The owners are great and helpful, the property has been cleaned up very nice, an ice machine would have been wonderful, but you can get ripped off at the gas station right in front for a $5. bag of frozen water..Dale at the front desk was great!

No ice machine. If we had know, we would hsve put more in our ice chest.

Room not clean at all. Dirt and scum on every surface.

Property seemed okay. Looked clean but shortly after entering the room I saw something skittering across the floor. I stepped on it. It was a bedbug.

Place was filthy. Dirt and leaves on floor. Shower stall, and bathroom floor full of dead bugs. Shower floor looked like it had not been cleaned in months. No heat in room.

Upon pulling up to the building it was clear it didn’t look like it did in the pictures on Expedia. It was run down &garbage on walkways. The lobby had a terrible odour & I immediately knew I made a mistake booking there. The stairs to second floor were crumbling, cracked & uneven making them dangerous. The room had a terrible odour. The door didn’t close at the bottom & looked like it had been kicked in at some point. The floor was so dirty we saw our footprints on it. The bedding had stains all over it. There were a number of people hanging around that didn’t provide a feeling of safety. The woman at the front desk was lovely & very understanding. She apologized profusely saying it shouldn’t be dirty like that, but she’s not the cleaner. She told us to call Expedia & they’d call her & she’d cancel the rooms so we would be reimbursed. I’m having difficulty getting through to Expedia but hope they do us right & refund us as we had to pay for another room. Ratings were 7.6 & positive! Not accurate!!!

Good place for the price. Appeared very clean but we had to move the bed to get our cat out of the box spring and I’m not even going to guess what that brown pile of stuff that had been there for months was. Had to turn on the shower 5 minutes before water was hot, but I knew that from my previous stay in that same room, and it got hot and was a lovely shower. Waffle House was closed and it pissed me off, but not the friendly hotel staffs fault, they directed me to Dominos and I was fed. I’ll be back again, a great little hotel for a great price.

It was convenient right off the highway with a gas station and mini mart right in front. However, the sheets were stained and the floor felt greasy. Did not feel clean. The mini fridge had ice in it , not ice to use for drinks but rather as if it needed defrosting. I didn't want to put anything in it . The outlet for the hairdryer had brown/black outside where the plug goes as of it had been too hot. Seemed like a fire hazard to me. Lastly, when I looked outside at night, there were a few random men, not together, sitting on the curb or against a pole. Unusual behavior and felt unsafe. The ratings were 6.8 when I chose it so I figured at least middle of the road and basic , clean and safe. That's not what my experience was.

Towel rack in bathroom falling down. Random drawers and lamps stored in room. Dried toothpaste on sink. Floor needs sweeping.Cigarette holes in bedspread. No nightstand.

The outside of the property looks a bit shady, it's not in the safest area of SC. The inside, however, is nice. It's clean and updated. The lady at the front desk was super sweet. We just needed a bed on our trip. For that price it was perfect.

The room smelled musty. The air conditioner sounded like a diesel truck. There were no bath towels.

Everything was great except for the kids and man yelling and screaming and slamming doors at 11:00pm while we were trying to sleep

The room was recently renovated and was very nice. Planning on staying there on my return trip.

Got in room most of the lights didn't work, no hot water. Beds were like boards

Never again. Neighbors had lots of kids running outside and adults having a pot party until 4am. First room had leak in bathroom ceiling and floor was completely wet unknown to front desk so they moved me to unit next door with disrespectful neighbors.

The room was undated nicely. Our receptionist asked if we meant to reserve a handicapped room, we said no and she changed the room to a regular one for us without us needing to ask.

Easy and comfortable place for a night stay on my road trip. Although there was noise all night, and people walking around and talking loud day and night, and not the people that you want to engage with either!

The AC worked hgreat, .my room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The amenities were as expected for a low budget motel. There were many dining choices in the surrounding area. Easy on/off highway. Would stay again.

Great location, i know the driveway in could use a bit of a repair, but overall great staff, great rooms, we did lose power for almost 2 hours last night, was restored. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.
