Great stay! We Booked our stay for a week, but the first night the elevator was not working. The hotel didnt charge us for the night tho...which was great!! Hotel staff was friendly rooms were clean, beds were comfortable too! Breakfast was very good.

We chose this hotel for the pool, it was I heated and very small. The room was clean and beautiful but the beds were spring and uncomfortable. Also the person in front of me paid about $90 less. Will not be back

This was a very clean and convenient place to stay overnight while traveling. The staff qas courteous and well-trained to deal with the many issues that arose: power surge delaying check-in, pool problems, juice machine spewing juice all over the floor. The only complaint I have is that the tile on the bathroom floor was incredibly slippery after showering. I stayed in the bathroom with my child to assure safety.

The staff was amazing. Accommodating and very nice. Everything that we had problems with is out of their control. The rooms smelled like mildew and everything was damp. We switched rooms but the 2nd room was the same. Someone was running up and down the hallway at 1am. We didnt see anyone so it was either a ghost or it was the floor below us. The shower was pulling away from the wall and there was mold behind the door in the bathroom. The staff said they had storm damage a couple years ago and some of the rooms still have a smell. It was very late and we only needed the room for 1 night but if we were planning on staying longer we would have gone somewhere else. I dont think anyone should be staying in the rooms for health reasons alone. Until they pull up the carpets and get rid of the smells in the room I would not recommend this hotel. The lobby does look like it has been refurbished and doesnt smell at all. Unfortunately I think that's were the repairs ended.

I like the complimentary breakfast not the best but its nice having. I had to go down and get pillows and blankets. The TV did not work. The room was dirty and was not cleaned after previos guest. Found lots of there trash.

This hotel was extremely clean, including the bathroom, and especially the tub/shower area. The linens were crisp and clean. We have stayed at "more pricey" hotels that were nowhere as clean. TV remote was on a stand with sanitizer next to it. Nice touch! Staff was extremely friendly; attention to detail in room layout and hotel buffet area was excellent! Spacious room with a nice closet, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Highly recommend this hotel!

The elevator, hallways and room smelled horrible! It was so bad that we had to sleep with the windows open. I don’t know if it’s from animals in the hotel but it did not smell clean at all and the bathroom shower was not clean We were getting headaches and didn’t feel safe. We stay in a lot of Marriott brand hotels and I guarantee that an inspection would fail. It’s not up to standard. We couldn’t wait to get up and leave, bypassing breakfast.

Nice staff and property. Breakfast was pretty meager if you are interested in healthy options or are a vegetarian. We were away from our room until 2:00 each day, and when we returned to relax and rest, housekeeping hadn't been done yet so had to contact the front desk. One day it was done at nearly 4:00 pm. But very nice housekeepers and staff. Very clean room.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived with no way of notifying staff that we or the other guests were waiting. After a long drive, waiting ten minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk with no idea when and if someone would come was too long. I had the same issue when trying to check out and had to leave without seeing anyone. Management should be scheduling more than one person to man the desk if their job requires them to leave their position for extended periods of time or they need a system where employees are notified of guests waiting. I will also add that I had called prior to my arrival to note the time we would be there as it was after check in time. I have never experienced this when staying at other hotels even when arriving much later and it was enough of an inconvenience that I would not choose this hotel again. Next time I will stick with the Hampton Inn.

The hotel was great. The surroundings were not. So much road work and closed roads in the immediate surroundings. Had to find my own way in and out of the parking lot. A little heads up would have been nice. I figured out my last day i had to take the third road before the right that the online directions said, go to the end of that road turn left then take second left to be able to turn into the parking lot. All roads really rough. Not going back there until the road situation is fixed. Not their fault but on my first day after 3 hours or driving then working a full day then heading to the hotel i had to find my way in and out again in the morning. Pretty sure the construction crew hit a water main on Wednesday because when i got close to the hotel that evening all the bumpy cracked roads were floaded. Going to take my car to to the shop tomorrow because on my 2.5 hour ride home it kept pulling to the left....The complementary breakfast was easly a $15 breakfast. Delicious food. Comfy chairs. News on. Very chill.

Not sure why a company that is selling a good night sleep to weary travelers would choose to be close to a train track. The whistles and horns were a constant throughout the night which provided anything but a good night sleep.

Nice staff and property. Breakfast was pretty meager if you are interested in healthy options or are a vegetarian. We were away from our room until 2:00 each day, and when we returned to relax and rest, housekeeping hadn't been done yet so had to contact the front desk. One day it was done at nearly 4:00 pm. But very nice housekeepers and staff. Very clean room.

The hotel was great. The surroundings were not. So much road work and closed roads in the immediate surroundings. Had to find my own way in and out of the parking lot. A little heads up would have been nice. I figured out my last day i had to take the third road before the right that the online directions said, go to the end of that road turn left then take second left to be able to turn into the parking lot. All roads really rough. Not going back there until the road situation is fixed. Not their fault but on my first day after 3 hours or driving then working a full day then heading to the hotel i had to find my way in and out again in the morning. Pretty sure the construction crew hit a water main on Wednesday because when i got close to the hotel that evening all the bumpy cracked roads were floaded. Going to take my car to to the shop tomorrow because on my 2.5 hour ride home it kept pulling to the left....The complementary breakfast was easly a $15 breakfast. Delicious food. Comfy chairs. News on. Very chill.

Initial entry was smooth and fine. Pool was closed indefinitely with no notice given. Young lady at the desk was great. Get to the room, room overall was clean. Room had things left from a prior user. We had somewhere to be and just wiped things down when we returned. Bathroom had mold in corners and the air vents were covered in lint. I could not see the metal frame. As the evening progressed, we noticed at 11 pm that the AC made a loud noise when it ran and the room was 75 even though it was set at 68. Response was too late to fix or move rooms. We will not be returning.

due to some unforeseen maintenance issues, there was no swimming pool the whole four days that we were there. It was hardly anything to do to help you to relax so sad for that. Seems as if the maintenance people showed up after us being there for four days. What an experience, totally embarrassing.

The room was generally clean but the bathroom light switch wasn’t working properly. When you turn the light off, it doesn’t turn back on for a few times. The TV also doesn’t turn off and you can’t change channels with the remote. Some of the towels were quite worn out from multiple uses. Some of the outlets were very loose and don’t charge electronics properly. They offer complimentary breakfast with your typical eggs (tasted really weird), sausage, oatmeal with various toppings, cereal, milk, bagels, and coffee. Good for a short stay!
