Room wasn’t the cleanest. Found 4 roaches in the bathroom. No hair dryer or shampoo / conditioner already in room called FD twice to request some but the line just rang and rang. Only one elevator so there is a bit of a wait. Felt rushed checking out because 2 seperate workers came to knock on door to ask if we got extended when it was only 1030 and checkout is 11am. Marie at the FD was very nice however. Her customer service was very attentive.

No maintenance on weekend. Limited staff availability. Smoking near front door cig buts all around. Beds are not queens. Not as advertised no sitting area. No grab and go breakfast. Relativity qiet except when chair scape on floor. Ok for a cheap place to stay.

No lamps or wall sconces. Just ceiling light & some lightbulbs were burned out. Clean enough. One small bar of sort of lie the old Lava Soap. No matter how long you stay you get one towel and one washcloth and one set of sheets. If you want them washed do it yourself at the pay laundry, o pay( credit card only) for a clean towel or linen. NO coffee! I didn’t see any Grab & Go breakfast. A safe enough location with restaurants close by and close freeway access. Expensive for bare minimum

First off Ty the night manager was awesome! The first room we checked in smelled like cigarette smoke, so she moved us to another room, it was much better. The elevator smelled horrible too! For the price it wasnt worth it. The location was perfect for us. They also need ice machines. We probably wont stay there again.

Hotel was HORRIBLE, they had no facilities for eating not even coffee. No ability to even brew coffee in the room and NO breakfast whatsoever. Their attitude was pretty much TO BAD were a “Select” Hotel and couldn't care less.

For the price they charged there should have been more at the property. They only had a couple of vending machines. No extra food, pool , or kids area. The beds looked like they were on metal stilts.

Parking was probably adequate, but they only let us use the front door, so I either had to bring everything thing in st once and leave it by the desk unattended or else make multiple trips from the back of the building. There was only one luggage cart , apparently in use. And the clerk didn’t know where it was. Clerk wasn’t very congenial. Room only had soap, no shampoo.

Came in for my sons baseball tournament. The hotel served its purpose…somewhere to sleep. The property had an awfu smell in the halls. We held our breathe and hustled to an exit everytime we left. The room had a faint lingering smell, but nothing compared to the rest of the property. I felt safe in the area and we didn’t experience any bugs. Definitely not an ideal place, but again it was a bed to sleep in when we weren’t on the baseball fields or running around town.
Came in for my sons baseball tournament. The hotel served its purpose…somewhere to sleep. The property had an awfu smell in the halls. We held our breathe and hustled to an exit everytime we left. The room had a faint lingering smell, but nothing compared to the rest of the property. I felt safe in the area and we didn’t experience any bugs. Definitely not an ideal place, but again it was a bed to sleep in when we weren’t on the baseball fields or running around town.

This place is disgusting. Front desk girl was nice, that’s about it. Smelled like a sewer and marijuana. Dead bugs, no shampoo, hair on counter…. I didn’t even want to set my luggage on the floor. I’d like a refund!

We stayed in Peoria overnight for a baseball tournament, but from the moment we walked in, the hotel was disappointing. There was a strong odor, and the walls, floors, and doors were dirty and grimy. Our room had bugs, and we noticed fur at the bottom of the door jambs. The hotel felt extremely run-down and unclean. Additionally, people were coming and going, many smelling of smoke which made us uncomfortable especially with our children. Ultimately, we didn’t feel safe staying there and decided to check out, driving nearly two hours back home instead.

The room smelled like guests put their cigarettes out in the HVAC unit. So bad all our clothes and belongings reeked of it the next day. The place all in all is just run down and poorly kept. Dead bugs painted over the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Dirt and mold on the upper edge of the shower ledge.

Worst Extended stay I’ve ever stayed in. TV didn’t work and they refused to move us to a room with a working tv. Manager wasn’t onsite and when I requested a call from her, the front desk clerk called me and said her manager refused to call me. Hotel is poorly managed and wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone.

I reserved a room online, paid, got confirmation, however night stay told me it wasn't paid. Was told no invoice, nothing showed up on Expidia showing we had a room, but it did show on my end. She refused to let me pull it up to show her. We had to pay, again, for a room.If it was not so late and my mother just getting out of ER, I would NOT have even paid for another room. Also, no breakfast for a fancy and expensive place, just snacks.

Attendant wasnt even onsite and even though i waited and called and spoke to corporate office, still could not get a hold of attendant/manager, yet onced arrived after 30 mins, arrived threating to cancel my reservation, and canceled my reservation, can check camaras and check how long i waited and how i was not rude at all.

Check-in was very easy and the young lady at the front desk have wonderful customer service. The hotel was clean and very comfortable and it was a decent location. I felt safe.

First off Ty the night manager was awesome! The first room we checked in smelled like cigarette smoke, so she moved us to another room, it was much better. The elevator smelled horrible too! For the price it wasnt worth it. The location was perfect for us. They also need ice machines. We probably wont stay there again.

The room was cheap but it was noisy and the wifi did not work. There were all kinds of shady people hanging around the property , i would not stay here again. I was afraid something was about to go down while I was there. There was a constant uneasy feeling

No lamps or wall sconces. Just ceiling light & some lightbulbs were burned out. Clean enough. One small bar of sort of lie the old Lava Soap. Hotel was HORRIBLE, they had no facilities for eating not even coffee. No ability to even brew coffee in the room and NO breakfast whatsoever. Their attitude was pretty much TO BAD were a “Select” Hotel and couldn't care less.

For the price they charged there should have been more at the property. They only had a couple of vending machines. No extra food, pool , or kids area. The beds looked like they were on metal stilts.

We were supposed to stay the week. Stayed overnight and checked out. Floors dirty, garbage left in rooms, no coffee maker, no common area we could sit and talk. The last straw was bug I found in the morning, They happily refunded us and we stayed some where else

Was stranded with no money after a horrible check in attempt and their refusal to return my money. The hallways smelled like onions and they had cheap beds and one place to sit down. Will never return, stay away from here. Zero stars

I called at 3 pm to let them know I would be arriving late and was told to call when I got there in order to be let in. I called just like I was told and was informed that I was marked as a no show and that I would not be able to check in. It was extremely discouraging considering I had no alternative place to stay. I am not sure why they didnt call before making any decisions.

Everything was good. Staff was nice and explained all the ins and outs of the facility. We're not smokers but she explained that too! 😊 We were grateful. It's a quiet area with little to no disturbances by others staying in the hotel. Also, the loop 101 is very close but the sound is not so audible that you lay awake at night.
