Excellent breakfast options!! Clean. Beautiful room and outdoor area (although outdoor lighting could have been turned on in the evenings for more cuteness). Great service from friendly people. Difficult to find. Many, many steps with no lift. Could use additional furniture on which to place luggage.

Wonderful accomodations off Piazza Spagna within walking distance of many historic Roman sites. Very updated rooms and baths in a hundreds-year-old building. Be prepared to roll/carry your luggage down a beautiful winding marble staircase. Our ground-level room could acess an enclosed shared courtyard, which was too hot to enjoy during our visit except very early in the morning, but it was lovely. Rooms were blissfully quiet- couldn't hear street noise at all. Beds were comfy. Manager Dario did all he could to ensure a pleasant stay, including restaurant suggestions and booking both cruise port and airport shuttles for us. The only hitch was the time zone and response lag in communications. Ingrami is a B&B, and they don't have someone at the front desk 24/7.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and what a cute little place! The private spa was an awesome touch and much loved in the evening after a day of walking, and a nice reset before dinner. It is decently centrally located in town, literally at the Spanish Steps (SO cool at 2am and sunset) and near the Trevi Fountain. It is close enough to walk to the major sites, shopping and dining. Dario and Elena were lovely hosts, giving great advice, tips and getting around town. Highly recommend

Wonderful stay at the Ingrami Suites. Dario is a great and helpful host. We asked and he arranged for a Van pickup at the Rome cruise port after we got off our cruise ship. The only confusion was an understanding of the scheduled pick up time. Next time I would confirm time in advance. The Bed and Breakfast is located in a wonderful area with many restaurants and shopping. Dario is a great host as we only had two nights and he provided a packed breakfast for us since we had early excursions and departure so could not take part in the included breakfast. We also received an upgraded room upon arrival. Be aware there is no elevator and if you have heavy luggage it will be a challenge on the steps. I would stay here again but have smaller luggage. Dario also arranged transportation to airport which worked out great.

We had a junior suite which was lovely. High ceilings and very spacious. You would have to pay extra to change your towels, otherwise they are changed every 2 days. Breakfast was ok but there wasn’t much space and only one person could go up at any one time. It felt very cramp and we just had breakfast quickly so we could leave which was a bit of a shame. Location is great! Lots of the sites in walking distance.

Great location next to the Spanish steps and a couple of restaurants. Jazz club Gregory nearby - very convenient. Not 24hr reception and rooms are below ground level (no lifts) so not suitable if carrying quite a fair bit of luggage. Offers breakfast but not a lot of variety and enclosed space. Quite a few rules to follow - feels like back at school.

Ingrami Suites is a lovely place. We were very pleased with the Boutique Guest House, it's location and the owner, Dario. We would highly recommend it and the restaurant out the bottom steps in the rear. The only comment I feel appropriate is to mention that there are many steps and no elevator, so if you are like us and had a LOT of very heavy luggage, it was difficult--although Dario did carry it down two of the flights when we checked in. If you're travelling light, this is definitely the place for you. Donna and Fred Johnson

The hotel itself is in a great location and the staff is communicative and friendly. However, it is self check in. The room we had was not in good condition. We slept in our clothing over the bed sheets and the bath tub was in a state of complete disrepair. We felt the room had an off smell and was unclean. We wouldn’t stay here again for that reason. As an aside, there’s no elevator and you’ll have to walk down some stairs so if you have large luggage keep that in mind.

We stayed at Ingrami Suites in Rome for new years , we were given room D which is absolutely HORRIBLE, dirt and smelly . Hotels.com should review this over rated hotel . Same price we found a far more beautiful, cleaner and comfortable hotel with 4 stars. Ingram Suites in Rome is a scam . I have always loved hotels.com but this time they got it very wrong with this overrated place with terrible view to the garbage.

Ingrami Suites is a cute boutique guest house Dario was great for any question we booked through Expedia and got a lovely room with terrace access it was clean cozy feel not very big room but for a few night 2 people we managed comfortable bed but the a/c unit above bed was cold with air right on us so it got cold quick the area is perfect pretty central felt very safe would definitely return

The host was so helpful with car bookings, great breakfast, and very nice hotel conveniently located. There are a lot of steps so be mindful of that with luggage. They did help us out when we requested. I would definitely stay here again! The room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant next door had good food for dinner and it was right at the top of the spanish steps.

Beautiful bed and Breakfast. Our room was clean and had a lovely terrace attached. The hostess Elena was fantastic she made a wonderful breakfast each morning, was friendly and engaging made you feel like family. Conveniently located to many of the highlights of Rome. Would definitely recommend!

