Hotel non adapté aux étrangers (personnel non bilingue). Le personnel etait très gentil. La propreté laissait à desirer (tapis sale et taché, dentifrice sur le mur de la sale de bain) et les équipements peu fonctionnel (interdiction de mettre du papier WC dans les toilettes et de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes malgré un 27°C dans la chambre dû au chauffage non désactivable). De plis, les chambres sont bruyantes (bruit de canalisation).

The maintenance of the room was bad. The carpetfloor was filthy and stained, there were lots of dust, the wallpaper was worn-out, the watersprinkler in the roof was damaged, and the towels had stains. We complained to the staff and got a new room. We hoped it would be better, but the carpetfloor and one of the chairs were stained, there was food residue on the floor, and the bedsheets had holes and stains. This was also the only hotel we stayed at in Jeju that could not flush toiletpaper. We complained to the staff again, and they could only offer to clean the room. We waited an hour in the lobby thinking the room got cleaned, but didn’t get any notice of it being done until the staff came up and asked if we were waiting. When we got back to the room, the bedsheets were changed but it was still food residue on the floor. The breakfast was good, but it’s a shame the food got cold as the food containers were open throughout the whole breakfast. It was also obvious that they used some of yesterday’s breakfast for the next day’s breakfast. It’s good that they don’t waste food, but it got pretty stale and not appetizing. We got some trouble with our parking as they hadn’t registered our car although we wrote down our carsign at our arrival. They helped us, but this could have been avoided. The staff was friendly and I believe they did everything they could to help us, but it’s a shame they don’t upgrade the hotel’s facilities. It really has the potential to be a great hotel.
