I was originally put on the second floor due to elevators not working. My room was dirty and had roaches. They then moved me to the second floor. A customer said they had covid. We decided to check out. Was never refunded my money for the other 4 days that I didnt stay. I should have received a refund due to a customer staying there with covid. I was told i would get a refund but never did. This place is not clean and they will take your money

Beware this hotel has roaches!! Also my very last day my hotel door got jammed and wouldn’t let me in. Had to wait until the next morning for maintenance to come and take the door off. I personally suggest another hotel!

No working AC....reported problem to staff upon checkout. Was told manager would call me. 2 days later still no call from manager. Room was ok, bed had no top sheet, just a scratchy bed blanket.

Took 10min to get someone to front desk. Then went to room- A/C broke and dead bug on bed. Told front desk and they put me in another room. This time A/C worked great but bed not completely made.

We arrived very late and only stayed one night. The staff member was friendly and polite. The area around the hotel is nice. The room was a little bit of a disappointment; not bad, just okay. I am used to seeing higher quality furniture, amenities, etc for the $100 rate. Clean. But Older. Nothing special. Small rust spots on the fridge. Thin comforter. Not what I was expecting based on photos posted online. Maybe it’s because we had a (therapy) dog with us… Either way, we would stay again.

We arrived very late and only stayed one night. The staff member was friendly and polite. The area around the hotel is nice. The room was a little bit of a disappointment; not bad, just okay. My 12 hour stay was a nightmare. A $25 additional undisclosed “pet fee”. Itraveling across multiple states & did not have energy to relocate at 8pm at night. Simoly asked for a clean room & bed. 3 rooms later- still had bugs.?Toulet wouldn’t flush. Hall smelled like fish & pot. I’m pretty easy to please but this was beyond ridiculous!

Our stay wasnt the best... The staff was polite but the elevator was broke and had to climb 4 flights of stairs... Food was left in the drawers the stove was dirty and the beds were hard like sleeping on a cot... We wont be back

Except for tiny lobby--with the desk unmanned and blocked off much of the time--the door to the rooms requiring a key and a lock that was almost impossible to open, the infestation of live bugs in the bathroom, only two bath towels and two hand towels provided, a fan in the bathroom that was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep, no soap or shampoo or drinking cups, no ice bucket (and far as I could tell, no ice machine), no coffee maker, and a TV that I had to work on to get it to show a picture, I guess it was okay. Then, while on our way back home--two hours past checkout time and three hours after we left--we got a phone call from them asking if we were still there. I had to explain the registration desk was unmanned and shut down by a lowered blockade. We couldn't check out so we just left our key cards on the desk. She just said, "Okay," and hung up.

Nasty, dirty, has roaches, smells like a dog house because of the animals there and the lack of cleaning. Sheets were dirty when I checked in, the don’t clean for the first 2 weeks, and the list goes on and on. TERRIBLE place. Do not stay.

This stay was rough from the start. There were no towels or toiletries provided in the room, and it was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned, there were cockroaches and dirty countertops. Despite being labeled a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. The constant noise from people walking the halls and talking loudly on speakerphone made it hard to relax. If possible, save yourself the hassle and choose a different place to stay.

Overall appearance of the room was very underwhelming, dank and mildewy, and not much in there. There weren't enough pillows for the number of occupants (4) - one pillow was shaped like a basketball. There weren't any toiletries in the bathroom. The worst part was the smell in the room- a combination of human sweat, moldy cheese and cigarettes! I think someone before us smoked like a chimney in the bathroom and blew their smoke into the vents. I nearly vomited when I went in there in the morning it was so bad. Determined to make the best of it, we bought 4 air fresheners, flagrant room spray, and various cleaners, but nothing could take the smell away. The only good thing was that the window opened, which at least allowed some fresh air in (at least when someone wasn't outside in front the entrance smoking - yes! they allow people to smoke right at the entrance. Our room was on the second floor right above the entrance!). We only stayed one night of the two we booked- couldn't take the smell anymore! Staff was generally friendly. That's what I get for opting for a cheaper hotel. Never again!

The bed was a metal frame that made noise anytime you moved. The mattress was terrible. It was sunken in several spots. The room had a strange, mildewed smell. I was told that I would have to pay to have my towels washed and was only given two towels and two bath cloths for a week-long stay. The price was reasonable, all things considered. The hotel was in the vicinity of various places to eat and shop.

When we arrived at the facility, no one was at the front to greet us and when we went into the room there was only enough towels for one person. In fact there was one wash cloth and one bath towel. The room was clean but we only stayed one night because it was too noisy.

I did not like that the staff would not honor the on line price through extended stay nor would they agree to give me my veterans discount. I would reserve my stay online to pay at the hotel and the staff would tell me to pay at the hotel I had to pay their price not the online amount. I called corporate had everything worked out and a second corporate call took over the situation and went with the word and price of the hotel staff. Still no member discount and no veterans price (either or I was aware I could not stack the discounts. I just wanted one or the other to be honored as it was on the extended stay app. Terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend and will never stay here again.