Very unique property, but not really convenient even for young ones who are able to walk up and down flights of start. Room and patio were nice but need some good cleaning, pillows, beddings and towels were quite old and musty. Breakfast was pretty good, staff friendly and very helpful though, for that we left a good tip.

Excellent location with shops, restaurants, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain all within walking distance. Our room was very clean, quiet, lots of space and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was great. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again, we loved it!

My husband and I stayed at this amazing boutique hotel for 3 nights. Location is excellent, we walked everywhere. Service amazing. Dario is very easy to get in contact with, fixed a taxi that picked us up at the airport and arranged for a late self check in. The rooms are tidy and quiet. Breakfast was very good, with yoghurt, bread, amazing bruschetta, salami, fruits, juice and your own choice of coffee. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends!

Ingrami Suites is a small boutique hotel tucked just above the Spanish steps, with gorgeous and spacious quiet rooms, historical charm, and impeccable service. Some highlights included the delicious breakfast with a variety of options and hearing an opera singer serenade the guests at a nearby restaurant in the evening. The staff show warm hospitality and I'm planning on visiting again.

The property is in a great location to the Spanish steps. Just be mindful of the front desk hours for check-in since it has locked doors to enter through. Make sure to communicate with the friendly staff ahead of time for smooth entry. Super nice rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was nice!

We stayed at Ingrami Suites after staying for a few days in a different part of Rome for work. The transition to this hotel was a lovely welcome. Dario was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we felt welcomed instantly. We were travelling with our 9 month old and requested a cot ahead of time with they kindly provided and prepared for us before our arrival. We arrived a little earlier than planned but our room was ready for us. It was a lovely large spacious room that overlooked the edge of Piazza di Spagna. The location cannot be beat! Restaurants on the doorstep, a metro station nearby, and of course many attractions. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this neighborhood. I wanted to be close to Villa Borghese and this was an easy walk for us.

I wanted to be close to Villa Borghese and this was an easy walk for us.

We loved staying here! The location was so convenient and easy. The room was really comfortable and quiet. Great air con and lots of space. The staff were lovely, really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was basic but just what we needed with excellent coffee! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a junior suite which was lovely. High ceilings and very spacious. You would have to pay extra to change your towels, otherwise they are changed every 2 days. Breakfast was ok but there wasn’t much space and only one person could go up at any one time. It felt very cramp and we just had breakfast quickly so we could leave which was a bit of a shame. Location is great! Lots of the sites in walking distance.

Accommodations were great, nice spacious room and bathroom. The location was great, near the Spanish steps, metro and Via del Corsica. The staff were very friendly and helpful… and so patient at helping me use my Italian! We would definitely stay here again at Ingrami Suites!

Ingrami Suites is a cute boutique guest house Dario was great for any question we booked through Expedia and got a lovely room with terrace access it was clean cozy feel not very big room but for a few night 2 people we managed comfortable bed but the a/c unit above bed was cold with air right on us so it got cold quick the area is perfect pretty central felt very safe would definitely return

The check in took ages as wrong information was given for self check in. Crazy number of stairs. And the staff on check out were SO RUDE yelling and aggressive. I have never been treated so badly at an establishment do not stay here just vile. A real shame as a good location but manners and respect go along way when dealing with customers

Wonderful accomodations off Piazza Spagna within walking distance of many historic Roman sites. Very updated rooms and baths in a hundreds-year-old building. Be prepared to roll/carry your luggage down a beautiful winding marble staircase. Our ground-level room could acess an enclosed shared courtyard, which was too hot to enjoy during our visit except very early in the morning, but it was lovely. Rooms were blissfully quiet- couldn't hear street noise at all. Beds were comfy. Manager Dario did all he could to ensure a pleasant stay, including restaurant suggestions and booking both cruise port and airport shuttles for us. The only hitch was the time zone and response lag in communications. Ingrami is a B&B, and they don't have someone at the front desk 24/7.

This is a hidden gem right where you want to be. From the communication with Dario prior to the stay to the personalized service that Elena provided during, we felt so special and well taken care of the entire time. You need to book this hotel. It will not disappoint.

Wonderful stay at the Ingrami Suites. Dario is a great and helpful host. We asked and he arranged for a Van pickup at the Rome cruise port after we got off our cruise ship. The only confusion was an understanding of the scheduled pick up time. Next time I would confirm time in advance. The Bed and Breakfast is located in a wonderful area with many restaurants and shopping. Dario is a great host as we only had two nights and he provided a packed breakfast for us since we had early excursions and departure so could not take part in the included breakfast. We also received an upgraded room upon arrival. Be aware there is no elevator and if you have heavy luggage it will be a challenge on the steps. I would stay here again but have smaller luggage. Dario also arranged transportation to airport which worked out great.

