Nice quick check-in, and clean. Parking within inches of the door. Thin ceiling and walls (could hear the neighbors half the night). Location is not great and this is more properly described as a motel. As a motel, it is fine.

Del Aire Motel is in a convenient location about 2 miles from my work and LAX. Plenty of parking and the rooms have ample space and nice extras like a large wardrobe to hang short and pants with ironing board and iron. The rooms have everything that I needed for my trip including mini fridge. The inn is in a bit of a rough condition and daily maid service is optional. Not for clean freaks or people who have germ phobias. For the rest of us a solid motel at a great price.

The facilities is okay only that the internet connection was unstable

Inn is good for a brief short term stay Internet was literally not working at all, like it’s so slow (assuming you get the right WiFi name)

Rooms are very basic but comfortable. Sheets and bed clean but housekeepers could do better cleaning job. Overall it was fine, easy parking, quiet and walkable to fast food but not a “tourist” area. Best rate I could find

The price was great and the area is a typical city property. The parking could be bigger but it’s free so whatever. The room was super clean and the beds were comfy and the room was pretty big.

Parking there was easy. Our room was dirty, you didn't really want to touch anything and your feet/socks would get very dirty. There were insects coming out from under the bathroom tiles and bigger bugs (cockroaches?) elsewhere in the room and bed. The beddings had holes in them and also visible stains, most likely bodily fluids (the blue blanket especially). Also, in the bathroom the toilet seat leaked water on the floor. Walls were like paper and you would hear all the neighbors talking and fighting.

You get what you pay for. I was not expecting top notch service or the best amenities. It's a cheap motel. But I think the pros outweighed the cons Pros: Cheap, convenient free parking, comfortable beds, microwave and mini-fridge, great water pressure Cons: Dirty parking lot, not the best location, dirty room. I dropped my phone under the bed and when I looked for it I found a condom wrapper. Superficially, the room seemed clean, but apparently it's not thoroughly cleaned.

I didn't like the roaches

There were cockroaches everywhere even some smooshed on the walls. Didnt even stay

ROACHES! Let them know there were a bunch of baby roaches in the room and the excuse was “it’s summer. They come out when it’s hot.” We got moved to a queen bed room (originally booked two queen bed rooms mind you) and it smelled like cigarettes in there. We went for a festival so looking for another hotel was impossible, so we took it. Sure enough, another roach. I let her know and she called me a liar. I told her I didn’t want a refund, just some type of compensation. She told me to contact hotels and they will compensate me. I did, and hotels said THEY SAID NO. They were so rude and I’ve never been treated that way, EVER. I even offered to show her the pics of the roaches and she didn’t want to see them. Next time read the reviews yall! Also, the beds are not comfortable. Please go elsewhere for comfort and cleanliness. I promise you’ll regret staying here.

This property is dirty, smelly, stinky, old furniture and roaches

I Can forgive a lot of things, like poor customer service, everyone has bad days. But this was a new level. I couldn’t get them to answer the phone for a basic question. The room was filthy, burns in the bed clothes, bathroom had moldy grout, someone else’s groceries in the cabinet. Worst of all it was infested with bed bugs. I would never ever recommend this property to anyone, even if you are traveling on a budget as I was. Save yourself the trouble.

I found three cockroaches, and I killed them. The bathroom was very dirty.

Pretty much everything was dirty Bedroom Floors were slimmy and slippery Bathroom floor was black with dirt same with toilet base A "fresh" white towel in the bathroom had black marks of human foot prints on it Human hair balls on the floor and in the bed Multiple plugs didnt work Out of 4 days house keeping only came 1 time And we had cockroaches for roommates

I never usually leave review but I have no idea how this place have positive reviews, as soon as I went into the room there was a very strong or cigarrete even though I got a non smoking room, then when k went into the bathroom there was a roach infestation in the tub, there were at least 10 roaches crawling around (I wish I can upload pics) I asked to be changed rooms and they agreed with an attitude, the new took had no smell or roaches but it was dirty, walking barefoot you could feel the floor slimy, it was gross

When we went to check on there was a lady naked outside her hotel room and a guy was dragging her back in.. bed was hard as a rock amd the sheets didnt even look clean

The staff is very friendly. Its quiet here. Rooms have alot of space. Comfortable.

