Room was clean and large, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast buffet was typical of these types of hotels, well stocked and cared for but limited in selections. It was listed that there was a coffee maker in the room, but that was incorrect. Coffee was in the lobby buffet area. It was available all day. The up side was that there were two machines that ground and brewed the coffee as needed by the cup, so it was fresh on demand. The dowside is that it was slow and there could be a significant wait when it was busy.

The room needed some attention. We paid a premium for a king size suite. The door to the bathroom could not close and the shower itself needed newer caulking. It looked dingy.

hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The only issue was with housekeeping. We requested our room to be cleaned and left a tip for the housekeeper. When we returned from our day trip, the room was still unkept, although fresh towels were left. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the housekeeping service could be improved
