Clean tile floor. Wifi ok, quiet, clean bathroom. No odors of air freshener, insecticide, pets, or smoke. Beds were comfortable. Larger than usual refrigerator, I expected a coffee maker but there was none, I should have checked that. Overall better than expected, a bargain and nice people running it. I love to park right outside my room when I have my kayak on my car, this place was a good one.

Rooms very clean. Nicole the front desk lady is very kind and attentive, same with the owner. Pool clean. Property clean. Refrigerator and microwave available. Not coffee maker, but plenty gas stations around. The check out is at 11am, the check is at 1pm wich is great.

So I booked a two night stay at this motel despite some of the negative reviews because most were about it being outdated and that’s not that important to me to have brand new decor esp for the price two nights for 156$ and I’m parked in front of the motel as I’m booking it and from the outside it doesn’t look like a sh** hole and the location was decent to be able easily get around to activities and Such I was thinking that it would be doable, no one was around when I knocked at the office so I called the number on the door and I nice foreign man answered I told him I wanted to check in that I made a reservation online he knew my name and knew about the booking he told me go ahead to room 6 it’s already opened for me and that and explained a girl will check me in when she returns so o proceeded to my room opened the door and yeah it was out dated but that wasn’t the issue the issue was the strong black mold and mildewed smell so heavily present and had left my home of the last 8.5 yrs for that exact reason almost two yrs prior due to its toxicity and creating havoc on my central nervous system and mental health which at the time I wasn’t for certain until I ecame bck from az from being a snowbird for months and gained some of my clarity bck and when I returned it wasn’t even a week before my symptoms started showing bck up and that’s when I was knew for sure and had to move out as it was detrimental to my mental health and state of mind and when I opened that door ptsd flo

Stayed here for a week visiting family. Good location, easy to find and acess from hwy 19/98. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

old basic simple motel. The man at check in was nice and very helpful but charged me extra for having my two kids with me. i’ve never been charged extra for kids but it was only $10. The room was clean and the area was safe. worth it if your saving money

Exterior could use some updating, but the room was fantastic. Very clean with a fridge and freezer part and also a microwave. Easy check-in and Nicole at the front desk was great. Definitely recommend.

Being right along the highway the location is perfect for us traveling. It is an older motel, however the rooms have been renovated, and ours is very roomy. Do miss the coffee pot that is usually in the room, but bed is comfortable.

Only real issue was the quality of the pillows, everything else was great. I’d suggest bringing your own. Only stayed one quick night as we were meeting a fishing charter the next day and then heading home after.

Really enjoyed our stay, very reasonable, cheapest motel in the area. I really liked it, nice staff, old, but well-maintained, tons of tv channels way more than I've seen at any other hotel. Had a reputation with the locals as a roach motel, but I did not see a single one. Also, Florida is the land of roaches, so they're kind of everywhere and this is a single story motel so I'm sure they wander in from time to time, not a huge deal.

The motel was perfect for our needs and we got a quiet night’s sleep. The area was clean and there was a convenient restaurant right next door. The room was spacious and the AC unit worked like it was new. Old style and older beds, but still great for the price.

Everything was great. Clean, quiet (other than loud motorcycles on the road - it was bike week in Florida), had fridge, microwave, TV - everything in good working order. Nice folks, fair deal, and I will be happy to return.

Being right along the highway the location is perfect for us traveling. It is an older motel, however the rooms have been renovated, and ours is very roomy. Do miss the coffee pot that is usually in the room, but bed is comfortable.

Check in was quick, friendly. Restaurants and Cstore close by. The shower was nice, plenty of pressure and hot water. Would recommend.

Although my room was clean, everything was quite shabby and rundown. The refrigerator was not cold, there was no outlet in the bathroom, the towels were very thin, no ice or lobby or restaurant.

The motel was perfect for our needs and we got a quiet night’s sleep. The area was clean and there was a convenient restaurant right next door. The room was spacious and the AC unit worked like it was new. Old style and older beds, but still great for the price.

Clean tile floor. Wifi ok, quiet, clean bathroom. No odors of air freshener, insecticide, pets, or smoke. Beds were comfortable. Larger than usual refrigerator, I expected a coffee maker but there was none, I should have checked that. Overall better than expected, a bargain and nice people running it. I love to park right outside my room when I have my kayak on my car, this place was a good one.

We have stayed here a few times now and it's always clean, well maintained and quiet. The owner and cleaner are both helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant and gas station right next door and a general store across the street so the location is very convenient. We haven't had the chance to use the pool yet but definitely plan to on our next trip up to inglis.

One of the main reasons I booked here was the pool, unfortunately it was closed and looked like it has been for quite some time. Additionally having the air conditioner in the room completely turned off on a day when the heat index was over 100 degrees was not great, the air conditioner ran all night trying to get the temperature down. I think personally for the price these things shouldn’t be something a person should have to address in a review.

My only complaints center around air conditioning. The window unit was not strong enough to cool down the room quickly nor effectively, leading to my 2nd thing that bothers me. When we opened the door to our room at 9pm it was stifling hot, it took hours to even slightly cool down. I don't understand why you wouldn't go in earlier in the day at least and turn the unit on. That said, room was clean and the check in lady was very friendly.
