O rooftop que eles divulgam tanto não tinha nem música tocando quando fomos. O hotel é o primeiro 5 estrelas que fico que não tem piscina. A internet é péssima e cobrada a parte.

Perfect location if you’re travelling by train with heavy luggage as it’s literally up the road from Termini. Roof bar/restaurant was closed some nights for inexplicable reason…then when we did go for drinks service was bad. Price of room very high for overall value of hotel. Find a deal.

Tudo no hotel é muito bom com exceção do estacionamento que é muito ruim. Inclusive me cobraram o valor cheio de 180 euros por 4 diárias e não me deram o desconto de 10 euros por dia que informava no Hotéis.com.

10/10 – Would absolutely stay again! NH Collection Roma was a beautiful hotel! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of option; even for vegetarians, gluten free and vegans folks, which I personally appreciated since Im a vegetarian. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the city and a lovely bar/restaurant where we had a great time. The hotel is located right next to Roma Termini, as well as very close of buses stops, taxis stops and other public transportation. Loved everything about our stay!

Very bad quality overall not fit for a 5 stars: room cleaning is very bad no floor cleaning no changing of bed sheets or pillow cases for 3 nights; every day I have to call to get a bottle of water which should be replaced automatically and some coffee capsules; the minibar (fridge) is noisy and was not repaired during our 3 days stay although I informed the reception from the first day; breakfast is acceptable as food quality but the personnel doesn’t take care of the client and never comes to ask you if you want any coffee or even to take care of your table… very bad experience overall and I will not repeat it.

This was advertised as a 5 star property. It is not. The service and rooms were far from luxury. The most disgusting part was that I paid for a room with a terrace. The terrace was filled with bird poop. The cushions were filthy and torn. They had bird poop on them. It was obvious they rarely clean it, if ever. Also, they broke a wheel off of my luggage and I was forced to buy a new suitcase.

Absolutely amazing experience! I would reccomend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to Rome. It is in walking distance to all transportation. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant at all times. Wonderful experience!!

I decided to stay at this property because a friend of mine recommended it. First, they put on in a room with limited to no air conditioning. It was room 62 with terrace. I couldn’t sleep that night. Imagine temperature was 100 degrees daily. After complaints and me having a meltdown, they switched us to 211. Junior suite. Great air. But, the bathtub was too high. I can’t picture a senior trying to take a shower in it. Also the shower head was facing the wrong way that all the water spilled outside. Poor designing. The breakfast : expensive and very disappointing : eggbeater which is ridiculous for a 5 star hotel. I have to mention that Junior at front desk went above and beyond in looking for a solution to the problem. He should be rewarded for his patience and poise. Maintenance department should get reprimanded for not doing their job correctly. I have this property a 6/10 because , beside the incident with the AC, there are a lot of areas for improvement.

This room was fine except for the bathtub that was very deep and hard to climb out of. I use the shower so the rooms I was in earlier days had a walk in shower so much better. The lights in the bedroom were annoying. You couldn’t turn them off without taking the card out and turning out the bathroom lights also. The lights worked much better in the rooms I had earlier in my stay. .

Had an amazing stay, and the staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional. Check in/Out was a breeze, and the room was superb (modern amenities), clean, and everything worked. The hotel is very close to Terminii train/metro station, and there are lots of restaurants around the area. Only a couple of negative points. 1, all doors in the hotel slam shut (auto closing). we were woken up many times by people going in/out of rooms, including cleaning staff servicing rooms. 2, no restarant info in the room or in the hotel. we would have liked to eat there, but lack of menus (all online & difficult to access, limited, and not sure if out of date) meant t was easier to go elsewhere. i would prefer a paper menu in the room. 3. the breakast was very expensive. appreciate its a continental buffet, but i dont eat a lot irst thing, so opted for cheaper options nearby. would be nce to have a light breakfast option.

I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it. Conveniently located, I genuinely cannot fault a thing. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Being so close to Termini station made getting from the airport an absolute breeze.

Look no further. We had the best stay here. Visiting from Canada with my teenage kids. The staff is very friendly and loving. Hotel rooms are spacious, lovely and modern. Great food and an incredible breakfast with a huge selection. I would like to thank our server at the restaurant - I forgot her name I am sorry. She was from Romania I think- her name starts with M. Thanks to the Reception staff- Fabronia, and guest relations Tehsein. Thanks for helping us with the restaurants. And bell staff - Buba Everyone was excellent. Very caring. Great location. J would just stay here and nowhere else.

Foi tudo perfeito . Até o momento do check out , onde fui abordada e questionada / dúvida se a minha estadia tinha direito a café da manhã . Eu fui obrigada , após ser muito constrangida e chorado para pagar os cafés da manhã . Mas a minha reserva ( paga ) já contemplava o café da manhã . O que aconteceu? The hotel was well located, however, they didn't give me any of the benefits for being a VIP member that the reservation specified. So, I was really upset at first with the personnel because during my check-in they took 4 hours to give me my rooms, but overall the hotel it’s good.

This was our first stay in Rome and we absolutely plan to stay here again on our next trip. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern. It feels safe with 24-hour reception (all of the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating). Definitely worth the extra charge for amazing breakfast options with a beautiful dining area and terrace. Steps away from the Rome Termini, this hotel is super convenient. There is also a pharmacy a few steps away that we visited. The hotel set us up with a hop on and off bus tour that was convenient, informational and perfect where we were only in rome for 2 days.

There is no anti-slip pad in bed tub so my daughter slipped and hurt nose. They didn't care and they don't have preventive measure. And they charge 50 euros every morning for breakfast even though I thought it was included. There was no indication that they are going to charge this amount for breakfast at all. And the breakfast menu was terrible too. Same food everyday. This hotel is suppose to be 5 star at all. It is worse than 2 star hotel in Japan. Definitely not recommended

The staff were very friendly and respectful. They helped us with transport and restaurant bookings. They lent us umbrellas for the length of the stay so we ciukd walk around the city in the rain. They were quick to summon maintenance when our door malfunctioned. The breakfast was very good. The only things we did not like were 1) the evening dinning options were limited. 2) the door has to be repeatedly fixed. 3) sadly our room with a view was spoilt by ongoing road works outside the property, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Would recommend to all very nice friendly, quiet and convenient place to stay.
