I was given a room that the TV did not work and when I told the Staff...SORRY. The Staff did not offer another room. The room itself had no heat settings in the room itself. I froze that night. I will not be back. This Hotel is a bummer of a stay!

The gentleman behind the counter was licking his fingers before he took my card. That was pretty disgusting. There is no ac adjustment in the room we were in and it was hot and muggy. There was a thermostat outside the room but it was locked.

NO elevator, paper thin walls, no front desk person after 8pm, rooms needed renovations including bathroom, view from room was side of building, and ladies panties on porch access to all rooms for more than 24 hours. Worse? Kids upstairs partied all night and when I reported to staff, they knew about it for more than a day/night. We won’t be back. Run from the reservation like your hair is on fire.
