrible though, my husband had to take my daughter to the ER and they returned at 10 pm and there were no parking spots for him. He had to park in a plaza nearby.

During our stay, the hotel was being renovated. Our room was recently done and was very nice, including new furniture and carpet. However, the entire hotel had a very strong glue smell which made us feel nauseated for our stay. Even some staff members wore masks. I wish we knew that before booking. Outside of that, every staff member was extremely polite and helpful and the hotel was in a great location along a stream with shops nearby. Had we stayed after the renovation, my rating would have been higher.

The room was nice with the way it was set up, but it was not cleaned thoroughly. The sofa bed had trash on it that we had to clean up. The room was not properly stocked with towels or blankets. When I went to check in, the front desk agent didn’t even look at my name and said the rooms weren’t ready, an hour-ish before check in. When we checked in later, the other agent looked like she was on drugs. It was in a nice location though.

It's going great so far. I was surprised to find out when i got here that i had been downgraded to a standard room after i had booked a mountain view room. It was unsettling because i was not informed until i looked outside and my view was of mcdonalds. Which wasn't too bad but wasn't what i booked. I called front desk and they weren't sure why i was downgraded, but could only offer explanation that someone may have decided to stay late. (For some reason, the page is not letting me upload pictures)

I love staying at Hampton Inn - usually I choose them when traveling. This location was beautiful (recently remolded). The ONLY negative is the air conditioner was extremely loud (tv had to be turned up) and a high pitched whirl (headache inducing). When asked about it, they said all the rooms sound like it. I left early because of it.

We were on the 3rd floor with a nice view of the mountains. The room and the floor were quiet with no noise. The room was clean, beds were comfy, and the breakfast was good. It was close to a number of conveniences (shopping, groceries, Dillon Lake) etc.

Renovated property and we stayed in a new room which had mountain views! Room was extremely comfortable abd the breakfast was hardy! Typical options: oatmeal, waffles, eggs/potatoes, fresh fruit, toast/bagels. Ate plentiful and stayed full for several hours. Several dining options within walking distance and only 1.5 hours from Denver.

I finally got a chance to stay here and was a bit disappointed. Peeling wall paper, warped molding but most annoying was how noisy it was. I could hear vehicles outside and the heard of elephants in the room above...and the shower wasn't very warm.

Property is being remodeled. Booked a king suite - it was not avail and was down graded to a queen w/out compensation. Also was not told about parking charge and had to call to ask what the additional charge on my card was. Called and spoke to someone at the hotel - they did credit me 1 night of parking back, but literally ignored my comment about the room downgrade and dismissed me.

This hotel is convenient to get to and just a short drive from all the ski resorts. The lobby and shared areas were all very clean and similar to most Hampton. The room itself was clean but did have a few stains on carpet but nothing terrible. BUT the best part about this place was the staff. My young daughter woke up sick in the early early hours and the front desk staff went above & beyond getting us water and hydration packets. Then the staff that came on in morning was just as gracious. Very kind and impressive. I would stay here again for sure.

Snow storm knocked out power to the hotel, which of course isn’t the hotel’s fault, about 30 minutes after the power came back on at 3:30am there was an alarm to evacuate the hotel in the snowstorm, something that may or may not have been in the hotel’s control, but what was something the hotel had control of was the lack of any kind of apology for the situation and maybe extending the check out or breakfast time. Despite being up till 4:00am myself and my family went to get breakfast at 10:03am and the hotel had everything locked up already, not good customer service in my opinion!

Property has bags of mulch laying out, working on landscape. Elevator was under construction and insulation was exposed. Becca the manager was very RUDE! It was my understanding parking was free. She charged me extra for parking! I wasn’t even able to park in handicap, people parked wherever. I addressed this with her. Her response was, “So you want your receipt”?

The hotel is great: spacious rooms, great amenities. However, the location is right by a highway, and there is no way to walk to anything. There are a couple of nearby restaurants, but the choices are very limited. Silverthorne is not a walking-friendly community, at least not from this property.

Hands down the best continental breakfast. The lobby was cozy and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean. And the stay was very quiet. I was very pleased with Hampton Inn.

The king suite was massive. It was like being at home. It even had a back door that I could park close to the room and load and unload easily. The breakfast was good also. Had little Mexican omelet's or scrambled eggs. Very nice. The staff were very nice also.

Our room was clean but it needs a bit of an update. Walls where there were water leaks needed to be touched up and the shower door did not close all the way. Breakfast was good and served hot but coffee was old and cold. Staff was friendly but they weren't always at the front desk when needed.

I think I spend a little bit more money and go to a different hotel. Clear of the room every three days is cleaned that's unacceptable the pool was gross there were no towels. One could not access a fitness center needed to require help so the key card didn't work. I had a great view of the parking lot no wonder they didn't show the pictures on the website the alarm goes off automatically unless you reset it at 6 AM which is not cool last but at least I am not fine I don't need a nightlight there's no way to unplug their lights to stay on 24 hours a day in the room In conclusion I will not return to this branch of hotel
