Astonishing that my room didn't have a shaver socket, everything else fine

Really lovely hotel, staff couldn't do enough, room was great, we had to make our own beds on arrival, but that was ok. I dont think the breakfast is worth the money sadly. But would stay again!

It's a good location and cleanliness is ok. Noisy from floors above so hard to get peace - poor insulation. Luckily I had photo ID for check in as without it you can't check in - even though no mention of this on the booking!

I had requested ground floor this had been accepted but I had stated near lift if not possible, was told would be ground floor but was put on first and not near the lift! Issue with heaters in room but felt wasn’t dealt with properly! Room sizes were good, facilities within the room were good, having tv set to a loud number was an issue especially when up very early and put tv on would wake neighbours
