Der Zustand der Unterkunft ist auf den ersten Blick nicht sehr einladend. Das Appartement sehr abgewohnt. Könnte alles eine gründliche Renovierung vertragen. Der Frühstücksraum im 2. Untergeschoss geht garnicht. Wir haben nicht dort gefrühstückt. Das beste an dem Haus ist die Lage. Allerdings würde ich dort nicht nochmal buchen, sondern für den Preis ein gutes Hotel nehmen, die es dort in der Nähe auch massenhaft gibt.

Great location - ok if you are aware there is the hostel section next door - the elevator motors were a little noisey and lifts in need of service

The suite is very roomy and comfortable. Despite the busy area I was able to sleep without noise. The cleaning service is extra, they do not clean unless you pay the extra service. The elevator is annoying and old fashion, it does not work properly. In overall the location is amazing.

The apartment was VERY roomy. We stayed in a two bedroom, two-floor apartment with large living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a washer but no dryer. Drying racks were provided, which, honestly worked better than the European steam dryers we dealt with at other locations in Italy and Spain. Mola was the only facility in the four European cities we visited to provide top sheets for us (what is it with Europeans aversion to top sheets? LOL). They did not provide washcloths (none of them did) so be sure to bring your own. We had to request a fresh set of towels for Day 2. They said we weren't "set up" for towel service but they provided them anyway. Employees at reception were nice and accommodating. They let us store our luggage when we arrived so we could go sightseeing prior to the apartment being ready. They also arranged for airport transportation. I did not know Mola was attached to a hostel. We did not have any issues but I probably would not have stayed there had I known. The bar was like a dungeon and was typically crowded with teenagers. They were having fun and no trouble. There were just a lot of them! Other reviews said it was noisy at night. We stayed in a fifth-floor apartment and it was peaceful. The view from the front windows at night were lovely. The skylights in the bedrooms were a nice touch though the slanted ceilings could be a little claustrophobic.

wonderful hotel! There is a small elevator for your convenience. The room was extremely spacious and had a small view over the street. It is within walking distance to many sights. The staff is extremely friendly and have the ability to book a flamenco show for you, should you wish to see one. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I am ever back in Madrid will undoubtedly stay here.

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento nella parte Suites della struttura che ha ingresso comune con l’ ostello. La struttura si presenta in condizioni abbastanza fatiscenti solo la camera era carina e rispecchiava le foto anche se siamo stati tutto il viaggio con un odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno. Il resto un disastro. Alcuni dei receptionist per niente disponibili e abbastanza scocciati alle minime richieste. Lasciare i bagagli in struttura è a pagamento infatti locker. Peccato che nonostante si pagasse al check out il locker non funzionava.

Este hospedaje es muy práctico por la ubicación, a 1 cuadra de la Puerta del Sol Hay restaurantes cerca y un supermercado 24 horas justo detrás del hotel Íbamos 4 personas, nos dieron una suite amplia con todos los servicios (baño privado, cocina, lavadora, sala, comedor, etc. El punto negativo es que no te guardan las maletas, tienen unos lockers con costo extra a pesar de ser huésped El check out es a las 11am Resulta muy incómodo

24-hr check in meant that even when our flight was delayed we were not worried about checking in late at night. The staff on the desk were so helpful (even though it was 2am by the time we arrived). The room was big, with a kitchen containing everything we needed. Security was great, as you needed your key card to get into the corridors and to go up the lift, making us feel very safe. The apartment had great air conditioning too which provided a welcome break from the lovely hot Madrid weather. The location was the biggest plus, so central and walkable to all the amazing sites of Madrid. Within the area outside the accommodation were lots of bars, restaurants and shops, as well as a grocery store. The only down side was the luggage storage was broken when we were there, and though they gave us directions to a nearby luggage storage place (which we needed as our flight wasn’t until the afternoon), we had to pay about £15 (which included a discount Mola suites provided) and I feel that really should have been complimentary. Overall, such a fab location and an apartment with everything you need. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

Gostamos muito da estadia no Mola Suítes. Estávamos em uma família com um casal e dois filhos adolescentes. O hotel é bem localizado, perto de toda a área turística central. Muitos restaurantes e estações ao redor. Como funciona também u hostel no prédio, sua recepção é 24h, o que nos agradou por termos chegado após meia noite. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, com geladeira, fogão, microondas, máquina de lavar e máquina lava louça. Dois ar-condicionados estão a disposição, sendo que precisamos ligar apenas um durante a noite. O banheiro é grande e a ducha muito boa. Única observação é o fato de o chuveiro não afixar na parede, obrigando a gente a tomar banho com uma ducha. O hotel oferece opção de café da manhã com preço justo, bar durante a noite, lockers e máquina de acessórios importantes na viagem. Recomendo demais e com certeza voltaria outra vez ao Mola!

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Falta un poco de limpieza.

Location is amazing. However, the place could be cleaner and the elevators can be upgraded. Employees were very helpful and friendly. I stayed there 5 years ago and I noticed a decline in the upkeep.

Good option in Madrid, however the around places are noisy at night. There is a persistent bad smell from the toiletes but the rest was good

Very well appointed, very clean apartment in a building close to the center of the city, easy walk to everything.

Appart hotel spacieux, personnel de reception tres accueillants, disponible, a l'écoute. Literie propre et reste de l'appartement propre. Tres bon rapport qualité-prix surtout pour l'emplacement. Etablissement calme et bien isolé pour un etablissement en plein centre-ville. Je recommande.

