Hotel is absolutely okay... it just depends on what the purpose of your stay is ( expectation ) ...the staff is very friendly and helpful and my room was functional and clean. Parking is convenient!

Snelle incheck: vind het prettig, dat er een magnetron en een koelkast in de kamer is: wel weinig bestek. Alleen 2 mokken, geen glazen. Geen bar. Gratis parkeren in afgesloten parkeerplaats. Vond het prettig, dat we pas om 12.00 uur konden uitchecken. De magnetron en het late uitchecken waren voor ons de 2 redenen om het Teleport hotel te kiezen.

Efficiënt and nice check in. Rooms were spacious and clean, some coffee and tea provided, as well a microwave and fridge. Internet worked fine. Great to have free parking space. Location is however a bummer, and definitely not "close to Het Binnenhof" , as advertised in Hotel.com. This description was quite misleading as the hotel is a 40 minute walk from "Het Binnenhof "!

Vriendelijk personeel en leuke opties om jezelf te vermaken zoals tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal en karaoke. De kamer/badkamer waren helaas niet echt schoon en de badkamer stonk alsof het een asbak was. Er was ook geen mogelijkheid voor een extra deken of laken. Uitzicht is vooral in de avond erg mooi, wel erg gehorige kamers. Mc Donalds als buren beviel erg goed bij mijn zoon!

Camere senza condizionatore (nella settimana che sono stato li faceva quasi 30 gradi di notte). In piu ero al nono piano, si soffocava dal caldo. Altra cosa, nei piani 4/5 odore costante di immondizie che arrivava a giorni fino al nono. Di tre ascensori ne funzionava uno con la fila costante di persone che aspettavano. ho pagato su hotels.com 87€ a notte, hotel che per come ho passato esperienza vale 30€ a notte. Personale ospitale e simpatico, bella la ruota della fortuna! Riguardo al resto mai piu!!

Basic hotel, feels more like a hostel. Everything is quite shabby, I get the feeling the building was offices and had been quickly redeveloped into a hotel 10 years ago. Loud construction site next door. There is no fitness centre despite this being advertised. At least the staff were friendly and it was cheaper than most other hotels.

Do not stay at this hotel, if you can avoid it. Good things: staff was friendly. Bad things: Shabby building in poor repair. Windows screwed shut, with no air conditioning, on sunny side of building; room was unbearably hot and stuffy! No ability sleep or even relax in the room. Tea towel was dirty and stained from.previous guests. Bed linens stained. Shower overflowed onnfirst use; had to remove massive hair clog from drain to make it functional. Coffeemaker made terrible coffee. Free coffee at front desk (1/day), but staff one morning were unable to operate equipment. Batteries died in remote control; front desk staff unable to provide replacement (until next shift started following day) "Kitchen" in room was sparsely stocked (no bowls, glasses); microwave dirty Hotel is on a busy, dirty highway but is nonetheless 15 minutes walk from any usable transit into town. Only McDonalds nearby.

In z'n algemeenheid gaat het wel. Er was echter matig schoongemaakt en de dagelijkse 'schoonmaakbeurt' werd slecht gedaan. Eerste avond was de bar om onduidelijke redenen ook gesloten.

The Teleport was perfect for what I needed - a clean room for the night, tea / coffee facilities, and a comfortable bed. As you know, it's situated in an unattractive part of town...which did not matter to me because all I wanted was an early night. The receptionist was charming, warm and efficient . Many thanks. All in all it was very good value for money.

I did not like anything. It is to expensive for what you get. Dirty rooms and mold in both the bathrooms. 1 of our 2 rooms smelled like smoke the other was OK.

Hotel Teleport Pros - Free easy parking - Comfortable bed - Fridge & microwave - Desk with 2 wooden chairs Cons - Rooms are not air conditioned but they put a very noisy fan in your room - Miles from nowhere - Restaurant is vegan only - Very basic rooms - Very very noisy.hotel - not soundproofed - - I see why it’s called the Teleport hotel. Your first impression is “how do we teleport out of here??” I honestly can’t understand how some people can describe this place as exceptional. I wonder how they would describe a 5 star hotel. At best this place is just average!! And the noise!! We were woken up 3 or 4 times each night by people walking past our room and talking VERY loudly. And this after 2am. We would not recommend this hotel.

Leuk hotel informele receptie. Was wel warm in de kamer raam open gaf wel verfrissing alleen door de verkeershoeveelheid niet ideaal. Heb je een fohn nodig vraag er naar bij de receptie. Wat gladde vloer in de douche.

