Sky Collection Lifestyle Hotel & Suites Barranquilla

Ive been staying in this hotel for about 10 years now , the main reason was that they used to treat you like family and the staff was gracious , pleasant and aways helpful , its a far cry from that now , checking was a nightmare , with a rude recepcionist stating the we didnt have a reservation, not after properly being asked to verify again she saw that not only was the reservation paid but confirmed and verified by expedia .the service upstairs in the pool area is full of arrogant and tired people that you can tell are not happy to be there , the good energy and vibe that this hotel had under GHL managment is gone , this is a corporate hotel were they treat you like a number and dont expect anything else , Sky collection is far from the heavens .

Kitchenette poorly stocked and the stove wouldn’t start. The pool was either closed for special events or had music at all hours so loud that it was uncomfortable to be there and my kids couldn’t even stand it and had to leave.

Lo mejor de todo el personal además que por ser turista con mi pasaporte no me cobraron el IVA como sí ocurrió en el Damm Carlton Barranquilla… excelente personal y servicio

Todo muy bien, desayuno rapido
