This place is bizarre. I never found any staff there. I called all numbers related to my reservation and no one ever came back. Our windows were sealed shut..like locked. Our door, on the other hand, would NOT lock. Smelled strong of chemicals. We spent hours on the phone with hotel.com trying to resolve and get another room. At least got refunded after a lot of work. Very unsatisfied. Literally unsafe.

Everything was nice except the parking area is not paved, forcing my shoes to get muddy. Other than that… a good deal.

I stayed for a few days, but I have no doubt that when I return to Fairbanks I will stay at this hotel, super clean, with soap and shampoo, and the service was great, they are super attentive and polite, thank you!

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows perfect. The managers were very nice. There were a few hairs in the bathtub so that's why I gave it 4/5 stars, otherwise it was very clean and the whole place very clean and well maintained. Thank you.
