Do-c Shibuya Ebisu

駅チカで金額もお手頃で良かったです。 ただ、ホテルの入り口が2Fで、階段しかないののでマイナス星1。 重いスーツケースの人は腹を括って階段を上がってください。 フロントがある2Fまで辿り着ければ、中にエレベーターがあり、大きなスーツケースも置ける鍵付きのロッカーもあります。 個人的には清掃も行き届いていてキレイだたので、この金額でこの品質ならまた利用したいと思えました。 少し気になったのが2点。 一つはフロントの隣のラウンジスペースでの机の数が少なく、座れる人数も限られているのでもう少し人数を収容できる作りにして欲しかった点 もう一つは、女性専用のフロアである上階にエレベーターで男性も乗ってきてしまっているのが、入室には鍵が必要とはいえ不安を覚えました。

恵比寿駅からホテルまでは近くアクセスは良いです。女性専用エリアは7〜9階で9回が洗面所＋シャワー＋サウナです。個室シャワーは3箇所しかなく、ドアではなくロールスクリーンタイプで自己にて仕切るタイプです。エレベーターが1個しかないので、朝は昇り降りに時間がかかるので余裕を持った行動が良いです。連泊の方でも、朝10時〜14時の間は（清掃の為）部屋に入れません。

This is absolutely the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. As I have stayed in the Narita airport hotel prior, I imagined that this would be similar. While similar in concept, the execution was drastically worse. To begin, you must take a very narrow set of stairs to get to the entrance of the hostel. This, in itself, isn’t terrible - while it is pretty annoying to bring suitcases in, it could certainly be worse. However, once in the building, you have no choice but to take the elevator. You cannot take the stairs up and down between floors. This is unlike anything I’ve seen before. Especially during times where there is a lot of traffic, you may have to wait a good while just to go to your locker/bed. Everything about this place screams cramped. The locker rooms are horribly small, and the lockers themselves aren’t great either. While at the 9h Narita hotel, you get full length lockers, you do not get these at this hostel. This is incredibly inconvenient given the forced 11AM checkout, when multiple visitors are trying to grab things all at once. The sauna is OK. That’s the best thing I have to say about this hostel. The floors immediately outside of the sauna are incredibly slippery, with only a few textured stickers to get some grounding on. The showers are small with hardly any room to change clothes, and this is also the case in the sleeping quarters - there is no actual change room. The 11AM-3PM checkout policy is ridiculous, as with 4 hours of “in depth cleaning,”

駅から近くてありがたいです。 サウナはクオリティが高いです。 水風呂が欲しいところですが選べる温度の水シャワーは新鮮でよかったです。

受付の方は丁寧に案内してくれ、施設も同線がわかりやすかった。 女性のサウナスペースは広く、シャワーの水圧も悪くない。

サウナがとても良かった。

EVが1台で5人乗るのもキツイぐらいの大きさなので、チェックアウトEV待ちの渋滞が発生します。 サウナがありますが、水風呂がないのは残念かなと思いました。 後、旧型のカプセルを再利用しているので、TVがあったであろう部分が邪魔で仕方ない、いっそうの事、TVをつければいいのにと思います

シャワーブースのロールスクリーンが壊れていて　シャワーヘッドから横に漏れていた

This is an excellent location in Tokyo. Very near a major train hub and restaurants and bars. No frills - but the sauna is great! I’d come again.

Always a must stay spot when I first arrive to Tokyo. The sauna is immaculate and the capsules are always super clean and cozy!

サウナに入ろうと思いましたがなんか汚そうだったので止めました。中に入ったら綺麗なのかな？入口が汚くて入る気にならなかった。 カプセル内のテレビの残骸が邪魔です。見れないようになっているなら撤去して欲しい。

Light stays on in pod room all night. The “door” to the pods is a blind that doesn’t block the light very well. Got woken up 2 nights in a row by people reorganizing their entire suitcase at 5:30 am, despite the no suitcases in the pod room rule. You have to check out every day at 10:30 am regardless of whether you’re staying multiple nights so they can change the sheets, i.e. no sleeping in. Mould around the sinks and on the shower room curtain. Was too nervous of mould to use the sauna. Left 2 nights early at and just ate the cost.

There was blood splatter next to my head on the wall panel they gave me. So much for their “meticulous cleaning”. The whole facility is cramped and inconvenient. Would not go again.

The hotel was nice and provided all the amenities one could need, but the big problem was the pod itself. It was pretty hot inside, and the pulldown shade was not thick enough to fully block out the light from the outside room so the pod was lit up the whole night, making it really difficult to sleep. The rest of the hotel really was nice, but the most important part - the sleep comfort, was lacking.

it States there is air conditioning. There is no air conditioning in the capsules themselves only shared areas. Quite hot when trying to sleep

Do-C Hotel benefits from an incredible location—right in the heart of Tokyo without being too close to the overwhelming crowds. It is literally a two-minute walk from the station, making it extremely convenient, and the surrounding area is great for hanging out. The sauna is a definite plus, although after a long day of walking, I personally would have preferred access to an onsen instead. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even those who do not speak Japanese make a genuine effort to assist guests, which is appreciated. The capsules themselves are standard in size, and having the storage area on the same floor is a practical and convenient feature. There are, however, a few downsides. The hotel has only one lift, which can be frustrating as you often need to wait—though if you are not in a hurry, it may not be a major issue. Earbuds are provided, which is thoughtful, as you are quite likely to be placed next to a snoring neighbor. The main negative point for me was the ventilation in the sleeping areas. It felt insufficient, and there was a noticeable smell, particularly considering that many guests store their shoes outside the capsules. Unlike other capsule hotels, guests are allowed to walk into the sleeping areas wearing shoes, which likely contributes to this issue.

