This is a very nice apartment and great for a group. Modern amenities and QUIET. As stated in description , you WILL have to walk up some stairs to carry your luggage if you are staying in one of the top floor apartments. Close to the tram stop which is convenient for traveling to the airport. It is a small walk to Old Town and the big tourist attractions, but can be easily accessed with one of those Big Red hop on buses.

I had trouble getting in touch with them via VRBO and wanted to stay an extra day. Did not hear back for 7 months and sent 5 emails. I am not sure if it is the VRBO site or the email not being checked. When I called them, they were SUPER NICE. Outstanding location, but we were on the 5th floor with no elevator. No air conditioning, but it is Scotland, not Florida. We would stay again as the location can't be beat.

I am not sure if it is the VRBO site or the email not being checked. When I called them, they were SUPER NICE. Outstanding location, but we were on the 5th floor with no elevator. Efficient, good location, and nice view of Edinburgh Castle on the border of New Town and West End. This is an apartment building with code provided ahead of check-in. Management office is nearby for luggage drop off. Note that the building is walk up. There is no elevator.

The property is absolutely perfect. Location, comfort, cleanliness, size, style. I had to dowload the app to discover parking options were not just paid and off site but a significant distance from the property. Without even a spot to pullover and get bags or kids out, we had to take all our bags and our 3 year old on a 20 minute walk across the city in the cold dark evening. Photo is view from loungeroom window. We loved our stay here. Dont let the parking situation put you off, I just wanted people to know.

Property management was quick in helping us with a parking problem. Every hotel is in the same situation as there's only free parking at a church. Otherwise you have to pay €10 a day between eight and 6 o'clock. But the area was great and we had a fun time.

The outside entrance had cigarette butts and overall did not look presentable. As you entered the stairs smelled moldy and would be difficult for older people to navigate with luggage. There was no place for our luggage and there was hardly no space on either side of the bed to get in or out. The kitchen was well equipped but the appliances were hard to figure out as they are very different from North American appliances. Some instructions would have been helpful. The view of the castle and area was great but the windows were dirty and could use cleaning. Location was very good , close access to transportation, restaurants etc.We would not recommend this place to our friends.

Worst experience ever. The property is super dirty. The entrance had strong smell of pee, garbage all around, dirty stains, pukes all around. Bums and sketchy people at the entrance and made us very uncomfortable to go in and out. Please avoid this property. No elevator, no service, no reception on site, not enough towels, no luggage storage. For this kind of money we paid, we could have stayed at 4 or 5 star hotels.

Ok it's on Princes Street so obviously really busy. The hallway going into the space was a little musty smelling but the rooms more than made up for that. We stayed in a two bedroom facing the castle. It was huge and great for 4 people. Immaculate and loads of dishes and cookery in the kitchen. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

The location is fantastic! The castle view cannot be beat. Everything is within walking distance. Having Tesco next door is beyond convenient. The flat itself was super clean & just perfect for the two of us. Having said that the windows could use a cleaning & other comments about the homeless (only 1 guy) are true but he didn’t bother us & isn’t always around. There is often some litter around the front door but usually cleaned up during the day. None of it bothered us, it’s part of living in a big, old city. I do feel a ceiling fan would be a great addition as the flat did often feel stuffy & for safety I’m sure-the windows only open maybe 2-3”. Would definitely stay there again & I do highly recommend the property.

Amazing flat including great amenities and perfect location. Only downside is the significant noise from the street. No fault of the agency but zero soundproofing so definitely bring earplugs. Other than that, I highly recommend and would stay there again.

The view was amazing! The castle was in front of us! The apartment/hotel was perfect for our needs! It was easy to access and central! The company was great to deal with! They even held our luggage at a nearby central office for the day and we were able to get an early check in!

Place was terrific. Be aware there are LOTS of stairs (72) and no lift. One suggestion - leave instruction book on the table or some place very obvious. We found it as we were straightening up to leave. Also, deposit procedure was confusing. But customer service was good & got it settled.

Very central property! Can you walk or take transportation everywhere easily. The property managers helped us very quickly when we went to the wrong place. Would stay again!

Wonderful location and close to so much including beautiful views of the castle. The apartments were beautifully appointed and fully stocked. Only complaints the entrance way of the building frequently had trash left outside it. The check-in process could be more accommodating particularly regarding the possibility of an early check-in. We hadn't slept all night due to a problem with delays in our flight and when we arrived to drop off our luggage there wasn't even a rest room or water made available. No ability to check in even 5 minutes early although we shared how exhausted we were. Need to improve the customer service.

This is close in to the main attractions of Edinburgh and has a view of the castle from the living room. It’s well appointed and very modern. The office staff is super friendly and we were able to store our luggage there until check in time. I would stay here again.

The Princes Street property is lovely and just like the pictures. We had everything we needed and were on the perfect street as we had the view of the castle on the hill. Groceries and restaurants are literally next to the property. We walked from the Waverly Train Station to our place. A park is right across the street. Our bathroom sink was not draining and it was fixed quickly.

Ok it's on Princes Street so obviously really busy. The hallway going into the space was a little musty smelling but the rooms more than made up for that. We stayed in a two bedroom facing the castle. It was huge and great for 4 people. Immaculate and loads of dishes and cookery in the kitchen. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

L'appartamento e' situato in una posizione centrale, accessibile a tutto a piedi in tempi ragionevoli. In alternativa ci sono fermate di autobus ad una manciata di minuti a piedi. L'appartamento molto pulito e rifornito del necessario (asciugamani, lenzuola, sapone, stoviglie e pentole ecc...). Un comodo supermercato aperto fino alle 11 e' vicinissimo. Unico aspetto da tenere in considerazione se si viaggia con bambini, anziani o valige pesanti e' il piano (4) senza ascensore. Lo riaffitterei senza dubbio se mi trovassi di nuovo ad Edimburgo

Vi var i lejlighed 4. Perfekt beliggenhed. God stand på lejlighed, og alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Flere supermarkeder tæt på. Støj i stuen fra gaden men de to soveværelser ligger til den anden side og er helt stille. Madbude hver aften på gaden nedenfor lejligheden som snakker/støjer. Super fint ophold.

The checkin process was ridiculous. Left us waiting out. Wouldn't give ua access and codes until paid a deposit on top of pur room charge had to drag suitcases. They say the didn't have a bathroom. Had to go yo Starbucks. Come to find out, they did have on, surprise. Room was nice and clean, but the managers couldn't care less.

The accommodation was immaculate. A very small point on the second bedroom .. the only place to hang clothes was in the broom cupboard which seemed strange. My overall concern was the safety of the accommodation. Whilst there was access via a keypad into the main hall, this felt very weak and a secondary access door, of secondary security mechanism needs to be installed. Particularly around that area in princess street whereby there are always homeless people in groups hanging around, it felt unsafe. The other safety concern was the main door into the accommodation… the door was not secure at all in the door frame. The actual door moved at least 15mm even when the door was locked. This does not imply safe accommodation. The bag drop - no safety controls in place at all. I could have easily tagged up someone else’s bag, and walked out with it.