The photos on the website are nothing compared to what you see when you get into the room and the funky smells throughout. Having to wait ten minutes to where I had to go find housekeeping to get someone to come to front desk. Then when asked for linen for the guest amount of four she literally had an attitude and was like you only supposed to get two. The photos on the website are nothing compared to what you see when you get into the room and the funky smells throughout. Having to wait ten minutes to where I had to go find housekeeping to get someone to come to front desk. Then when asked for linen for the guest amount of four she literally had an attitude and was like you only supposed to get two. Except for tiny lobby--with the desk unmanned and blocked off much of the time--the door to the rooms requiring a key and a lock that was almost impossible to open, the infestation of live bugs in the bathroom, only two bath towels and two hand towels provided, a fan in the bathroom that was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep, no soap or shampoo or drinking cups, no ice bucket (and far as I could tell, no ice machine), no coffee maker, and a TV that I had to work on to get it to show a picture, I guess it was okay. Then, while on our way back home--two hours past checkout time and three hours after we left--we got a phone call from them asking if we were still there. I had to explain the registration desk was unmanned and shut down by a lowered blockade. We couldn't check out so we just left our key cards on the desk. She just said, "Okay," and hung up.

I was told that I would have to pay to have my towels washed and was only given two towels and two bath cloths for a week-long stay. The price was reasonable, all things considered. The hotel was in the vicinity of various places to eat and shop.

Overall appearance of the room was very underwhelming, dank and mildewy, and not much in there. There weren't enough pillows for the number of occupants (4) - one pillow was shaped like a basketball. There weren't any toiletries in the bathroom. The worst part was the smell in the room- a combination of human sweat, moldy cheese and cigarettes! I think someone before us smoked like a chimney in the bathroom and blew their smoke into the vents. I nearly vomited when I went in there in the morning it was so bad. Determined to make the best of it, we bought 4 air fresheners, flagrant room spray, and various cleaners, but nothing could take the smell away. The only good thing was that the window opened, which at least allowed some fresh air in (at least when someone wasn't outside in front the entrance smoking - yes! they allow people to smoke right at the entrance. Our room was on the second floor right above the entrance!). We only stayed one night of the two we booked- couldn't take the smell anymore! Staff was generally friendly. That's what I get for opting for a cheaper hotel. Never again!

We arrived very late and only stayed one night. The staff member was friendly and polite. The area around the hotel is nice. The room was a little bit of a disappointment; not bad, just okay. I am used to seeing higher quality furniture, amenities, etc for the $100 rate. Clean. But Older. Nothing special. Small rust spots on the fridge. Thin comforter. Not what I was expecting based on photos posted online. Maybe it’s because we had a (therapy) dog with us… Either way, we would stay again.

I checked in late around 11:00+ the person that works there must live there because it took her a while 20 plus minutes to come down. I paid for the room and then she told me there was a $100 deposit because I didn’t reserve with them. Which I am suppose to get refunded around 5 days after my stay. I already paid for the room, why should I have to leave a $100 deposit? The hotel smelled bad, old not clean, the bed was terrible. I will not want to stay at an extended stay again.

Booked a single queen bed room nearly a month before my stay, to arrive on the day of check in to getting a room with two double beds. Went downstairs to ask for the room I booked, they said the owner changed my booking in their system 24 hours before, without any contact to me. They said they had been sold out of the single queen beds for weeks, but it allowed me to book a single queen. Moving on from that, the whole hotel stuck, every area of the hotel was a literal different smell. The bathroom had dark brown gunk on the wall by the outlet and something on the ceiling had gunk and mold type stuff all over it too. The lady up front was as helpful as she possibly could by, I didn’t catch her name but she was very sweet and even though I came with complaints about the wrong room, she was very nice about it. Shame on the owner for changing my reservation with no communication. I would have booked elsewhere had I known about the room situation.

Worth the read : I booked this room whilst going down the road without having looked at reviews first- It was my mistake. Reviews are very clear. This was the most disgusting , smelly , unkept , cockroach infested establishment I have ever seen. My room smelled as if a pack of wet dogs slept there nightly. Roaches ran free. NO WAY I would have stayed if I were there longer than the few hours I was (was just traveling through). I went to the local Walmart to purchase disinfectant spray, roach killer, and air freshener. I am embarrassed that I stayed. Not only does this show how awful the hotel is..but it speaks to hotels.com. I am a platinum member and have been very impressed with their service ..but they should not allow places like this to exist on their site. I can’t describe in words just how shocked to see what I saw ..I didn’t think “roach motels” were a real thing. I don’t expect the hotel to do anything - but I hope hotels.com reaches out to me. Hotels.com isn’t responsible for cockroaches , but they advertise the product. We users deserve better. Folks, you have been warned. Sincerely , A usually very satisfied platinum member.