Seventeen day stay. Second floor room had a wooden vaulted ceiling. Big room with king bed. Small sofa and matching chair. Small round table for a meal. Desk with a chair. Wood floors. Closet next to vanity. Separate room with toilet and shower. Small frig and microwave. Good working AC. TV with plenty of premium channels. Close to shopping and plenty of food options. Probably would not like a first floor as the second story floors creak alot.

Nice older place. Very clean, in an older part of town, lot of sirens all night from police and fire. Hard to call for information, don't answer call.

Good for the price, clean room with a microwave and refrigerator, but could hear all neighbors through the walls, and the neighborhood is noisy, not for light sleepers. Easy check in and check out

The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and fully stacked, and it had a nice design to it (looked like a little cabin).

When I arrived, they told me they had no rooms available, even though I'd booked weeks in advance. I was left with no transportation after dark in a not very nice neighbourhood. If you're looking for somewhere near the airport, look elsewhere.

Gave my room to another guest my stuff was there

The manager was extremely helpful. Helped us to call a taxi at 2:30a.m. because our phone wasn't working. He called them again when they didn't show up on time. Great service!!

Horrible service, EXTREMELY rude staff.

When I arrived I rang the bell for service as the sign stated to do I ran it three times within a 20 minute time period I had to wait 20 minutes at the window after reading the bell for service three times as if that were not ridiculous enough the man that came to the window through the window he also threw the ink pen and the registration form at me through the window I just smiled and told him to have a wonderful night and figured he was just in a bad mood went to the room and it was so disgusting that I had to sit on my knees in the floor for another 45 minutes rubbing the bathtub before I even feel comfortable putting my feet in it to take a shower. The next morning the owner screamed at me and told me that I was not allowed to have company which was my sister on Thanksgiving day and made me leave.

Although not a “great quality” place. It’s great for its price which is consistent. Shoutout to Jay from the staff who’s always very helpful! He recognized when my app did a double book for the same night because of some glitch. Automatically canceled the additional one and gave me a refund. Outstanding customer service!

This is not far from the freeway. Couple minutes away.

It was just an over night stay until my flight home to Hawaii was the very next morning I like how close they are to the airport it’s about an 8 min ride through taxi costing 25 bucks just to get there I like how it had a restaurant in walking distance what I like the most was it was near a weed shop having to be able to grab what I needed for medical issues that was a plus just landing from a trip from la Paz Mexico the showers could be a bit hotter I recommend they should have an airport shuttle for their guests checking in from lax airport being it’s so close it sucked having to pay or 50 bucks to and from the airport for an 8 min ride that almost made my wife not book the room for me there I mean how hard would it be to have a 15 passenger van to pick up ur guests at the lax airport especially being able to know when and where ur guest is arriving at the airport that’d be a major plus on ur guys side and if its to costly to do that than u could charge each guest a 5 dollar fee for airport pickup only 8 mins away I can guarantee if u had that you’d probably have more bookings from airport travelers with higher wait time connecting flights but all in all it beats the airport but expect to pay 50 bucks for round trip to and from airport but just so u know the taxi was way cheaper than using an uber the uber was 10 bucks more than the taxi so if ur booking here and don’t have a ride word of advice even though your just saving a few bucks take the taxi uber charges 30 to 40

This hotel was not in a good part of town. The parking was terrible and the room smelled bad. I would not stay here again.

It was a pretty good stay. Grocery stores in the area and a few restaurants. Overall of I needed to be in the area again I would stay

The new employee was very friendly. The room could use a remodel. A new coat of paint would do but it was fine for 1 night. Super close to my rental car company so it was perfect for a late arrival since my flight landed late at LAX.

It's a nice Hotel clean and comfortable , the hotel lobby are friendly and helpful bring your family there's restaurants and stores near by easy access to the freeways and airport ,,definitely will recommend it 👍

Easy check in. No deposit required. Only thing it was a bad area. Shots fired in the middle of the night.
