Parking is free, but a block or so from the hotel and unpaved. The general condition of the parking area is not confidence inspiring, but we had no problems. The room was very clean and tidy, but small. The shower was possibly the smallest I've ever been in, aside from an RV. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Der Parkplatz befindet sich ca 50 Meter weiter mit einer Schranke gesichert. Privates gelände wie häufig auf dem Balkan. Zugang durch einen Zahlencode. Be- und entladen vor der Unterkunft möglich! Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. In die Altstadt (Marktplatz) 10 Min zu Fuß, bis ans Wasser 15-20 Min. In Verbindung mit dem Parkplatz (inklusive!!) echt eine Top Lage. Polizei in der direkten Nachbarschaft 😉 Zimmer etwas klein - vor allem das Bad. Uns haben Ablagemöglichkeiten gefehlt, besonders im Bad. Es gibt nur den Schreibtisch und 2 Nachtschränkchen und natürlich einen Schrank. Für ein paar Tage absolut ok! Wir hatten allerdings auch die kleinste Zimmerkategorie! Frühstück wird angeboten, können dies aber nicht bewerten! Wir waren 3 Nächte vor Ort und können die Unterkunft bei Anreise mit dem Auto wirklich Empfehlen!

Nice hotel with complementary parking within walking distance of the Roman amphitheatre and the historic city center. Room was spotless and smartly furnished, just like in the photos from the hotel. Easy check in and check out. Simple yet decent breakfast.

This is a splendid place to stay. Easy walking distance to all the things in Pula. They have their own app to put on your phone to guide you around the attractions! Staff are superb and very helpful. It feeks safe and sound! Motorcycle parking at reception under cameras. Breakfast is excellent too!

Wir waren für 1 Woche in dieser Unterkunft und sehr enttäuscht. Das einzig wirklich Positive: die Lage +Transfer vom Flughafen! Von der Unterkunft sind das Stadtzentrum und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut in 12-20 Minuten erreichbar. Der vorab von der Unterkunft organisierte Transfer (Dauer circa 12 Minuten Fahrt) vom Flughafen lief super und kostete 30 Euro. Sauberkeit: Erster Eindruck war positiv: Unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Toilette mit Reinigunssiegel versehen. ABER: Bei der täglichen Zimmerreinigung wurden - zumindest gefühlt- nur die Handtücher gewechselt und die Mülleimer geleert. 1 Mal wurde sichtbar durchgewischt. Die Bettwäsche wurde innerhalb einer Woche kein einziges Mal gewechselt! Wasserflächen auf dem Spiegel blieben die ganze Woche, Krümel auf dem Boden auch. Einrichtung: Positiv: -Elektrische Jalousie zum Verdunkeln des Zimmers -Funktionierende Klima-Anlage Negativ: -Zimmer und auch Bad waren sehr klein, da wir auch einen total überflüssigen und großen Flur zwischen Zimmer und Bad hatten -Keine Mini-Bar -Kein Ganzkörper-Spiegel -ein winziger Schrank mit 1 kleinem Hut-Fach oben und 1 kleinen Fach für Schuhe ganz unten und 2 (!) Bügeln -->wir haben nach mehr Bügeln gefragt, aber man sagte uns, es würde keine geben -->wir haben deshalb die gesamte Woche aus dem Koffer gelebt, was sehr ungemütlich war :( Lautstärke: Der Straßenlärm der Hauptstraße hat uns weniger gestört. The main center by the arena and everything was only a 20 minute walk and if that was too much the hotel staff was happy to book a taxi for you. Uber works in the area which is fantastic otherwise. My room was extremely clean and every hotel staff member was kind and welcoming! My room didn’t have a microwave cause I got a very small one BUT the lady at the front desk used the staff one to heat it up for me! I would say the breakfasts in the morning aren’t something to make sure you’re present for but regardless the effort is appreciated. I enjoyed my stay!

The room marked as apartment, we understand it’s going to be like that. But the room has already bare minimum facilities in it, no tables, just one chair, no electronic appliances. Besides, the front desk lady when we were checking out was cold and rude. She looked like we owed her a fortune. She kept asking us to show the different IDs. We have already gave them the passports when checking in . But she insisted there was something wrong and asked to check other IDs. After I showed her my driver licence she finally gave up because I guess she couldn’t figure out what it is anyway, and she waved us away like finally getting rid of a plague. This is the worst hotel ever I encountered after booking hundreds of them via hotels.com over last decade. I strongly suggest avoid this hotel at all cost. Generally speaking Pula isn’t a place that has the tourism service up par to the price it’s charging. If you can, just avoid this city completely.

