Clean room nice bed great staff

The room was clean and all we needed for a short stay in Launceston. Only recommendation is the room would be amazing with a small air conditioning system. Other than that, it was a nice, clean room and very close to everything in Launceston. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!! The staff were all so incredible nice, kind and friendly and they made our stay more enjoyable. We ended up eating at the hotel too when we could have gone to other places because we enjoyed the food at Sporties Hotel along with the amazing staff!!

You get what you pay for. I will say you couldn't hear anything from the bar downstairs and it was quite rowdy

The person who eventually approached to book me in was probably tired from serving but found the attitude and demeanor unfriendly and unhelpful.
