Nous avions réservé pour 1 nuit une chambre double avec salle de bain partagée. Ce n'est pas un hôtel traditionnel, mais plutôt un grand appartement situé au 20e étage d'une tour avec un centre d'achat en bas, pratique pour les achats. L'appartement est grand et lumineux et il est partagé en 7 chambres. Par contre, certaines chambres sont équipées d'une salle de bain privée. C'était tranquille le soir et le matin, nous avons croisé peu de gens et avons eu l'impression d'avoir une salle de bain juste pour nous. Endroit très propre, lit confortable, cusine équipée pour cuisiner et faire du café/thé. Seul bémol, c'était indiqué que l'on pouvait laisser les bagages en consignes, mais lorsque nous avons demandé le jour de notre départ on nous a référé vers des entreprises du centre-ville offrant le service avec frais (15 euros pour 2 bagages, 1 journée).

Great hotel that ill gladly be staying at again when traveling to Sao Miguel, the cleaning staff did great and were friendly, pastries/tea were always loaded in the kitchen, and the convenience of being so close to everything was great! I will say the elevators were a little sketchy sometimes on one occasion suddenly stopping on the 18th floor then not moving for a few seconds then taking us down to the parcade..but that i think was more of a building issue, the hotel was fantastic and i cannot wait to go back! Had a great balcony view that we'd use daily

The location is great, easy to find. The place is very clean not only the room but also the sharing area. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Ponta Delgada.

C’est bien ! Un peu difficile à trouver mais très bien situé au centre-ville ! Je recommande fortement.

We didn’t need parking. We loved our private room and bathroom. We were right off the kitchen and I did some cooking. I felt like it was my own lol. Staff was friendly. Loved it and would definitely stay again
