We loved the fantastic breakfast with wonderful staff. We loved the roof top garden with views all over Malta. Amazing. A truly beautiful boutique hotel with everything you could need and exceptionally helpful staff who gave great advice on what to see and where to go. And arranged everything we needed. Loved our stay.

A wonderful boutique hotel in Malta. Such easy access to all the sights and coastline of Valetta. Really friendly and helpful staff, wonderfully decorated. But the best thing is the rooftop terrace, perfect for a glass of wine and just watch the boats pass by. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Wonderful staff, beautifully clean hotel, lovely breakfast, very narrow stairs to roof which has a lovely view, not easy with food & drinks in hand to climb! Lift was out of order a few times, again not the best up & down stairs in the heat. Located in a quiet street in the heart of Valletta, lots of bars & restaurants & shops on the doorstop.

This property was excellent. It was clean, quiet and very well located to main attractions. The staff were fantastic, nothing was to much trouble for them. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had. The room was spacious and it had air conditioning. I would definitely stay again. Many thanks to the staff who made our stay so pleasant.

Very clean. Well equipped room Bottle of wine was a nice touch to have on roof terrace. The ladies who do the breakfast were excellent. The only slight negative was the sound of water trickling in and off every night Loads of restraunts and bars a few minutes walk. Excellent place

A gem of a hotel in heart of Valletta tucked away in a side street.It was so quiet & benefited from having only 11 rooms,no queuing for breakfast & a stunning roof top with amazing views over the harbour.Staff couldn't have been more helpful,hotel spotlessly clean,housekeeping very good.An absolutely incredible experience

Ursulino Boutique Hotel was perfect for our stay in Valletta. The room was clean & staff were always there if you needed anything. Breakfast was a great selection. Would recommend Ursulino Boutique Hotel.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with stylish modern decor, spacious rooms, tall ceilings, abundance of Molton Brown products, unlimited bottled water and a complementary basket of fruit on arrival. Hotel location is very central, yet on a quiet street. All the staff are lovely, very friendly and polite. However, I did encounter a few issues: 1. There is a very strong damp smell in the lobby and the room. Defusers that have been added do not mask this. 2. Towels are green-blue egg shade, making it seem like they have been washed with something blue-green and the colour run 3. The scent of the towels is extremely overpowering, as if they have been washed on a short cycle and detergent/conditioner wasn't rinsed out properly 4. Bed linen is polyester and so is the bed protector - be ready of a sweety night every night of your stay 5. Toilet in my room wasn't flushing paper properly 6. As with most hotels, the lighting is terrible. Not enough light by the mirror or at the desk

Hotel en plena Valetta pero alejado del bullicio. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Edificio remodelado con desayuno estupendo en la azotea al aire libre con unas vistas impresionantes. Las chicas que te atienden muy amables en especial Carina. Muy recomendable

The Ursula hotel is onveniently located a short distance from the main streets in Valletta. It is also very handy for the 3 city and Gozo ferries. The property has been fitted out to a high standard and is well maintained. The rooms are a decent size although our rear facing room had no view. Breakfasts are excellent and the staff could not be more pleasant. A place we would stay at again.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral und wirklich empfehlenswert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar klein aber es war für jeden etwas dabei und es war alles sehr frisch und lecker. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war das kleine Fenster zum Hinterhof in unserem Zimmer. Dadurch war das Zimmer leider sehr dunkel. Das Personal war super nett und immer hilfsbereit.

Beautiful boutique hotel, the staff can't do enough to help and the breakfast is excellent. Within walking distance (as long as you don't mind a lot of steps) of all the Valetta sights and plenty of great restaurants and bars, can't think of any reason to choose anywhere else!

We received a warm welcome and many helpful suggestions for touring the area. The room (s) were very spacious and a coffee machine, wine and water were provided. The location was excellent and in walking distance to the important sights in Valletta. This is the epitome of a good boutique hotel!
We received a warm welcome and many helpful suggestions for touring the area. The room (s) were very spacious and a coffee machine, wine and water were provided. The location was excellent and in walking distance to the important sights in Valletta. This is the epitome of a good boutique hotel!

It is difficult to add to the many glowing comments below beyond reinforcing the fact that every single member of staff we encountered was exemplary in their interactions with guests. Our stay was part of a 4 week travel. The check in process was seamless. Katia was excellent and our room was a beautifully renovated room. The hotel is in a prime downtown location. The breakfast was excellent. We had to checkout very early due to an early flight. Katia arranged to have breakfast food in our room. Would recommend for sure.

We stayed in the penthouse unit and the balcony view was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and friendly, especially Michele. The location is within easy walking distance to all major Valletta attractions but also tucked away 2 blocks from the busy Merchant St, so we didn't hear any noise during evenings. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful boutique hotel, the staff can't do enough to help and the breakfast is excellent. Within walking distance (as long as you don't mind a lot of steps) of all the Valetta sights and plenty of great restaurants and bars, can't think of any reason to choose anywhere else!

A wonderful boutique hotel in Malta. Such easy access to all the sights and coastline of Valetta. Really friendly and helpful staff, wonderfully decorated. But the best thing is the rooftop terrace, perfect for a glass of wine and just watch the boats pass by. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The Ursula hotel is onveniently located a short distance from the main streets in Valletta. It is also very handy for the 3 city and Gozo ferries. The property has been fitted out to a high standard and is well maintained. The rooms are a decent size although our rear facing room had no view. Breakfasts are excellent and the staff could not be more pleasant. A place we would stay at again.

We loved the fantastic breakfast with wonderful staff. We loved the roof top garden with views all over Malta. Amazing.
