The room was lovely! The pool was quiet. The continental breakfast was fantastic. Loved the underground parking, though it would be nice to have parking included in the hotel stay. Will definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a hotel close to our event and one that included breakfast. This hotel was super clean, friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the pullout bed was even good. The only draw back was you had to pay for parking if you weren't a Marriott rewards member.

Quick overnight stay for a medical appointment. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, room was quiet and clean. Daughter and I had the pool/hot tub to ourselves. Pool area needed a good cleaning but the rest of the hotel was clean and room was very clean. Was given complimentary parking as a Marriott Bonvoy member. Breakfast was excellent lots of choices and food was fresh

Very nice property. Staff was very helpful. Beds/bedding was comfortable and room was very clean. The only drawback was having to pay for parking. An added expense that I fell should be free at a hotel.

The good: room size, pool and water slide, free breakfast on the residence side, super friendly service at the front desk and during breakfast, mountain views. Early check-in was available and 12pm checkout is nice. Well equipped kitchen, ice maker in the freezer. The bad: our room (216) was located right next to the gym meaning you can hear people dropping weights, which was so loud that it made us jump. Not good sound proofing - traffic was loud, waking us up often and the footsteps above us were like elephants, thankfully they were quiet come 11pm.The AC in the unit went on around 4am and it was SO loud. It sounded like an idled car and someone squirting a spray bottle every second. This lasted for about hour and I’m guessing this unit also cools the gym directly next door. The bed was comfortable, pillows were terrible. Pullout couch extremely stiff to sit, bed was springy, lumpy, and uncomfortable, even for a small child. Only one working elevator, not a big deal as the hotel wasn’t super busy, it’s just inconvenient. I would recommend asking south or east facing windows / room (unless traffic doesn’t bother you as the mountain view is nice), top floor, and not near any facilities, including the elevator.

It’s a nice facility. Hot tub is great. The waterslide is loud so that detracts from being able to fully relax in the hot tub. However, the thermostat is frustrating. They’re also using the motion sensor system so at night because there is no movement, the heat turns off and you wake up freezing. We had crappy sleeps both times we’ve stayed there. Unfortunately we forgot about the thermostat issue when we booked the second time (this time). The blackout curtains don’t close properly and it’s is a very brightly lit area, so this also made sleeping well difficult. We were involuntarily signed up for their Marriott Bonavoy membership. This feels like a bit of a violation. I realize there are benefits to it, but I didn’t ask for this and it shouldn’t have been done. I found out by getting an email with my new account information. Parking…. What a joke. You pay a fair amount of money to stay at this place, yet you still have to pay for parking. It’s not much money, but that’s the point, it’s not much money so they shouldn’t charge you extra. It should be included when you’re spending almost $200, and sometimes more, per night to stay there. Other places that are still clean etc and less expensive include parking. It just makes it feel like a cash grab, and that feels gross. The heat and curtains issues are enough for us to not stay there ever again. We will get a better sleep, with comfortable enough amennities at another place on Glenmore that we’ve stayed at before.

Great staff. lovely room. The only downside is that the pool and courtyard are not accessible to people with mobility issues. You have to take stairs from level two in this otherw accessible building. Also could not find restaurant.

The carpet in our room was wet when we arrived. They told us it was from it being cleaned and that it will eventually dry. There was dark hair all over the bathroom door and in the bathtub when I went to give my daughter a bath. Our room ais right next to a very busy street and gets lots of traffic noise. When paying $300 a night, the room should be in a much better state. Our young child is finding it difficult to sleep with how the loud the noise is from the traffic.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The 2 Bedroom Suite was very convenient for our group. Breakfast was included & was very good with great selection. The only thing I can criticize is the property is starting to see some wear. Time for carpets to be replaced in the room we were in and some of the chairs/furniture on the main floor common areas are looking very tired.

Good location, clean rooms and friendly staff, but for such a new building I was pretty surprised there were issues. Paid extra for a king bedroom and kitchen suite, unfortunately the Main tv did not work, and the pull out bed was terribly uncomfortable, my daughter ended up folding it back into a couch and sleeping on that instead. Also theres lots of noise from the parking lot and adjacent building, loud music from a party echoed through our rooms until 1 am. We decided not to stay a second night.

