We stayed here for a nice little weekend get away. The room was nice and clean, the pool and hottub were also great, and the complimentary breakfast was so yummy! It was surprising to have hot food options. We will be back for sure!

We really like the breakfast. Simple, yet complete and and full menu for the morning start. Nice! Pool water is warm, and makes it comfortable to to enjoy the swim. Strong jets at jacuzzi, super nice!

The AC unit filter was fully packed with dirt, bugs, and debris. My allergies (allergic to dust) went crazy trying to keep the room cool to my liking. I had to clean (4) filters in the sink to survive the room.

I recently stayed here and was shocked at how overpriced this hotel was. For nearly $400 a night, I expected at least a clean and comfortable room—what I got was far from it. There was mold growing on the ceiling, the beds were rock hard, and the smart TV I assumed would be standard in 2025 was nowhere to be found. The complimentary cookies were stale, and the breakfast was disappointing at best—barely any protein options and mostly inedible. While the pool area looked nice, it smelled more like swamp water than chlorine, which was really off-putting. What makes this worse is that I had just stayed at Great Wolf Lodge for $100 less—where I got a clean, beautiful room and Waterpark access included. Of course, I didn’t expect a Waterpark here, but I did expect at least a decent, clean room for the price. Unfortunately, this was not even close to being worth the cost. Would not stay again.

This hotel is in a great location for us. The rooms themselves, however. On our last stay we got very little sleep. We could hear every noise around us. From the super loud flushing, to hearing the neighbours cell phones going off at all hours of the night. When we stayed before, we did not have these problems. I don’t know if we will stay again. With our long drive home, and treacherous road conditions, you want good sleep.

No Cable the entire stay. Rather than offering a credit, bring in a DVD and offer a family movie night in the breakfast room.... anything at all. All the front desk said was " it's out in the area.... nothing we can do." When we checked in they said it would be 2 hours... Poor customer service.

The staff at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson is welcoming and accomodating. I appreciate that they send a text message to communicate if you have any other needs. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And the breakfast was also a hit with the kids. For adults it would be nice to see more fruit options.

It was a bad night. No power until Midnight. I know that is not your fault but no attempt to refund, or discount or anything. Get sent up to the wrong room on third floor, keycard doesn't work. Go downstairs get set up in another room, but no keycard. Told to get card after power comes back on? King suite? Mattress is terrible. Go to breakfast in morning. Not great below average. Then get room key.... again doesn't work.... I mean seriously? Hard to want to go back. I know it was a bad night with power going out, but truly seems like it was a full struggle bus.

Thought the facility was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Front desk help was poor. No one there at check out! When checking in, stood in front of check in counter while representative was on the phone for 15 minutes! Was then told they were talking to their boss! Wouldn’t the boss put a priority on customer service first!

The guy at the front desk was terrible. I travel with a service dog he's got many qualifications. The front desk guy took about 30 minutes to check me in because he was looking for the horse room I believe and I got it and I refused to stay in it so I got a different room after he had called the manager And then when the manager came she questioned my service animal and wanted to know why he was in the truck instead of with me and I told her it's because I thought it was going to be a 23 minute check in time and then I would bring him in And I was there for a total of almost an hour and in the meantime he had checked two other guys in and took about five minutes very poor service this used to be my favorite place in Prineville it is no longer

It was a nice and quiet. Staff was very friendly. The elevator was a little slow and made a little noise. That's the only thing bad I have to say. It was the best place we had stayed this year.