It is a great location within walking distance to shopping or historical sites. Room is needed some touch-ups to be called up-scale. Wi-Fi is so-so. Otherwise, is good and I would stay myself again and probably recommend for friends,

The location was great and the room was spacious for our family. The only drawback was the elevator sounds from our room.

The 3 bedroom apt was wonderful, clean, equipped with everything. AC units were excellent as it was really hot outside. Reception staff was excellent and professional. Location was great as you are in the middle of the city and walkable. The only negative was the noise level. Our room had a sky window and it was not insulated to cancel out street noise so unfortunately we did not sleep well at night. Street noise was loud until 5am.

Excelente ubicación! A pesar de ser en el centro, no se siente el ruido de la calle porque esta muy bien aislado, apto para un buen descanso. El espacio de los apartamentos suites es muy amplio y completo, con cocina completa (menos horno), muchas sabanas, almohadas y cobijas. Muy bien climatizado, con Madrid a 40 grados junca sentimos calor en la habitación.

The property is located very close to Puerta del Sol / Gran Via. Perfect location for shopping and dining. The room was very spacious and well equipped.

En general todo estuvo bien, las suites son como se muestran en las fotos. Lo único es que hay mucho ruido en la calle al estar muy cerca del centro, lo cual tmbn tiene sus ventajas. La tina es alta y resbalosa, por lo q no lo recomendaría para personas mayores. Nos faltó otro espejo fuera del baño.

Muito boa nossa hospedagem, apto com cozinha completa, lava roupa e louças novos. Tudo muito confortável e uma fartura de enxoval com toalhas e roupa de cama de boa qualidade. Nos sentimos muito seguros pois precisava do cartão para usar elevador e acessar porta do andar. Atendimento super esclarecedor no check in. Colchões ótimos e sem problemas serem 2 camas de solteiro juntas. Localização muito perto da praça Del sol e Praça Mayor. Só teve uma noite que algum apt próximo não sei se em cima ou lado que estava muito barulho as 2h da manhã.

Good location. Room was clean, plenty of space for four people. Kitchen utensils were enough for our group. Freezer drawers were frozen shut. Bathroom had no ventilation. Sofa was comfortable enough to sleep on. Asked them ahead of time to arrange pickup to go to the airport, but they did not do it.

Everything about this apartment was great: the big space, the kitchen, the washer, the AC... The only thing missing would be ventilation in the bathroom. Since that was missing, tbe bathroom was often humid of the smelly poops would remain longer, which is not fun since we're 3 sharing one bathroom.

Excellent location! Clean & spacious apartment. Good sound proofing given the central & busy location. Complete amenities. WiFi can be improved. Otherwise highly recommended.

Súper buena opción para estancias largas, en la propiedad hay lavadora a buen costo. Las personas en la recepción no responden los mensajes pronto, por lo que tuvimos que llamar para saber si habían recibido nuestras solicitudes. El check in es digital y ayuda a una entrada ágil, las habitación son muy cómodas y la ubicación es muy buena

スタッフの対応は親切な対応ではあったが、マネージャーの対応は最悪だった。 滞在中にお風呂場の天井から水漏れが発生した。 部屋の交換となったが、それに伴って濡れた衣服の洗濯や部屋の交換のための準備等で一晩は十分楽しむ時間を取れないこととなった。 スタッフはこちらの状況を理解して対応をしてくれたものの、マネージャーとは話すことを求めたが不可であり、マネージャーはなにも対応しなかった。 施設やスタッフの対応はよいので、トラブルがおきなければ問題はないと思うが、何かトラブルが起きた際は十分な対応がされない可能性がある。

Spacious suite centrally located. Very convenient for sightseeing. For this reason, the area can be a bit loud at night, but it is to be expected.

Nice location for the Madrid downtown. Right at the city center. Most things are at walkable distance. Just one caution, you may hear some traffic noise at night, since the hotel is in busy central area.

Great location for tourists in Madrid. The apartment was spacious, quiet, yet near many attractions. Transport, good bars and restaurants very close. A great choice for budget accommodation in the heart of the city.

Ubicacion exelente lo demas normalito tirando a bastante basico, un apartamento para 4 personas con 3 enchufes en todo el piso y uno en el baño ademas el de la cocina no funcionaba asi que las tostadas y cafetera tuve que ponerla al lado de la tv, no puedo entender que en 4 dias que estuvimos no pudieron arreglarlo, un 10 la ubicacion un 5 el resto.

Parking was hard to find and expensive but the location was amazing! Close to everything!! We loved walking around, shopping, eating and enjoying the city!

Flott rom, frokosten var dårlig selv til dern ganske kave orisen . Høy mudikk i frokostsalen trekker ned. Rart med så dårlig møblering til et ellers så flott rom/leilighet med helt fantastisk beliggenhet

Sono molto efficienti per proporre servizi di transfert soprattutto in fase di arrivo dal Barajas. La reception aperta anche di notte assicura un servizio di accesso sicuro Servizi aggiuntivi come la colazione ad un prezzo vantaggioso aggiunge valore .

Great location, near everything. Main issue is the sound from street, ask for a suite on a higher floor. apartament had a nice hall with sofas and windows to the street that was fresh with high ceilings. Breakfast was good
