Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown

You probably don't respond to this, but I had to leave a day earlier than expected. I asked to get some relief for this 24 hours in advance, but the desk clerk said the manager declined. Also the fee for valet parking was very expensive at $40 per night. The room was very nice and the location to downtown was excellent. James Robertson

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The front doors were locked at 8 p.m. and you needed to use your room key to get in, I liked that. It was close to a lot of things within walking distance. The continental breakfast was ok, but no hot scrambled eggs or sausage and gravy, the second day we went out for brunch. Overall nice hotel, would stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, and staff were very accommodating!

The bathroom in our room and down by the breakfast/pool area was gross. The breakfast was not the best. The valet was way backed up when we got there with only one employee, but he was so kind and worked very hard to quickly get us parked. I definitely would stay again because it is so close to things downtown. It was not that bad, it was okay.
