Fabulous stay, at a friendly, reasonably prices, place that is close to all the restaurants in town. The room was quite spacious, clean, comortable, quiet and looked recently renovated. The bathroom shower quite nice and powerful. We stayed on a 2nd floor ( its a 2 story motel), so there is no elevator, if you need one. We would defintely stay here again

Nice location, very friendly staff from start to finish. They have a nice front lawn and corn hole games to play along with Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the afternoon. In the evening they have a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and overhead lighting for enjoying a relaxing time together. Rooms are so cute and fully updated and feel so clean and the area feels very safe. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Five stars, I would fully recommend and will definitely be back.

Lovely property with friendly staff. The rooms are clean. They do not serve breakfast. They do have multiple nice out door sitting areas. One grass, one cement. The grass area is perfect for playing fetch with a dog should you bring one. That area has a couple of chairs. The concrete area next to building has a fire pit with at least 5 chairs around it and 2 tables with umbrellas.

The staff were very friendly. We arrived after the lobby had already closed, but the communication and check-in were great. The room was very nice and clean. The only drawback we experienced was the lack of an elevator with our luggage, but we would stay here again and recommend this inn to anyone.

The room had an odd smell of fried food and mildew. In the morning, we went in and out of the second floor room, to bring our belongings to the car and the door code wouldn’t work so I had to go to the office window and ask for a new code. It was 27° that morning and the office person told me if it didn’t work a second time to come back and she would give me a new code, while sitting in a heated office. it wasn’t a horrible one night stay, but I would never stay there again and I’ve stayed in Mount Shasta a lot, it’s one of my most favorite places to visit. There are so many other nice places to stay.

We loved this hotel. I booked 2 nights and ended staying 3! The room was nicely remodeled, clean, and very comfortable. The shower was very nice with great water pressure. The door had a keypad so no keys, which was easier. I went to reception just once when we arrived but the other communication was by text, and they were super responsive texting back within seconds. This is a family business and it shows the extra care and nice touches. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with convenient parking and clean rooms. The room was very well maintained and spacious. The sheets could use a bit of upgrade , they were a bit flimsy from overuse. Overall very clean room, friendly staff and convenient location. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location to walk to coffee shop and downtown. Too much smelly febreeze or some kind of deodorizer. Had to air the room out for awhile once we got there. Otherwise totally fine!

Rooms were spacious with a separate sitting area from the bedroom. Seemed to be remodeled with new flooring. Very clean and cozy. Was able to park right outside of the door. Only complaint is we could hear people walking above us and someone snoring through the wall next to us. Otherwise 10/10 would stay again. Close to eateries and shops downtown.

Mount Shasta is about halfway between two places we love, so we stop there on road trips. We’d become disappointed with the lodging we’d been using and decided to try something new. The high customer satisfaction on Hotels.com made us try this place. We were not disappointed. Service is friendly. The lock system doesn’t rely on card keys. The room is simple but cares for. The TV has Netflix and YouTube and the option to obtain apps for other streaming services. Fridge and microwave and coffeemaker. I like the scent of the toiletries. The mattress wasn’t my favorite, but it was comfortable enough. The place was easy to find and parking was ample and close to the room. Dog friendly.

The outside doesn't do the inside justice. Beautiful room great size. Soft bed and looks brand new. The only thing i didnt like is that it had a really small bathroom. Like the door barely opened and you had to close it to do anything.

Check-in with Topaz was friendly and easy. Later I requested a room switch due to noisy, inconsiderate neighbors. She accommodated me quickly and without question. I was able to get a good night’s sleep thanks to her help. Much appreciated.

Everything about the inn was fantastic. I travel alot with my disabled son and family. This is the first time I’ve actually found a place, that I can honestly say was exceptional. The rooms exceptional, clean very comfortable. The property exceptional. They have a fire pit for nighttime use and sorry forgot the name for the game that you can play outside with the children and adults alike. And most importantly was the owners of the Inn. Exceptional,with everything involved with their inn. Very friendly and down to earth people. It’s nice to find a place that’s not corporate owned and the owners go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of. Thank you so much.

I’ve stayed at so many establishments and this one by far was one of my favorites. Beds comfortable, extra pillows and towels. They had full wash amenities in the shower! Our front desk lady was name Topaz and she gave excellent above and beyond service. Checkout was smooth!!!! Loved the keyless entry as well. Definitely can’t talk more highly of this establishment and their staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

This was a quick stopover for my daughter and me on our drive to San Diego from Portland. We were tired and frazzled from driving in the dark and through rain on the poorly-lit 5 (travelers beware). Amy welcomed us warmly and we enjoyed the cozy room. We departed at 6AM, and received a call from Amy at 8:30AM informing us that they had found a bag my daughter had left behind. She was so gracious in offering to ship it via UPS, informed me when it was on its way, turning a stressful snafu into a positive outcome. We will definitely stay at the Inn on future roadies.

This was an awesome place to stay! Perfect renovation of an old school motel. Convenience of parking right outside our door with nice new amenities on the inside. The best part was the service, very friendly and accommodating. I love the keypad entry and the text message for a personal touch. Excellent stop on our road trip!

The staff and the convenience of the Inn at Mount Shasta keeps it as our go-to place when we ski in Shasta. The only downside to staying in Shasta, any hotel, is that trains come through at night and if you are a light sleeper or unfamiliar sounds get to you, be aware.

Very convenient, close to highway, gas stations, restaurants and other inns. 50mins to Burney falls and 45 to McCloud. Nice and clean room with huge bathroom.

We really like the inn. But, we wished they offered breakfast. We have stayed there multiple times over the years because it is halfway to our kids. We will continue to stay there. It is very good.

Great hotel within walking distance of downtown core. Organic grocery store nearby. They serve hot water and tea in the lobby, although no water kettle in the room. Rooms are spacius and renovated. It was great to be able to communicate via text with reception!

Lovely property with friendly staff. The rooms are clean. They do not serve breakfast. They do have multiple nice out door sitting areas. One grass, one cement. The grass area is perfect for playing fetch with a dog should you bring one. That area has a couple of chairs. The concrete area next to building has a fire pit with at least 5 chairs around it and 2 tables with umbrellas.

Nice, clean room in a cute little mountain town. Great shower. Excellent location for walking to restaurants. We loved Seven Suns coffee shop in the morning for bagels and coffee. Price was very reasonable as well.

Just a quick stop on my way. A quick 5min drive to Lake siskiyou to see snow-capped Mount Shasta, and also a 30-min drive to McCloud to see lower/middle/upper falls with fall colors. A/C was the first thing I darted for and it was perfect. From the warm greeting to checking in to the warm weather outside the Shasta Inn, this is the place to be for a summer with family. It’s such a convenient inn right off the freeway. Great location and had no trouble with our stay. The rooms were much bigger anticipated. It was nice to have a separate sofa area from the bed. Bathrooms look remodeled so great plus. In addition, loved the satellite/ Dish TV even tho we live in an age with streaming services but good for us people who share accounts and don’t have the login LOL
