I loved everything about this hotel, other than at the time we stayed not everything was open with the water parks and lots of things are under construction at the moment, I would say when they have everything open this would be a 5 star hotel tho! Lots of food options and things to do and the staff keep you up to date daily on this as well. Check in was easy and getting around was easy after you find your way and get the hang of it. Parking is slim at night on the weekend that was one of the only downsides as well but that's expected. Would stay here and again and recommend anyone to stay here as well.

Didn’t know there was construction going Tim at the property prior to booking. Over crowed spaces due to this. Also the commode in our room had someone’s long pubic hair on the back of the toilet seat when the lid closed

The entire family enjoyed our stay! We will be back because we had so many things we wanted to do. Checking in was a breeze and the information desk had so many thing for us to do with coupons included. The room was clean and we had a nice view of the outdoor waterpark. I was able to text whenever I needed anything and they got it done right away. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The food and drinks were a plus as well. We really didn't need to leave for anything.

It was our first time and we expected a better experience. Especially for the price. We may or may not return.