Leuk goed hotel voor die prijs. Kamers waren schoon, goede bedden, vriendelijk personeel. Minpuntje was de temperatuur op de kamers, geen airco dus erg benauwd. Stond wel een ventilator. OV was niet goed, bushalte dichtbij maar bussen reden alleen maar tot 14.00 uur ongeveer.

Such lovely staff, we were greeted by a friendly face and great service. The hotel is well situated for a walk or short bus ride into the city. There are games and entertainment in the foyer downstairs and there is a great atmosphere. Our bedroom was clean and spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

We stayed the weekend with our grandchildren and had a great stay. A warm welcome on Saturday with full attention for our grand children. A nice room (family room 4 persons) on the Royal floor and a great breakfast the next morning. All staff spoken were very helpful and friendly. We are looking forward for our next stay!

Great stay! I liked the art in the lobby and the staff was very welcoming. The room had what we needed, was clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfy. The staff helped us with bike rentals as well.

Hotel gut erreichbar, Zimmer schön. Check in nicht freundlich. Restliches Personal aber freundlich. Gibt Kaffee und Wasser for Free, Kaffeemaschine ging aber meistens nicht. Handtücher wurden alle geholt und nur zwei gr zurück gebracht. Nebenan ist gleich Bahn und Bus.

Het personeel maakte het verblijf! Onze dochter was jarig en toen wij dat aangaven bij het bestellen van het ontbijt, werden we de volgende ochtend verrast: versierde tafel, balonnen, muziek. Alles om je helemaal jarig te voelen!
Het personeel maakte het verblijf! Onze dochter was jarig en toen wij dat aangaven bij het bestellen van het ontbijt, werden we de volgende ochtend verrast: versierde tafel, balonnen, muziek. Alles om je helemaal jarig te voelen!

Durch einen Buchungsfehler, bin ich mit der Buchung um einen Tag „verrutscht“ ganz klar, der Fehler lag bei mir, aber nun das Hotel zu erreichen um diesen Fehler wieder rückgängig zu machen stellte sich sogar mit der Unterstützung von Expedia als fast unmöglich heraus. Expedia hat mehrfach versucht dort anzurufen, hatte dann auch einmalig Glück und wurde gebeten eine email diesbezüglich zu schreiben, was Expedia auch getan hat. Die Aussage war, dann wird es bearbeitet und das Anreisedatum kann geändert werden. Gesagt - getan… allerdings wurde die Email nie vom Hotel bearbeitet und nichts wurde geändert. Schlussendlich musste ich meine Reisepläne ändern um die Übernachtung dort nicht verfallen zu lassen. Zum Hotel selbst, das Personal war uns gegenüber sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Ausstattung der Hotelzimmer aber sehr abgerockt und die Lage war als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auch nicht sonderlich attraktiv.

De ontvangst bij het inschrijven was heel leuk, gezien de warmte werd een beker ijswater verstrekt en mocht je draaien aan het rad van fortuin voor een prijsje. Leuke ontvangst.

Very good for the price! Not too far from the Centraal Station. Supermarket right next door. The room included a small kitchen with a coofee machine, fridge and microwave. Sourrounding is not the nicest but okay for a short stay. Very friendly staff and you got free goodies when checking in. I would recommend for a short uncomplicated trip!

Hotel is prima. Vriendelijk personeel, goede kamers. Foyer hippe uitstraling. Ligt echter in een bedrijvengebied, maar gelukkig wel op loopafstand van het centrum.

Funky place, so handy to have a fridge, crockery, coffee maker and kettle. A microwave was also provided but we ate dinner at the Veggiesaurus Indian restaurant within the same building (it was fabulous) so we didn’t use that. It’s on a busy road that’s not so easy to walk from, but there was a good bus service to the door from Centra Station. Staff were super kind and helpful! We would come back.

Efficiënt and nice check in. Rooms were spacious and clean, some coffee and tea provided, as well a microwave and fridge. Internet worked fine. Great to have free parking space. Location is however a bummer, and definitely not "close to Het Binnenhof" , as advertised in Hotel.com. This description was quite misleading as the hotel is a 40 minute walk from "Het Binnenhof "!

Het geheel heeft weinig uitstraling. Het OV om naar het centrum te gaan v.v. rijdt niet altijd en sommige haltes, ook bij het hotel, waren niet in gebruik of de bus reed een andere route. We hadden dit hotel o.a. hierop geselecteerd

Wat een gezellig hotel voor de prijs die wij betaalden voor een verblijf in een 5 pers kamer, super! En naar waarde! Makkelijk en veilig parkeren, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel... De kamer was netjes en schoon... Ontbijt was super en ook de extras zoals limonade, nootjes,popcorn en koffie en thee was super!

