We had a great trip. The walls are thin so you could hear my 2 year old all the way to the elevator. I had to clean the tub before giving my toddler a bath because of the dust. Wasn’t aware we had to rent the cookware,cups and plates so we didn’t have any. Beds were super comfortable. Room was the perfect size for my family. The tv didn’t work the first night but we got that handled.

There was simply nowhere else to stay that night due to a nearby convention. The place is a dive and the "lobby" and first floor smell like cigarette smoke, despite the "no smoking in public places" signs. If you need to sleep overnight and everything else is full, then I guess this works. Rooms are sparse beyond belief.

There are no amenities. This is not designed for overnight travel stays. There are no kind of amenities. It is designed for extended stays only where you bring everything but towels and bedding. No cups for a glass of water literally nothing so be aware of that.

Very pet friendly if you pay the additional fee, but the hallways and stairwells smell horrid (like rotten, fetid garbage and old fried food), the walls are thin so guests hear every person walking by the door, and we were greeted by a pubic hair in the bathtub upon arrival to our room.

I've stayed in Extended Stay America rooms before and was very pleased. In this case, it was not quite as clean and some things didn't work well, like the lock on the door (both the key to get in and the deadbolt from the inside, which didn't work at all). Drains in the bathroom were dirty and uncovered. The floor didn't seem clean (kept my shoes on the whole time). It just felt like there was a lower standard of cleanliness and maintenance than with other locations of this same brand. Bed was good and the location was just right for me.

One thing I liked was leaving and getting out of there. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The noise was terrible from the ac unit and with dogs barking and people slamming doors all hours of the night. I think there is people actually living at the property I would rate this at a -10

Access was challenging, esp when leaving the hotel. Trying to get out on the very busy street was downright dangerous. The room was spartanm not even a lamp by the bedside. It was very noisy, with walls thin as paper, people talking in the hall most of the night and slamming doors. I will never stay there again.

This place is as spartan and minimalist as they come. Not even a coffee brewer in the room (or the entire building for that matter). The place is pet friendly but good luck finding a place to take a dog for a walk. As there is nothing for a dog to damage, not sure what the pet fee is for. The person moving furniture in the room above us from 3-4 AM capped the experience off and we were glad to leave without a backward glance.

When I arrived the staff member who helped us checked in mentioned that she saw that I had a kid and a dog, so she intentionally set us up on the first floor, in the farthest unit so that we could have the room so he could be loud and play without us having to worry about our neighbors. As a traveling parent, that kind of consideration meant the world to me.

Not going to lie, I was afraid to stay here from all of the rumors I’ve heard. BUT!! It was seriously amazing. Staff was the friendliest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It was clean and quiet. Very comfortable and safe. I will definitely go back in the future!! Thank you to all the staff who were so welcoming and supportive.

The hotel is conveniently located. Yes, it is a low price hotel, but there is no excuse to have the hallways smell so much like smoke and the room´s smell is terrible. The pillows smelled so bad, I asked for a change and there were no other pillows in the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I checked out one day earlier because I really could not stand the smells, specially the pillows.

The Front desk personnel was the BEST part of this facility. Granted this is a Budget room…but the bare minimum would provide ample water pressure to bathe and an operational TV ~positives~ linens were clean, and location convenient.

I booked the room for my wife's brother, and when they arrived at the hotel, they said there were some rough-looking guys in the parking lot in tank tops working on a car. They actually referred to them as gangbangers. When they got to the room, they were expecting a regular bed in a frame, and said the beds looked like military beds. I've seen the beds in a picture, and I saw nothing wrong with them. This type of facility is designed for people who need a full-service location to stay in while traveling for extended periods. The only thing that I would have been concerned with was the guys in the parking lot working on a car. That is not something you like to see in a hotel parking lot.

This is a budget hotel. The email I received from the property said they have a grab and go breakfast. I was informed upon checking in that no breakfast is provided. The room is clean, but bed is far from comfortable.

Wasn’t aware we had to rent the cookware,cups and plates so we didn’t have any. Beds were super comfortable. Room was the perfect size for my family. The tv didn’t work the first night but we got that handled.

We had a great trip. The walls are thin so you could hear my 2 year old all the way to the elevator. I had to clean the tub before giving my toddler a bath because of the dust. There are no amenities. This is not designed for overnight travel stays. There are no kind of amenities. It is designed for extended stays only where you bring everything but towels and bedding. No cups for a glass of water literally nothing so be aware of that.

This place is as spartan and minimalist as they come. Not even a coffee brewer in the room (or the entire building for that matter). The place is pet friendly but good luck finding a place to take a dog for a walk. As there is nothing for a dog to damage, not sure what the pet fee is for. The person moving furniture in the room above us from 3-4 AM capped the experience off and we were glad to leave without a backward glance.

This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic. We had one interaction with the front office and she was absolutely delightful. I wish i could give a better review for her sake, but they really need to make some major changes to make this a place that is tolerable stay.

We discover human hair on bed sheets as well as blood spots. I reserved two and had the front desk attendant cancel my reservations, I requested a full refund of the money charged on my card. The desk attendant went on his computer and and assured me I would receive a full refund. Currently waiting for the refund to reflect on my charge card.

I was supposed to stay in for a night and when i got there there was a line of people complaining out there they had no water at all and did not like there rooms. So I decided to go stay somewhere else and they would not reimburse me back.
