Very clean, excellent kitchen facilities for all to use next to reception, helpful friendly staff, 4 year old daughter particularly enjoyed the heated toilet seat and the games/smores available!

Room the bed smelled lile a fat person slept there and sweated alot . The wall by the sink was splashed with white stuff. The cabinet where napkins stay was filthy brown .. bathroom shower had only few pumps of body wash . The seating pad kept sliding of the bench in the room.. at least tie it down .. The jaccuzi was nasty water , had flies ect in it.. The jets didnt work, worker said someone would turn it on , but nobody came.. Pool water was closer to cold. The hotel was not very clean at all . I felt nasty like i need a shower after staying there. Lady who checked us in was nice , the next one in the morning was not as nice.

Breakfast menu was great! Delicious! Nice kitchen to share in reception. Appreciate the free coffee! Easy parking and very walkable to gondola and shopping. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice but could use a table or desk as not much counter space except in bathroom area. Would come stay again.