Dario was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we felt welcomed instantly. We were travelling with our 9 month old and requested a cot ahead of time with they kindly provided and prepared for us before our arrival. Location for Ingrami suites is great but service was the worst we have ever seen. The manager DARIO is a nightmare and should not be working in hospitality at all. All of us staying there were very disappointed with DARIO and we will never stay there for as long as DARIO works there. We had an emergency in the AM and he refused to help because it is before hours and he hung up on us and never answered our texts begging for his help.

My husband and I stayed at this amazing boutique hotel for 3 nights. Location is excellent, we walked everywhere. Service amazing. Dario is very easy to get in contact with, fixed a taxi that picked us up at the airport and arranged for a late self check in. The rooms are tidy and quiet. Breakfast was very good, with yoghurt, bread, amazing bruschetta, salami, fruits, juice and your own choice of coffee. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends!

Elena and Dario were amazing hosts, going above and beyond to accommodate us. We were able to check in a little early, Elena was so personable upon our arrival and during the breakfast service, which was delicious!!! Very good location for walking to attractions and convenient taxi area for when that was chosen! Conveniently located right at the Spanish Steps and a couple blocks from the breathtaking Trevi Fountain!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and what a cute little place! The private spa was an awesome touch and much loved in the evening after a day of walking, and a nice reset before dinner. It is decently centrally located in town, literally at the Spanish Steps (SO cool at 2am and sunset) and near the Trevi Fountain. It is close enough to walk to the major sites, shopping and dining. Dario and Elena were lovely hosts, giving great advice, tips and getting around town. Highly recommend

The property is in a great location to the Spanish steps. Just be mindful of the front desk hours for check-in since it has locked doors to enter through. Make sure to communicate with the friendly staff ahead of time for smooth entry. Super nice rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was nice!

The host was so helpful with car bookings, great breakfast, and very nice hotel conveniently located. There are a lot of steps so be mindful of that with luggage. They did help us out when we requested. I would definitely stay here again! The room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant next door had good food for dinner and it was right at the top of the spanish steps.

Not 24hr reception and rooms are below ground level (no lifts) so not suitable if carrying quite a fair bit of luggage. Offers breakfast but not a lot of variety and enclosed space. Quite a few rules to follow - feels like back at school.

Perfect location, great rooms and breakfast and access to a much needed spa/sauna after walking around Rome. Host and staff were fantastic and helpful. Dont miss out on the tasty bruschetta at breakfast :)

I only wish we could have stayed longer! At first we could not find the front door (after hauling it luggage up the Spanish Steps). Then didn't figure out we needed to buzz in to have reception open the door. After that, all was smooth and wonderful! Elena was so sweet and welcoming. She easily explained everything we needed to know. She gave us all the keys and stored our luggage until the room was ready. If you are walking from the metro with luggage and have more than one person, you might have someone wait downstairs with the luggage. Then it's only 1 floor up. The downstairs entrance is on the first landing of the Portuguese Steps (or is it Rampa Mignanelli). An easy walk (on mostly uncobbled sidewalks) from the metro. The entire place has only 6 rooms so you receive personal service. I don't even have to say how perfect the location is! This will be where I stay whenever I come to Rome. 💕
I only wish we could have stayed longer! At first we could not find the front door (after hauling it luggage up the Spanish Steps). Then didn't figure out we needed to buzz in to have reception open the door. After that, all was smooth and wonderful! Elena was so sweet and welcoming. She easily explained everything we needed to know. She gave us all the keys and stored our luggage until the room was ready. If you are walking from the metro with luggage and have more than one person, you might have someone wait downstairs with the luggage. Then it's only 1 floor up. The downstairs entrance is on the first landing of the Portuguese Steps (or is it Rampa Mignanelli). An easy walk (on mostly uncobbled sidewalks) from the metro. Or figure out how to exit the Metro at the opening at the top of the Spanish Steps. We couldn't figure it out. The room was large and so nicely decorated! We were in Rome for several nights - and this was a perfect location for many of the popular historical sites. Easily walkable to great restaurants and we really enjoyed the close proximity to Villa Borghese - which offers a beautiful respite from the busy city.

Perfect location for exploring Rome. The room was comfortable with good air conditioning. Check in was easy even after hours. The breakfast was delicious, cannot remember her name (Eliana?) but the hostess was lovely. We were able to leave our bags for a few hours after check out until our departure. Nice boutique hotel and would recommend if staying in Rome.
