Quarto horrível. Escada íngreme e perigosa, principalmente para idosos, para acesso à cama de casal na parte de cima. Teto muito baixo, obrigando a andar curvado. (ver fotos) Na parte de baixo um sofá cama de casal péssimo. Nós éramos em 4 pessoas, sendo 3 idosos. Só tinha louça para 3 pessoas. Pedimos a troca do quarto, mas não conseguimos. Tentaram nos cobrar um valor que já tinha sido pago, mas depois se resolveu. Limpeza precária, banheiro pequeno, velho e fedorento. A descrição no Hotel.com não corresponde à realidade. A localização é excelente com transportes públicos perto. Não indico a ninguém esse hotel.

This place hasn’t been cleaned for months, but someone had wiped the tables and gotten new bedsheets/towels before our check-in. - Cigarette smell in the whole flat due to a drinking glass in the cupboard that was caked in cigarette ask. - Dirty toilet. - A 100+ dead flies in the bathroom ceiling - Stains everywhere (permanent and washable ones) - A huge window which you can’t see threw - Dirty wall to wall carpet. +++ The fire alarm was also going off one early evening we came back to flat. I contacted the support threw the app (app often crashes and useless) and someone came the NEXT day to turn it off, so the whole night with this alarm going of right outside in the hallway. Do yourself the favour and find another place to stay in London.

There are no sharp knives or a dish drying towel. But never the less it is very comfortable and the benefit of a washing machine is great. Very central

Terrible - never book. Worst stay

Was really looking forward to our stay in London last weekend in the so called “Elegant” studio Flat……(the one with ladder to mezzanine area!)….…It was I can safely say so far from that description and was the worst place we have ever stayed!!!! AVOID at all costs. It was awful, dirty, sofabed ripped and stained, everything needs a good clean, dangerous looking socket - old shampoo bottle left in the shower by previous person. Shower was grimy and hadn't been cleaned either….. toilet flush button broken, toilet hadn't been cleaned in a while - bowl was stained and had brown bits floating in it…..brown water leak on the bathroom floor, hair and dust everywhere. Old dirty appliances. All very dingy and not at all elegant Beware!! Totally needs an update and wasnt even that cheap - safe to say we didnt stay the night - we were only in the flat for 20mins and moved to Best Western Mornington Crescent which was cheaper and much better!! Customer service has been shocking too - was looking to get a refund as it was nothing like it was sold to be via Hotels.com!! DO NOT STAY HERE - Management have refused to refund despite all the issues they are absolute cowboys and are totally taking you for a ride!! Will be contacting Hotels.com to get the listing amended/removed - so shocking how these types lf places can still be marketed!
