AC system needs to be updated, room was warmer than outside air overnight. Outside of this, room was clean and modern.

Nice hotel. Sadly the air conditioning was not working so the rooms were very hot. Hope it’s fixed soon. Expensive considering the lack of AC

Service from all the staff was excellent, especially Marie Celine who gave us very attentive care. The unfortunate situation that spoiled our stay was that the air conditioning to all the rooms was not working our entire stay. The other issue was that our shower also did not work, we had working water at the sink and toilet; but not the shower. It made for an uncomfortable stay. We will be visiting Fort de France again next year and hopefully they will have those issues resolved. John & Karen
