Grand Vista is away from downtown on a busy road, although the traffic noise wasn’t apparent in our room or at the pool. There’s a large modern mall across the highway, accessed by a foot bridge, with food courts, restaurants, grocery store and shops. The old city is a short Grab ride away. Our room was large, clean and serviced daily. A very enjoyable staff.

Spacious room & free parking. The restaurant / room service was good. Near the mall & waking street. We had no issues during our stay. Would recommend.

We were warmly greeted when we arrived at the hotel and received excellent service by all the staff. Room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast had mostly asian food like rice and curry dishes. You could get eggs to order and cold cereals and toast. Also fruits. The only disappointing thing was the pool which had mildew growing between the tiles in the bottom of the pool. I would recommend this hotel

Really good location right next to the mall and really close to the night market, plus there is a free shuttle/Tuktuk to the market. Not to far to travel to the temples. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was really big and comfy only down thing would be shower area could have been a little bit cleaner but honestly not world ending. Would recommend.

一泊目に、洗面台が掃除されていないことを見つけ、フロントに報告したら、その後の対応は迅速だったので星四つです。部屋のドアが完全に閉まらないと、アラームが鳴り続き、同じフロア全体に迷惑なくらいの音量だった点もあり、星四つです。

這次旅遊選擇的房間有按摩浴缸，可惜使用時有一點點髒污從按摩噴口跑出來，感覺不太好。早餐的熱食不可口，選擇性不多，小失望。

We were warmly greeted when we arrived at the hotel and received excellent service by all the staff. Room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast had mostly asian food like rice and curry dishes. You could get eggs to order and cold cereals and toast. Also fruits. The only disappointing thing was the pool which had mildew growing between the tiles in the bottom of the pool. I would recommend this hotel

I love the room and the amazing texture. The two-story layout is fantastic, and the bathroom and shower were some of the best I’ve experienced. However, the food didn’t quite suit our taste. The privacy was great as well.

The Grand Visa is a NICE hotel. Everything was clean & worked. The bed was comfy & they had lots of pillows. The shower was nice & hot. The bar fridge stayed on when you left the room. We ordered room service & they were fast & the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet had good choices & was well presented. They had an egg station which was nice. Staff were friendly & housekeeping did a good job. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Top grade for the staff. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff and even carpark attendance. Down side is the sound prove system need to upgrade. Can heard other room alarm setting off.

The greeting by the staff was excellent with bags taken to our room and friendly smiles from the check in staff. Room was modern and aircon fantastic. Great fragrances in shower products. Breakfast was awesome.

All staff and service is excellent, except the reception put us in the room facing the road when there are a lot of rooms unoccupied facing the pool which is more quieter. I didn't get a good rest at all.

Had a great stay. Everyone was helpful. The breakfast needs more vegetarian friendly options. However the lunch and dinner options were great. When asked the chef made dishes vegetarian friendly. We really appreciated it. Thank you 🙏

The high light of Grand Vista is simply the friendliness of staff. From reception to floor everyone is very helpful and professional as well as kind hearted! Located in a very private area, however one can have everything as there are a couple of shopping facilities just a few minutes away! Surely will come back again for my next visit!

Nos quedamos solo por una noche y llegamos al hotel terminando el día. Desde la entrada sentimos la amabilidad característica de Tailandia, tanto la entrada como la salida fueron muy sencillos. Esta muy bien ubicado.

Me encanto, la cama y almoadas muy ricas para descansar, estuvimos 3 noches 4 dias y volveria a quedarme, super atención, venimos por nuestra cuenta y nos orientaron a todo y nos facilitaron mapas. Hay transporte en la noche, para ir al bazar nocturno. el desayuno variado y delicioso.
