Clean , best breakfast opportunities, was a last minute stay, I wish I could give them a five star because see rcvice was top notch but for people who are accessible challenged this is not the place for you. I use a mobility scooter to get around and to go eat the free breakfast It had to be brought to me.. there were no ways to make it to reception without walking down a flight of stairs… no accessible bathroom… there was a stepover to the larger size bedroom . If you have no. Accessible issues.. the hotel is a 5 star. The view from the window with the mountains and the seldom train that billowed. Through the center of the city.. the location of this hotel was beyond breathtaking.

Foi maravilhosa a minha estadia....funcionários muito receptivos.....educados....prestativos e antesiosos...quarto e banheiros bem limpos....conservados e bem cuidados...roupas de cama super limpas e branquinhas... só senti falta de ter um espelho maior no quarto...pois me hospedei ali pq tinha um casamento para ir na cidade e com sò o espelho do banheiro e como estávamos o casal então outro espelho no quarto teria funcionado bem...o café da manhã tbm bom...enfim no geral eu amei a estadia no hotel e super indico....com certeza voltando a Jaraguá eu me hospedaria aí novamente!!!

Foi uma surpresa ao chegar e encontrar um hotel limpo, com quarto muito bom, banheiro em excelente condição. Fomos para um evento de corrida e chegamos no fim do período do café. Fomos muito bem atendidos pela colaboradora que estava cuidando do local, e por esse motivo pudemos usufruir de um delicioso café da manhã. Uma sugestão seria mudar o horário do café aos domingos, iniciar e encerrar 30 minutos mais tarde. Indico e voltarei.