I consider my stay at this capsule hotel to be good, although the property seems a bit dated. The wooden walls look worn, and there was a door that didn’t close or open properly. There’s no elevator to reach the reception, but there is one for the other floors. The reception staff was very friendly. Everything was quite clean, and the men's bathrooms have private showers. There's a sauna area that I didn’t use. The lounge area in the lobby is sufficient for grabbing a beer and hanging out. The capsule itself is old, as it had a disabled space for a CRT TV, which reduces the space. However, everything was fine with the electrical connections available for plugging in USB devices or chargers. It’s a simple hostel and I would recommend it if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Despite the property being a bit old, it still provides a decent experience.

I would recommend this capsule hotel for a single traveller on a budget. Very close to the train station, shopping, restaurant and night life.Downside is so many capsules in a room so you hear footsteps and the loud door from people coming in and out of the room.

This is about as bare bones as you can get for capsule hotels. The floors are concrete, the walls are bare plywood. The dorm room/capsules were also pretty hot even though the weather wasn't and the tiny fan in the capsule didn't help much.

駅から近いのですが、よく見ないと分かりづらいので注意が必要です。鍵のかかりがよくないことと、トイレの鍵が壊れそうでそこが心配でした。スタッフさんの対応は特に悪くなかったです。部屋にゴミ箱がなかったので、ペットボトルなど全て持ち帰りました。あと、カプセル内のテレビは見られないのですが、結構存在が大きいのでよくぷつかります。寝るだけなら充分ですが、いっそテレビの出っ張りは無くした方が広いですね　荷物を置くスペースが別部屋にあり、鍵付きのロッカーはといいと思いました。

Staff were very nice and had good English. The bed was cleaned daily, you get fresh loungewear and a new towel daily, never ended up using the sauna but it's there.

何度か利用させていただいておりますが、今回たまたまチェックインの際に従業員さんと階段をご一緒する事があり、キャリーを持ち上がって下さいました。エレベーターがないのでとても助かりました。とても感謝いたします。また仕事の際に利用させていただきたきです

Literally a five minute or less walk from Ebisu station, which was definitely nice and convenient. The staff here were what really made the stay special. It's a capsule hotel, so I obviously didn't expect like MUCH but the staff at the front desk were always so kind and welcoming and offered to help with bags and whatnot. I will say the ONLY downfall was that to get to the hotel you HAVE to climb one flight of stairs (no elevator) and when you have a lot of big luggage that can be challenging. But overall would definitely recommend!

レセプションが2階部分にあり、キャリーバック持って階段を利用しないとチェックインをしなければならない。2階より上はエレベーターがあるが、朝のチェックアウトの時間は非常に混むので余裕もって帰り支度した方がいい。 連泊でも毎日アメニティを新しいのに変えてくれるのは非常に助かる。 チェックイン前に荷物を預かってくれたり、スタッフはかなり親切なので、地上から2階の大きな荷物持っての移動がなければまた利用したい。

Friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. Very organised and very conscious of tenants

The good: Some of the staff were very friendly. (...and some weren\'t.) The bedding and the pillow were very comfortable. The private shower that I used was hot and had nice water pressure. Some of the other tenants were considerate. (...and some weren\'t.) While the hotel apparently requires you to turn in your key every time you leave, this apparently isn\'t enforced, thank goodness. The bad: Having to check out every day from 10am to 2pm forced me to schedule my days (and my meals) around this block of time. The capsules looked and felt pretty old, and they were about as narrow and low as any I\'ve been in. (I couldn\'t actually get out of the capsule without picking up my foot to lift it over the lip of the capsule; I did this nearly every time I got out, aside from the one time I backed out of the capsule...which wasn\'t any more convenient.) There\'s a big, white metal box in the capsule; at first you might look at it (from the outside) and think, "oh, maybe there\'s a TV in the capsule." But no...it\'s just a big, white metal box, taking up space in the interior of your capsule. The sinks in the bathrooms were hard to use, what with them being tiny, in a corner and with a faucet and a paper towel dispenser over them. Two of the three toilets on my floor sprayed cold water.

Right next to Ebisu station, but somehow no train noise. Lovely spot, and the sauna makes for a great post-roast sleep. Started and ended my Japan tour in Tokyo and stayed both times. Wonderfully convenient.

It's a great option for solo travel! I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed my Starbucks card every day as part of my breakfast!

チェックアウト10時までの時間をキャリーバッグをローカーに残して朝の散策を楽しめます。朝食はスターバックスまで歩きT　ドリップコーヒーとあらびきソーセージパティ＆スクランブルエッグを温めて790円。貰ったスターバックスカードは1000円ですのでカード残高210。時刻は07:27:55と印字されたレシートとカードが帰って来ました。出掛ける7時まえには３Fのシャワー室とサウナは準備出来ており、カプセルでの少し狭い空間での筋肉の疲れもほぐれました。洗面具、寝間着、スリッパは用意されており下着の着替えのみの準備で利用出来ます。外国の利用者も当日は見かけました。男女の利用者との区分けも行き届いているのか、一基のエレベーターではチェックイン・アウトのみの混雑はあるもののこれといったトラブルは無かったです。￥5,455ーを前払いには意外に思いましたがスムーズなシステムでした。
