Very friendly staff. The Hotel was clean. Anything we needed we just asked for and the staff helped us out right away. Location was convenient. My sister in law was downstairs and the room next to her played some really loud music early in the AM, but they never reported it, otherwise I am sure they would have stopped it right away. We were on the 2nd floor and it was quiet.

The rooms smell like mold and dogs. I got some air freshener to spray. The floor in the rooms needed moping they were sticky. The printer in the business office did not work. The breakfast was horrible. The spoon to scope the eggs were dirty the same spoon with the dryed eggs was in the spoon rack for thr two day stay.The eggs smelled rotten. The sausage was days old. I checked in a room and smelled the odor and asked to change rooms due to the smell and the second room was just as bad. The carpet in the entrance way needs to be cleaned. Upon checking out some of these things I pointed out to them. We removed the sheets from the bed so that they would not make the bed with the same sheets. The mop bucket stayed in the hallway for several hours. I rate this one a -1

The lady that checked me in was wonderful! Their housekeeping needs work though. The room appeared to be clean but on closer inspection, they don’t wipe down all surfaces. There were hand prints, head prints, and spray stuff on the headboard. There were other spots on the nightstand and dresser. The shower walls looked like they’ve never been scrubbed. The air conditioner filters were also full of dust and dirt and whatever they spray on the vent. No bugs though.