Room was spacious and clean. Nice large shower and the kitchen had everything you would need for an extended stay. The breakfast was simple but good. Area has everything you need right across the street - shopping, restaurants, groceries. Only miss would be the make up area in the room needs better lighting.

Stayed here for a swim meet at the Seton YMCA. Super convenient location, lots of food and shopping near by. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, Beds were very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of foods. Will stay again. Highly recommend

I had an excellent stay at Residence Inn. I especially would like to highlight how helpful the staff was with us, particularly dealing with an elderly-disabled guest and a pet. The room was spotless and beds were very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and had a filling breakfast. I would recommend this place, as it is ideal for families.

Cleaning of the parking lot was inconvenient as we had to move our vehicles down underground during the day for two days. Better communication would have been good for this property. I wouldn't stay here again as it was far too expensive for what you get. I also asked for the room to be cleaned everyday and they didn't do that.

The housekeeping staff was not able to articulate desire to help. He was rude and even asked us to clean and empty the trash cans. We stayed for 5 days and did not receive the service we expected from Marriott. Upon cleaning our 2 bedroom suite, housekeeping staff left the kitchen area dirty. When I asked the front desk about the standards of cleaning rooms, we were told to write down what we want cleaned for the staff to do. I am very disappointed at this hotel. Room and gym were good but our experience was unfortunately ruined by staff. The assistant manager was kind and made us feel heard. I appreciated the extra time he spent listening to us.

I had some issues at first, but the hotel staff fixed the problem and were incredibly helpful. I was impressed by the support provided and their efforts to make the stay pleasant. Much appreciated by my wife and I. The rooms and breakfast were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The Staff is top notch, extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend this Location in a heartbeat. Truly wonderful people that care, can’t say ENOUGH about all the people who have worked tirelessly to accommodate ALL, and particularly those whom really, truly, genuinely care for the Animals as well. You would be remiss if you didn’t choose this location. Cesare, THANK YOU, for all you’ve done, and particularly for the situation that occurred. He’s truly a Gem.As well as another wonderful human being who made sure we were safe at all times. Trust me, you won’t regret it. Thank you ALL!

Stayed here for a swim meet at the Seton YMCA. Super convenient location, lots of food and shopping near by. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff was phenomenal .Everyone was always helpful and courteous. A special thank you to the breakfast crew - always smiling and willing to accommodate all requests. So many food choices that were fresh and well prepared. Sarah, Marc, Vincent and Cesar are exemplary staff who went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked with supplies.

Quick overnight stay for a medical appointment. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, room was quiet and clean. Daughter and I had the pool/hot tub to ourselves. Pool area needed a good cleaning but the rest of the hotel was clean and room was very clean. Was given complimentary parking as a Marriott Bonvoy member. Breakfast was excellent lots of choices and food was fresh

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The 2 Bedroom Suite was very convenient for our group. Breakfast was included & was very good with great selection. The only thing I can criticize is the property is starting to see some wear. Time for carpets to be replaced in the room we were in and some of the chairs/furniture on the main floor common areas are looking very tired.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen suite had all the basic amenities needed to prepare a meal. The pool and waterslide was a highlight for our son. It was well stocked with towels and was clean. We enjoyed the selection provided at the complimentary breakfast. It had lots of choice for everyone’s taste. The staff ensured the food was hot and well stocked. Our dog accompanied us on the trip as well. There is plenty of grass for potty breaks and well lit areas to walk day or night. When we return to Calgary, this will be the first hotel we consider.

Stayed three nights at the Residence Inn by Marriott for a swim competition and had a great stay. The room was spacious and the kitchen was a huge bonus. Some areas of the room felt under‑utilized, but overall it was very comfortable. The staff were amazing, the continental breakfast had an excellent selection, and the location was perfect—close to lots of restaurants at all price points. The underground parking was a lifesaver given the terrible weather during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
