old soap on the tub shelf and there the second day also. no tea or even hot water. I filled a cup of water in the laundry room -the sink was filthy. I only stayed the second night because of the price. I am on limited income and no senior discounts, etc.

I booked a room on expedia.ca and upon arriving at the hotel I was informed the room was not supposed to be listed for online booking. The desk clerk tried to upsell me into the the same room for more money. I took a standard room. The room condition was pathetic to say the least. The bed was broken, the desk chair was not able to be sat in for fear of falling apart, the bathroom was from late 70's or early 80's. Five days later I am still waiting for a refund from expedia due to the manager never being at work.
