Room 105 and 205 has dangerous shower facility. water spreads over floor and into carpet of hall way due to no retention. Whole floor of bathroom gets water logged and is a potential electrucution risk for anyone using a hairdryer. extremely poor design.

I loved the location, the staff were lovely and helpful but there were a couple of things that need fixing .. the rooms need more sound proofing between them 😳. I mentioned the other things to the staff . But it's a good set up and easy walk to city and great dining. Carparking is brilliant

電気調理器がメンテナンス不良で使えず、他の部屋に移ったが、その部屋の洗濯機もメンテナンス不良で修理後3日目で、ようやく使えた。 1週間滞在したが、室内清掃が週1回あると聞いたが、結局、タオル交換も含めてまったくなかった。場所は便利だったが、残念だった。

Very good access to city. Very clean. Very good facilities with washing machine and kitchenette. Very poor bed, 2 child size singles pushed together to make a queen, very uncomfortable. Combo washer/dryer very hard to understand instructions, took 6 hours to dry clothes as a result.

Facilities and fit-out of the apartment was good -although starting to show signs of wear-and-tear. Daily housekeeping was indicated on our original booking, but was changed to weekly after we enquired why it wasn’t occurring. Cleanliness and condition of carpets, walls, curtains, kitchenware and furnishings isn’t great. No broom or cleaning cloths were provided to self-clean between weekly housekeeping visits. Great central location for Northbridge and City restaurants, pubs, shopping and transport. Friendly and helpful staff.

My recent stay at Attika Hotel was disappointing. Despite paying in advance, I didn't receive timely self-check-in information, despite reminders on the arrival date and time, causing issues with accessing my room. The hotel's parking payment process was poorly communicated, requesting payment via email while I was on a flight to Perth. Withholding check-in details due to non-payment of parking seemed unfair, especially since my accommodation was already paid for. Failure to use a secure payment method. Photo of my credit card details was requested via email for deposit and parking. Due to the check-in issues, I was nearly stranded outside for the night without access to my room, which was extremely frustrating. Upon finally accessing my room, I was appalled by its state: very dirty pan, damaged and missing cooking utensils, and a pizza box under the bed. This suggests a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. However, I must mention that the hotel's location was good, with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Unfortunately, this wasn't enough to make up for the issues I experienced.

The review ratings really hyped up this place but I don’t think it was at par with the ratings online. For the cleanliness of the bathroom the glass shower looked like it’s never been cleaned before, mold in shower, a dirty razor left where the bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash are. The shampoo and body wash containers in the shower were both empty for use. There was so much dust on the frame of bed headboard and the light flickering in front entrance of the room. For the price we paid for a week stay I feel like there is better places with more space and amenities available.

The room was not cleaned well, and insects like mites came out during my stay. There was always a linen cart in the hallway, and I was worried about evacuation in the event of a fire and disaster.There is only one cleaning during the 7-day stay. On the second day, there was a cleaning, and the room became dirtier and dirtier.I wanted cleaned the middle day my stay. and I wanted you to ask me when I was going to clean at check-in.

I stayed 2 weeks. The hotel looks gothic outside which is off putting. Black carpets inside were yuck. The whole place needs upgrading. Lots of damage to walls. My rooms was comfortable enough. I wasn't home much. The stove top was all scratched up. The tv was half dark. Needs replacing. The location is good for night life. Far from any buses tho. I used Uber. Staff are very young. None over 30. Very nice but I never saw a manager. Parking was available. Hot shower. Quiet enough. It should be cheaper for the condition it's in.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was exceptional. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved everything. Close to the free CAT buses, restaurants and about 1km from a great IGA with good food to go options. The apartment was quiet, comfortable and functional. Had everything we needed and everything worked well. Wifi was strong and reliable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for the price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.

有人のチェックイン時間が14時から17時というのが、かなり時間が制限され不便と感じた。でも物価の高いオーストラリアでキッチン付きは魅力ではある。立地は軽い坂道を登る感じのエリアにあって、治安はいいとは思わない。

I stayed 2 weeks. The hotel looks gothic outside which is off putting. Black carpets inside were yuck. The whole place needs upgrading. Lots of damage to walls. My rooms was comfortable enough. I wasn't home much. The stove top was all scratched up. The tv was half dark. Needs replacing. The location is good for night life. Far from any buses tho. I used Uber. Staff are very young. None over 30. Very nice but I never saw a manager. Parking was available. Hot shower. Quiet enough. It should be cheaper for the condition it's in.

Séjour formidable. Studio avec grande salle de douche avec lave linge et seche linge. Cuisinette très bien équipée. Chambre séparée du salon. Placards. Personnel de ménage et daccueil au petits soins : gentillesse sourire et de bons conseils. Merci Au coeur de ville...à 2 pas du bus. Près de la gare. Je recommande fortement.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was exceptional. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved everything. Close to the free CAT buses, restaurants and about 1km from a great IGA with good food to go options. The apartment was quiet, comfortable and functional. Had everything we needed and everything worked well. Wifi was strong and reliable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for the price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.

An extremely disappointing experience characterized by dishonest management. I stayed for 8 days, and despite their stated policy, zero housekeeping service was provided during my entire stay. Upon check-out, the hotel wrongfully retained my full security deposit. Initially, their concierge team messaged me on this platform claiming the deposit was already refunded and blamed a bank error for the charge. Later, the hotel manager completely changed the story, claiming they kept the entire deposit because the room required an "extra hour of cleaning." The photographic evidence they provided merely showed a few minor items left on a table—which is a standard, acceptable check-out condition, not excessive mess. When I and a representative called to resolve this discrepancy, the hotel manager was incredibly rude, completely refused to communicate, and literally hung up the phone on us. They have also ignored all follow-up emails. Avoid this property at all costs if you value honest customer service and fair business practices.

Reception only opens from 9 am to 5 pm. No flexibility to work around that as staff was asking us to send picture of the credit card even the bond had already been taken. Not recommended for visitor who has work commitment and therefore can’t go to the reception to register within 9 am to 5 pm. Further the room was not cleaned even once during my 9 nights staying there.