Do not stay at this hotel, if you can avoid it. Good things: staff was friendly. Bad things: Shabby building in poor repair. Windows screwed shut, with no air conditioning, on sunny side of building; room was unbearably hot and stuffy! No ability sleep or even relax in the room. Tea towel was dirty and stained from.previous guests. Bed linens stained. Shower overflowed onnfirst use; had to remove massive hair clog from drain to make it functional. Coffeemaker made terrible coffee. Free coffee at front desk (1/day), but staff one morning were unable to operate equipment. Batteries died in remote control; front desk staff unable to provide replacement (until next shift started following day) "Kitchen" in room was sparsely stocked (no bowls, glasses); microwave dirty Hotel is on a busy, dirty highway but is nonetheless 15 minutes walk from any usable transit into town. Only McDonalds nearby.

Reception flyder med rod. Det virkede som om man brugte de nederste etager som permanent boliger for flygtninge hvis børn legede i lobbyen til langt ud på aftenen. Der stank af mad i lobbyen. Restauranten er lukket og mad serveres i lobbyen en meter fra de to ud af tre elevatorer som virker. Ved indtjekning løj personalet og sagde de ikke havde fået en opringning vedrørende indkørslen til parkering som var spærret af et indkørsel forbudt skilt, trods jeg havde talt med en dame som ikke forstod engelsk godt nok til at kunne kommunikere. Bagefter undskyldte en anden medarbejder og sagde hun talte dårligt engelsk. Udluftning virker ikke i badeværelset hvilket ifg. personale havde stået på længe. 3 ud af 4 morgener blev vi vækket af larm mellem kl 5 og 6. På hverdage pga byggeriet ved siden af hotellet hvor seng,toilet mm ryster. I weekenden fordi der var råben og larm på gangen og folk kastede op ( kunne lugtes)og tissede ifg. personalet jeg henvendte mig til.

Chambre un peu fatiguée, mais très confo. L'hôtel est loin du centre, mais le restaurant qui y est rattaché est excellent (indien végétarien) et la reception a des jeux sympas et une table de ping pong.

Très bon accueil malgré notre arrivée tardive, beaucoup d'explications. La chambre était propre, la literie également. Très pratique la kitchenette avec un minimum de vaisselle : idéal pour un repas froid rapide ou le petit dej dans la chambre. Bien plus intéressant quand on est une famille de 4 que de prendre 4 petits dej à l'hôtel 😄 A noter : une supérette est juste de l'autre côté de la rue, pas besoin d'aller très loin. L'hôtel est par contre assez bruyant : pas particulièrement à cause de la route qui passe en contrebas, mais car on entend beaucoup les gens des chambres voisine. La ventilation fait également un bruit de fond assez marqué. Nous avons pu nous garer au parking de l'hôtel, 10€ la nuit. Globalement l'hôtel correspondait à ce que nous cherchions : un endroit propre où passer 2 nuits en famille, mais ne nécessitant pas de gros confort car on était de sortie toute la journée.

Très «\xa0basic\xa0» comme hébergement. Propreté des espaces de vie, des ascenseurs et des chambres à peaufiner. Décor et état des chambres à désirer. Personnel courtois. Nous avons eu une alarme incendie et aucune instruction une fois sortis. Nous avons dû regagner le lobby et demander nous mêmes ce qui se passait. Le petit déjeuner n’en vaut pas la peine pour le prix. Hôtel OK pour le prix, considérant le prix moyen des chambres à La Haye. Ils nous ont fait payer la taxe municipale pour les enfants malgré qu’elle ne s’applique pas pour les moins de 13 ans… à faire attention.

Der var 29 grader på værelset og inden vinduer at åbne. Aircondition kølede kun hvis vi fjernede filteret som trængte til rensning. Vi boede på 9. etage og allerede da vi kom var to ud af tre elevatorer ude af drift. Dagen efter måtte vi tage trappen, som i øvrigt var en meget beskidt, snusket trappeopgang.

The photos on the booking platform don't reflect the reality of the hotel — the common areas looked far more polished and modern in the pictures than in person. Upon arrival, we found the social areas (lobby, terrace/lounge) clearly neglected and poorly maintained, with no working air conditioning despite the heat. This is a direct contrast to what was shown in the listing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on the misleading photos and the lack of basic upkeep in common areas. If you're expecting what the pictures show, be prepared for a very different reality.