The room size is adequate. However, there is no shelves nor hooks , neither there is any counter space in the washroom. This is very inconvenient that any changing clothes has no place to hang. Lavatory bag had to be left outside. Our room was by the street and quite noisy. Its App is very useful.

Very convenient and modern property. Loved the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and shower good. The staff were exceptional. Not only were they very helpful and friendly, they organised a transfer from the airport. The hotel is a bit 'no frills' in places, e.g. it was impossible - for me at least - to extract the shampoo/bodywash from the wall dispenser, and the towels were a bit too small... but honestly this is real nit-picking. The plusses overwhelmingly outweigh these tiny details. The hotel is located near all the main attractions. as well as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops, and more ice cream parlours than you can imagine. I would certainly stay here again.

The room marked as apartment, we understand it’s going to be like that. But the room has already bare minimum facilities in it, no tables, just one chair, no electronic appliances. Besides, the front desk lady when we were checking out was cold and rude. She looked like we owed her a fortune. She kept asking us to show the different IDs. We have already gave them the passports when checking in . But she insisted there was something wrong and asked to check other IDs. After I showed her my driver licence she finally gave up because I guess she couldn’t figure out what it is anyway, and she waved us away like finally getting rid of a plague. This is the worst hotel ever I encountered after booking hundreds of them via hotels.com over last decade. I strongly suggest avoid this hotel at all cost. Generally speaking Pula isn’t a place that has the tourism service up par to the price it’s charging. If you can, just avoid this city completely.

The main center by the arena and everything was only a 20 minute walk and if that was too much the hotel staff was happy to book a taxi for you. Uber works in the area which is fantastic otherwise. My room was extremely clean and every hotel staff member was kind and welcoming! My room didn’t have a microwave cause I got a very small one BUT the lady at the front desk used the staff one to heat it up for me! I would say the breakfasts in the morning aren’t something to make sure you’re present for but regardless the effort is appreciated. I enjoyed my stay!

Rommet var bedre enn bildene tilsa. Sentralt. Greit familierom med adskilte rom (1 køyeseng. 1 dobbelseng). Siden vi var i feriemodus valgte vi å spise frokost ved det lokale markedet og ikke på hotellet, så kvalitet på frokost er ikke vurdert (kaffen var bra!)

The bathroom rolling shutter in our room was broken and to make matters worse the accommodation will not answer our numerous calls (from me and Hotels.com support) to ask for help. We ended up not being able to shower as our bathroom window completely exposed us to the nearby buildings. Even in the next day when I notified the staff and asked to speak with the manager, they told me that they cannot reach the manager on a Sunday and that she will contact me on Monday. Another lie as the manager never contacted me. I even sent them an email that they of course ignored. They are completely unprofessional, I would strongly suggest booking somewhere else, if anything goes even slightly wrong you will be on your own.

We had a really good stay at the Pula City Centre Apartments. Located only a short walk from centre (approx. 10mins). Bus station is slightly outside of the centre (5min drive but 25 min walk). We got a bus from the airport to Pula Bus Station and then decided to walk to the apartments but it’s a bit of a walk up and down streets. Taxi’s are a bit overpriced but we then realised Uber operates in Pula and so used them instead. Cheaper to get an uber from the airport to the apartments rather than do the bus and then travel from there. The staff at the apartments were all really friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in but were able to leave our luggage safely stored whilst we went out for lunch and explored Pula before check-in. We had a really good stay at the Pula City Centre Apartments. Located only a short walk from centre (approx. 10mins). Bus station is slightly outside of the centre (5min drive but 25 min walk). We got a bus from the airport to Pula Bus Station and then decided to walk to the apartments but it’s a bit of a walk up and down streets. Taxi’s are a bit overpriced but we then realised Uber operates in Pula and so used them instead. Cheaper to get an uber from the airport to the apartments rather than do the bus and then travel from there. The staff at the apartments were all really friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in but were able to leave our luggage safely stored whilst we went out for lunch and explored Pula before check-in.
