Lastly, I really valued the airport shuttle service, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The little signs indicating which products were domestically grown was a nice touch!

Nice budget hotel with clean rooms and good service. Located near the rail station and two metro stations which makes it convenient for travelling within and outside the city. Good breakfast is served from 7am everyday. 3rd sofa bed was a bit rough but not too bad. Friendly staff.

Very helpful to have a coffee machine in the room, always refillable capsules (free of charge), and the staff are super friendly. They even prepared two bags of freshly baked pastries and freshly made sandwiches on toasted bread for us by 5:30am (because we were leaving before breakfast was served) in the morning to take away with us. Complementary water, soft drinks, tea. What’s in the bar is not chargeable. That’s rare. Great attitude of staff.

All of the staff members were very helpful and cooperative during my 2 week stay. The location is convenient to transportation (bus, train, and car) and the two malls are a short walk away. I will be returning to the hotel again in a few weeks.

All of the staff members were very helpful and cooperative during my 2 week stay. The location is convenient to transportation (bus, train, and car) and the two malls are a short walk away. I will be returning to the hotel again in a few weeks.

Nice budget hotel with clean rooms and good service. Located near the rail station and two metro stations which makes it convenient for travelling within and outside the city. Good breakfast is served from 7am everyday. 3rd sofa bed was a bit rough but not too bad. Friendly staff.

My room was very spacious, clean, and well-lit, with an attractive, modern aesthetic and comfortable furniture. As a traveller who occasionally needs to do some computer-based work, I also appreciated the amount of table and counter space available, while the free minibar was a big plus (I've never stayed in a hotel that offered so many complimentary drinks before!). Lastly, I really valued the airport shuttle service, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The little signs indicating which products were domestically grown was a nice touch!

Hotel furniture is quite dated and design reminds of 1990s. Breakfast is horrible: very small selection of interesting dishes, e.g. it was not even possible to find ingredients for an English breakfast - even scrambled eggs were available only on one of the two mornings. Beans were hard, potato pancakes were the worst in my life. Croissants and pain au chocolate were inedible. Any cafe I’ve been to in Minsk serves better food. The worst thing was that there was no hot water in the hotel at all during all our stay - it appeared just 1 hour before the checkout. Stuff didn’t warn about the issues with water heater on checkin and suggested just to “wait a bit more as the issue is almost fixed” every time we were asking. And it all cost 160 USD for 2 nights - very expensive for Minsk and for such a level of service, better go for another hotel or rent an apartment.

Good breakfast spread. Staff helpful. I had issues for late check out as American credit cards didn’t work. They only take Belarus roubles which was not helpful as I have only US dollars. The staff also not knowledgeable about registration process required by Belarus for tourists staying over 5 days. The registration can be done online and I was told that Hotels should be able to help tourists But Hampton by Hilton at Minsk Ciry center didn’t know the process. Impeovementd: They should find a way to accept American credit cards, the staff should be trained in tourist registration process and they should accept US Dollars for payment.

Nur zu empfehlen. Gute Lage, freundliches Personal. Das einzige, wenn man sich zuckerfrei ernährt, wird schwierig. Haferbrei war gezuckert, Naturjoghurt enthielt auch Zucker. Müsli auch gezuckert. Ich habe mein Frühstück auf Rührei reduziert. Das Angebot für Normallesser ist sehr gross.

The Hampton Hotel was a most exceptional place! From the friendly and helpful front desk staff, to the amazing free breakfast buffet, we enjoyed simply being there. Another notable benefit was the daily remake of the room and the comfortable king-size bed. The air conditioning had simple controls that worked really well. Quietly kept the room at the selected temperature. Enjoyed the treadmill in the work-out room. A good place to keep in shape. Right across the street from the hotel is the Minsk City Mall, an excellent place to shop for food and exchange money. Three levels of shops and food. Worth the walk. We often frequented the convenient bar in the hotel for coffee, tea, juice, wine and beer. An interesting experience in the seating area next to the bar: we met an administrative personnel from the country of Ghana, got acquainted and helped him prepare his tie for a state dinner! That is a picture of the friendly atmosphere that prevailed at the Hampton. People in every walk of life were openly kind and willing to talk. It was a happy experience from the first day to the last. The very efficient General Manager took time to be involved in the various levels of the hotel's operation. Glad we were there. Yes! Of course, we will go again to the Hampton given the opportunity.

Las condiciones en general del hotel, en mí opinión son de 4*. Condiciones muy buenas en todo, le hubiera dado 5* si me hubieran contestado a mi mensaje que les mandé el día anterior a mi llegada, que ni a día de hoy nadie del hotel me contestó. Cuando un cliente te escribe algo, lo mínimo que tienes que hacer es contestarle, aunque la respuesta no sea de su agrado, pero el hotel NO lo hizo. En todo lo demás, muy contento, muy recomendable. Si algún día volveré a Minsk, me volvería a alojar en este hotel.
